Right before the New Year, I had scheduled routine maintenance for my HVAC system. During the checkup, Keith discovered that my heat exchanger had a crack. He quickly made sure the system was safe and set me up with an emergency appointment to get it replaced. Even though it can get pretty hot here in AZ, it was great to have everything taken care of so quickly, so I wouldn't have to worry about my air conditioning or heating. The two technicians who came out to do the replacement were professional, friendly, and you could tell they take pride in their work. Harrison & Sons HVAC LLC made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

After 17 years of reliable use, my old AC unit finally needed to be replaced. I’ve always trusted Harrison & Sons HVAC LLC for regular AC tune-ups and repairs, and they’ve always done a great job. When it came time for a new air conditioner, they gave me a fair quote and moved fast to get the installation done, which was a huge relief in the Tempe heat. The office staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and the technicians, Philip and Keith, did excellent work installing the new system. They suggested replacing the old galvanized gas line and some junctions, all at a fair price. Eric was accommodating and trustworthy throughout the process. The next day, the crew completed the gas line replacement. They worked neatly, professionally, and clearly knew what they were doing. Every technician we’ve worked with has shown the same level of quality and care. That’s why we remain loyal customers.

We had a fantastic experience with our furnace repair and HVAC service in Tempe. We needed a new furnace and HVAC unit installed, and the team moved the system from the main floor to the attic for better efficiency. Bumble Bee AC is an incredibly well-run, responsive business. They send a bio of the tech on the way, and all their techs are super friendly and knowledgeable. They will take numerous pictures and line item recommendations to you with no pressure to move forward if you're comfortable doing some of the work yourself. Highly recommended!

Bumble bee was able to make it out to my house same day, just a couple hours after contacting them. I received a text informing me who my tech was and his contact info, awesome! Showed up in a brightly marked vehicle that screamed professionalism. After a quick greeting the tech was up on the roof and in no time had a diagnosis and solution for our subpar cooling. After verifying our cooling needs had been met he put the unit back together and gathered his tools...
That's when it happened... the tech vaulted off the top of the roof and did some sort of parkour! I immediately ran and hid out of fear from the absolute dominance on display... This guy shows up, fixes all my problems, complemented my dog then does a super hero move off the roof... Unbelievable!!! Lucky for me he only wanted to make me comfortable, happy and assured I made the correct choice in his company. So with a firm handshake and a west coast head nod he disappeared into the 5 o'clock traffic to possibly help more people on his journey home :)

Did a great job on cleaning my air conditioner. Gave me the right recommendations without trying hard to upsell me. Jacobie is awesome! Just had my first A/C issue of the season and because of my Bumble Bee Club membership with Bumble Bee Plumbing I learned they also service Air Conditioning equipment. A true professional Reggie was charged with making the service call today and we couldn't have been more pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and excellent personality. He was ontime and fixed our problem at NO COST thanks to the benefits of the Bumble Bee Club. We've scheduled an annual maintenance checkup now to hopefully avoid any future problems. I highly reccomend Bumble Bee as it is very hard to find such honest and trustworthy service professionals.

I had a great experience working with bumblebee. They were very communicative and responsive when I had questions. They gave me a lot of information and were very thorough when inspecting my unit. Once it was decided the unit needed to be replaced the process was very simple to navigate to get a new unit. They did a great job installing it and I’m very happy with my experience! Awesome job. the technician(Joe) was able to identify a previous installation error by a different company. Resolved the issue promptly. System was checked and working.

Our HVAC units were original with the house and overdue for replacement. I went through Yelp to enlist four bids, and all were courteous and similarly priced. What tipped the selection to Bumble Bee was that the sales guy Chad had obvious installation experience and determined that our ceiling openings and previous installs were not standard. This restriction led us to particular models of Trane units that would fit without cutting large chunks out of our attic ceiling and infrastructure. The other guys had not figured that out.

Install began on scheduled time and literally everyone we have encountered with Bumble Bee has been polite, friendly and careful to clean up once finished. In the end they had to widen the entry panels slightly and agreed to patch and paint at their expense on a subsequent visit. They also provided us with a portable AC unit on the day of install to keep us comfortable in 110 degree heat.

After install, we had issues with one side of the house not cooling to our satisfaction. I contacted Elizabeth, who cheerfully sent out a tech the next business day. He adjusted the blower unit in the ceiling and checked all the connections - and made it clear that if it was not better, to call them back.

Although we did get marginal additional air coverage, it still was not pumping sufficiently - and Bumble Bee worked with us happily and continually until the problem was detected and resolved. Our non-standard house required a non-standard duct attachment, which was provided at no charge.

I have waited for job completion to write this glowing review - which concluded with the repair and finishing of our damaged ceiling access panels. Bumble Bee added framing kits that have made them look even much better than before the project.

I give you all this detail as there is so much more to selection than just price and brand selection. Their people are exceptional, and they have uniformly had terrific attitudes. Family owned and operated matters. Highly recommend.

Awesome company. Awesome service and people. Were able to come out same day, scheduling was a breeze, replaced my entire A/C unit within 48 hours, and have really reasonable financing. They even left a portable unit for us in the meantime, and afterwards left us a nice thank you card and a cute jar of honey. The new A/C unit works great, my old unit was 30 years old and totally painted over, and they figured it out. My boyfriend, kids and I are very happy. Thank you all! 10/10

I have used Bumble Bee for maintenance and repair for a few years now. They have skilled technicians that take the time to review needs and options - if they exist. My tech this time was Omar and he was very thorough in capturing images and explaining what I was looking at so I could make an informed decision. He also checked into the possibility of the unit being warrantied. Unfortunately it isn’t but living in AZ we all know the importance of keeping our units in working order.
