Wayne was our scheduled tech. He was very thorough and clearly explained everything he was checking as well as the reasoning behind any recommendations for repair. He was knowledgeable about our home system and even suggested optimum ways to save on our energy use. He was also very quick during his visit.

Rescue One has always been great for us. Wayne Keith was the technician who came out today to inspect the HVAC for the Winter. He was polite, timely and patient with all our questions. He did a great and thorough job explaining the system to us and its current performance and condition. We were very happy with this semi-annual visit.

I need a new ac Tyler was very helpful and had an appointment by the next day. Jason and Nate were on time very professional and helped me how to work my new ac and app on my mobile. Rescue One Air is the place to call happy customer!

Randy is very professional and also a very friendly young man. He listened, and was understanding and patient; and really explained things well. I did not feel pressured and I felt comfortable having him in my house. I would highly recommend him and I request him for any future appointments if possible.

I love this company! I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad or uncomfortable experience in my 6 years of using them. They always have very knowledgeable technicians come out and they never make me feel dumb with any questions or concerns I might have. Since I’m on a maintenance plan there was no charge for my routine check up but only a small discounted price for an additional service I opted to have done.

Today Wayne K. came out and there just aren’t enough positive things I can say about the work he did! He was very kind and extremely thorough when providing my routine maintenance. He documented everything with so many pictures and even went through each one with me, keeping me informed about everything he saw today. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to follow and addressed every single one of my questions! Right before he left we double checked one more concern I had and he spent more time just making sure everything was 100%! You really can’t go wrong with Rescue One Air if you’re looking for an honest, kind and dependable HVAC service here in the valley!

Rescue Air has been a great heat pump company to work with. We bought their maintenance pkg and they come 2 times a year to maintain and assess our system. We are very pleased after 4 years. We have had other services done, too, ie clean out ducts and better ducts too.

He came for a regular winter check up on my AC unit . He found that a part needed to be changed
He explained the need of repair and the price.
He explained what was going to happen eventually if I chose not to repair that part.
The part was repaired that same day and data after the repair was shown to me . After the repair the starting amperes were in the recommended range
Next time I will request him again !!!

I’m so glad that Adam was able to show me how to change my electrical filter filters with clear explanations, and he also was able to explain his procedure in taking care of my system and how to make it the best way to help my allergies. Adam was patient and answered all my questions. He showed me pictures of my system in the attic and explained the system on the outside and inside. He offered Cleaning options to help with my current system and my allergies. He is a valued employee. You are lucky to have him.

Gabe was amazing. Took his time to explain everything and made sure our units will be in working order for the coming months of heat. Changed our air filters and cleaned interior coils of the air handler. The pricing was a bit higher than expected and I didn’t shop around. But his knowledge and professional was the reason I just had him complete the work. Thank you Gabe.
