I don’t know if all their techs are like Nick but if they are then wow i will never go to another company again. But ask for nick especially! Long story short, I’ve had no AC for the past 5 days. I’ve had 2 companies who have came by in those 5 days and couldn’t find the issue and just said the Freon needs to be replaced. They were there for a hour and left.They did that Freon and it didn’t work. Nick came by the DAY OF that i called and went above and beyond to find the cause of the problem, fixed it as brand new, explain everything to me, and also took pictures of everything to show me too! Also went above and beyond to explain what the future of it would be like and what cost would be if that went out too so i know in the future! He also treated my house with care too as he set down tarps over my carpet where he was working so that nothing stained or dirtied up my carpet. Wish i went with them and nick 5 days ago. And if your the owner of this company or the manger of nick, promote or give him a raise right away. Never had such great customer experience before until nick. 10/10 don’t choose anyone else!

We have several properties and I feel comfortable saying that this is the best HVAC company I have done business with in the last 20 years. Be assured that if Omar is your technician he will take care of you in a professional and honest manner. I wish I had found these guys years ago.

The team at Bumble Bee was on time, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They operated with experience and integrity.
Jimmy and Ian took their time to answer all of the questions that I had, and then recommended a few options.
Once I decided, the office scheduled my installation for the following week. They arrived on time and worked as a team. Craig was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps to operate the new thermostat.

We've been part of the maintenance program Bumble Bee offers for several years and have always been impressed with the thoroughness and transparency they offer. We finally had our 15yr old unit replaced and were equally impressed with everyone we worked with in the process. Luis was so helpful in showing us the issues with our old unit including photos of all the checks he made on the unit and the insulation in the attic. He helped walk us through all our options with pros and cons of each. We decided to pull the trigger and get a new unit and update our insulation in the attic. The process was easy and they were able to come out the next day and install the new unit. The installers were great. They were skilled, efficient and kind - they even wore shoe covers when coming in the house. The attic insulation company came out a week later and that was an easy and great experience as well. Very happy with our choice to use Bumble Bee. We are enjoying more even cooling throughout our home and a quieter unit!

Omar was great and I have been using Bumble Bee AC for over 10 yrs. Always reasonable pricing and they get to you as soon as they can! The haboob did quite a number on our ac and Omar was there same day! I called at 7am, he was here by noon, and we are all fixed up and it’s not even 1:30! He is friendly and even gave me some maintenance tips to keep my system working.

Very professional and very informative with the system. He even call my manufacturer and saved me money on my warranty when I wasn’t sure if I still had a warranty on it. He’s is very knowledgeable on these systems. Good guy

Bumblebee Air is great! They have been available each time we need them and explain the issues and fixes necessary at a level that I can understand. It doesn't ever feel like they are trying to upcharge or get to us to do unnecessary repairs. Both techs that we have worked with (Omar and Nick) have been so kind and helpful to us. I recently had two new AC units installed in my home, and I can’t say enough good things about Bumble Bee Air Conditioning. From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. My new AC units not only function perfectly, but they look great, clean and professionally installed, which is a big improvement compared to the last company I used. Chad was friendly, came over to diagnose & pricing of new units. Then Luis & the team helped me replace my 40+ year old AC package unit on my roof, during the hottest week in June.

Bumble bee was our life saver. Our AC went out and after having been stood up by a well used AC company, not once but twice, we suffered immensley in our home at over 100F for an entire weekend. The company promised that Friday to come out and after a no show, promised again on Sunday and once again a no show. Monday, my husband took the day off from work which caused a loss in pay, to call Bumble bee. They promised to have someone out between 9 AM and 11 AM. We received a notification, letting us know that Dillon would come out and we also received his work history which I thought was wonderful. Dillon came out as promised and took care of business. The poor guy was out in the heat for quite a while working on our AC. He did it. He made it work and we are more than pleased with Bumble bee's service and can only highly recommend the company. We payed a mightly penny to get the AC fixed but still, not as much as we feared that it would be. If you need reliable service, call Bumble bee. They are just wonderful. Thank you Bumble bee for saving us. We are forever grateful and will call you if we ever need help again.

Angel and Mark came out to fix my A/C, they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived within 2 hours of my initial call and got my A/C back up and running within an hour. We are so thankful! The quote was affordable and we were given options. I will definitely use them again.

Update 2/26/2026:

Had our first maintenance appointment with Bumble Bee and Joe came out and gave the new system a thorough check and everything checked out. Got videos of each step, super cool! Again, very impressed with the service from Joe and Bumble Bee.

Original Review:

We were having serious issues with the HVAC that our builder installed. Seven years with constant malfunctions and repairs that cost us a small fortune to repair; enough to pay for a whole unit. We asked for quotes from 4 HVAC companies for a complete HVAC replacement and Bumble Bee not only gave us a competitive quote but they offered the best solution to our problems. As a matter of fact, they offered a unique combination of central air and mini-split ductless that was not even brought up by anyone else. They also pointed out that our original HVAC installation was not just a hardware issue but also extremely deficient in the duct size that were used in several locations. After a three day install that was done efficiently and with absolute care the new HVAC is running so well that there is not a single room in the house that is more or less than 1 degree different from any other room. The installers left our house spotless and fixed any alterations that were done during install. Very impressive.

Bumblebee has saved me so much hassle and money at both my residence and my businesses. They don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs or play on fear, but make sure you know all your options. I’ve tried plenty of ‘the other guys’ - never again! Oh- Omar rocks!

Bumble Bee was recommend by my friend/neighbor a few years ago. I went with them to purchase a new A/C 3 years ago and their service was great then just as it now.

We were very pleased with the timeliness, expertise and the explanation of the problem that Bumble Bee‘s technician Craig did. When we called the office to talk schedule the call, we talked to a local scheduler, who was able to tell us immediately what time the technician will come and she also added it may be sooner, and it was sooner. It is super important if the temperature is 115 degrees F, as it is today. I will highly recommend Bumble Bee A/C.

My A/C unit is 18 yrs old and has been on the verge of going kaput for the last 2 years. The Bumble Bee Team has been doing biannual maintenance to keep it working for my home. I have been fortunate enough to work hand in hand with the Bumble Bee technicians (Craig and Nabil have been awesome!) to keep up to speed on where the unit was at in its final stage of end of life. This past fall I new it was no longer worth trying to keep it going. So, I spoke with Lisa (she is amazing!) who helped me navigate the challenges of choosing a new unit for the home. I am happy to say we finalized our choice and the team was dispatched to remove and replace my A/C to get me prepared before the heat of summer arrives.
