I reached out to them multiple times over a span of a few weeks to have them fix and relocate the thermostat. The customer service department seemed a bit disoriented initially. They made several promises to schedule the work, but there seemed to be some delay. They did send Bentley, another technician, who unfortunately arrived a bit late without notifying us of his delay, causing a slight disturbance to my guests.
