Savage Air came out for their biannual maintenance. I have been using Savage air for over ten years and never disappointed. Josh came out and he was so knowledgeable, explained everything and a very nice person. He represented Savage Air very well. I highly recommend this business.

Great experience! We has an AC issue on Sat at 5p, called, and scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 9a. Michael was on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had our AC up and running within an hour. Plus, there was no attempt to upsell us.

Savage did the initial installation of five units for us in 2023. We had purchased a service contract at that time. We, however, didn’t follow up and subsequently my husband died, and I lost track of that information. I was able to contact Savage was more than helpful with resolving the issue. I did have one more service visit available and they just made it this morning. Michael was great. I would recommend them for any of your air-conditioning needs.

One A/C went down during the night. We called first thing and scheduled a visit from Savage that afternoon. Arrived on time, prepared. Within the hour the tech, Michael, had the unit assessed and repaired and it passed the temp checks. It's an older unit and will need to be replaced one of these years, but Savaged did not pressure us to do so now, especially since it is not our nain cooling unit. The service could not have gone better. Nice job.

Michael, our technician, arrived at our scheduled time and quickly diagnosed our issues. He thoroughly explained our options for repair along with the associated cost. We have used Savage AC for over 20 years and they have always been great to work with.

Follow up visit- we asked the owner, David, to look at our home and determine if replacing our unit would be a standard installation. He confirmed it would be a normal install and gave us a very fair and competitive price. Our install will be completed next week. Always a pleasure working with this company.

Follow up-installed new unit. David and his team arrived on time and started work immediately. Total install time was less than expected. The new unit was tested thoroughly and we received a detailed tutorial on how to operated the new smart thermostat. We also received detailed instructions on how to apply for an SRP rebate. All employees were very knowledgeable, polite, and completely cleaned all work areas before leaving. Our new unit is working great just in time for the summer heat. Another great experience using Savage AC.

Josh came by and took a look at my air conditioning unit since it stopped working. He was able to point out stuff that the company I hired years ago that replaced my air conditioning system did not do a proper job. So having him give me that information was extremely helpful. He's also kind and courteous on time very respectful very knowledgeable and can tell he wants to help. Definitely recommend this company which my friend is having them work on his A/C next week! Love this HONEST company!!

I highly recommend Savage AC! My unit died on a Sunday, 114 temp, they came early on Monday when my regular AC maintenance company said 3 days just to come out to look. When they came to do the job, the Owner came first to look over the old unit, 7am as promised. Savage AC was professional, polite, on time for the preliminary inspection and the 4 man work crew was also on time and worked in 112 heat but were cheerful and polite, I could hear them talking as they worked, they had a happy attitude. The Team Lead explained everything when they were done, he was super knowledgeable and capable. Reasonable cost for unit and labor, I had extra carpentry work needed to replace the platform and water damage to wood due to old unit being 24 yo and very big, the extra work needed was not overpriced. Actually, after finding out about the water damage inside, they could have charged more but did not. I also replaced my return's grate for a very reasonable price, and switched my seasonal maintenance to Savage AC for half the cost of my regular check-up company. My sister recommended Savage AC, they had replaced her big roof units. A friend from her church had recommended Savage AC to her. I'm glad I trusted Savage AC to do my AC job, they are trustworthy and efficient!

They are honest and amazing! They came out quickly and addressed an issue with our unit in the attic and fixed it quickly. Very professional and pricing is fair. My whole family uses them we will not use anyone else.

Savage was accessible, understanding, prompt, thorough, professional, and effective! Called at 7:30pm on a Friday with an issue about my mini split blowing warm air and they scheduled a tech to respond by 3pm the next day. Josh was knowledgeable and friendly, and effectively diagnosed and solved the problem in under 2hrs. Extremely satisfied customer!

A friend recommended Savage to come take a look at my AC that isn't cooling properly. I called and scheduled someone to come out the same day (Saturday). When the tech arrived he said he didn't have a tall enough ladder to get on my 2 story roof (I mentioned to the person in the office a tall ladder is needed when I scheduled the appointment) and would need to be re-scheduled for Monday and I should hear from them first thing Monday morning. Today is Monday afternoon and I have heard nothing from them. I called a couple of times and just goes to voicemail, sent an e-mail as well and went unanswered. I find it hard to believe some of these 5 star reviews they have, especially after the terrible service I experienced from them.

Update to Savages Response:
First, when scheduling I explained it is a 2 story home and a tall ladder was needed. Second, you say the technician "may have" Suggested you could return on Monday? No, not "may have", He "Did" and I specifically asked him do I call and schedule and he said, no, I will tell Gigi right now and if anything changes on Monday just call our office to cancel. That's exactly what happened. Third, there was no "offer" to make it right, only thing you did was panic call and try to schedule AFTER I left a negative review, and by that time I had already scheduled with someone else who kept their promise and actually showed up.

Amazing! New AC installed a few years ago. They’ve been out a few times to check on everything. So friendly and helpful!! And they arrive on time. Made a great decision with Savage AC for our air conditioner to survive the Phoenix summer.
