Pro: The install tech was friendly, professional, and got most of the job done in a timely manner.

Con (original experience1/5 stars): Broken promises and poor communication from the sales and management team. The salesperson promised that the new return for our AC would have the same size filter as our previous one. When it was installed, the filter size was different. I mentioned it to the installer, and they assured me it could be fixed in two weeks once the new part was built. That was over a month ago.

Since then, I had to chase Wolfgang’s repeatedly to get this addressed. Every time I called or texted, I was told someone would call me back—yet no one ever did. David was particularly bad about this, and when I finally got in touch with his manager, John, he handled it exactly the same way: promising a call back that never came.

Update: After much frustration, I was able to connect with the general manager, who personally came out to my house. He corrected all of the outstanding issues, apologized for the poor communication, and made things right. I appreciated the effort he took to follow through.

While my initial experience was very disappointing, the company ultimately resolved the problems and took accountability. Because of that, I’ve updated my rating to 4 stars.

Josh was friendly, polite and knew his job well. So thankful for people like him who work in a service industry and are willing to work on Saturdays while taking time away from his family. The repairs were completed and i didn't need to take time off from work, that means alot to me.

I bought a new Bosch HVAC system and was told, by the Owner, that it had 3 years Parts AND Labor warranty. The unit was over $10,000. Well, the owner sold out, my unit went down and now they want $1,800 to fix it. They billed me for this--$125--and I refused to pay. It's not even 2 years old! Today, they found my new credit card number and billed me $113. Giving me a $12 discount. It is owned by Private Equity now. BEWARE. Not only was I lied to and misled, now a fraudulent charge on my credit card. Skip this company and save yourself from shady dealings.

Donald was simply fantastic. He replaced water heater and skillfully moved existing softener to perfectly fit. He has a lot of experience in inspections and made sound recommendations for improvement around the property. When I called I was able to get appointment on the same day! Thank you.

Water heater swapped. Called. Booked. They showed up on time. They did the job. They were professional. They did great work.

AMAZING. I don’t think it’s possible to have a better experience. I was shopping around, needed 2 new units both were 32 years old. Brian sales rep gave great advice on recommending a mini split for one area. These guys had the best price and actually had the units i needed in stock. My electricity bill has dropped 20% in the summer months. Best experience I’ve ever had with an hvac company, top notch all the way around.

Daniel did a great job. He explained what needed to be done and did it. After he finished the job, he showed us his work and we were very happy with his work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wolfgang and their exceptional plumber, Jacques. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Jacques was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and patient. He took the time to explain some plumbing basics to me, which I really appreciated. His pointers were invaluable and gave me a better understanding of how to maintain my plumbing system.

Jacques did an outstanding job replacing my garbage disposal. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and strives for excellence. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Wolfgang and Jacques. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

The serviceman was honest and didn’t try and hard sell me something I didn’t need. Gave me some options and informed me of some potential upgrades. When the time comes to replace my system, I’ll give them a call.

Joshua provided me an estimate when he arrived to fix my toilet. He had to replace two supply hoses on the back of the toilet after he finished. My estimate went up by over $300 outrageous.

On Saturday 8/23/25 our A/C stopped running at about 11 AM. I called the office and they said they could get someone out between 4-7 PM.

Emelio arrived about 3:45 (early) and went to work right away. Got the unit running in about 15 minutes then checked the attic unit for proper operation.

As I understand it the compressor was working too hard and shut off to protect itself. Running long hours (due to our crazy heat) and the air restriction caused by our 13 MERV filters.

Sunday morning at about 11 AM it stopped running again. Daniel came out about 5 PM and quickly discovered the run capacitor had failed. This happened several years before and I know it’s not something that can be predicted. Just a coincidence this time.
He quickly replaced the capacitor and got the unit running again.

No charge as our warranty covered everything.

Both Emelio and Daniel were very courteous and professional.

They came on time, very professional and informative. Located our front yard drainage pipe on Monday, then they came back on Tuesday and installed a new faucet for your new GE Refrigerator. you can trust this company!

I would rate Cornelio as an expert in broken sewer line repair. He knew what had to be done and did a fantastic job from digging the hole and replacing the pipes and refilling the hole with all of the dirt, nothing left over. The HOA should have nothing to complain about! He's a pro.

On 10-5-25 "Sunday" I came home from a short trip to find out my AC was not working. I accidently called AC by J. "See my review I left for them on their page". I then called Wolfgangs at 4PM on a Sunday due to my AC was dead, Wolfgangs installed both my units. AC by J said the unit would need to be replaced "just by what i told them".
Ossiel from Wolfgangs arrived at my home, did an accesment and said my motor was bad. Ossiel is extreemely polite, on time, very friendly, and very professional!!! The cost is good. Ossiel is on my roof right now installing the motor at 6:40PM on a Sunday night. This guy deserves a metal! I will NEVER forget the service that was/he/Wolfgangs's provided. This is why I chose this company to install my AC units. It is now 8PM, pitch black outside and Ossiel is compleated. Ossiel is still smiling, and still is very polite at 8PM on a Sunday night. Amazing job! Thank you Ossiel, and Wolfgangs.
I just wish there was a tip button on my the CC machine. Cash is still king.

After almost a year, I would not recommend this company or a Lennox ML17XP1-048-230A01 system to anyone. When Wolfgang came to install the system, they unboxed and moved the system into their prospective locations and were about to install them when I noticed the numbers didn't match what we purchased. The only reason they didn't fully install it was because I noticed they were about to install a 3.5 ton system instead of a 4 ton. We did end up getting the right system after a small delay.

The salesman said he would submit our SRP rebate for us, he didn't. After a month, we contacted him asking him to submit it again and he claimed he would. After not receiving it for another month, I contacted SRP to ask about the rebate, it was not submitted. After calling Wolfgang, the secretary did it promptly.

A few weeks after installing the system it starting making a loud grinding or ratcheting noise every time it shuts down. They claim that loud noise it makes every single time it shuts down is normal. I don't know a single person who has an a/c that makes a noise that loud at shut down. Wolfgang's only suggested fix was for us to buy an almost $900 blanket to cover the compressor that they claimed probably wouldn't help much with the noise. Maybe warning people how loud a Lennox compressor is would be a good idea because after having many central air systems, not one has made a noise like this. The salesman boasted about how great the Lennox compressor was, don't believe it, the noise it makes is horrible. The system cools, just be prepared to wake up every time time this terrible compressor shuts down. I won't recommend any unit with a Lennox scroll compressor or this company to anyone. We have called them out twice to look at the system hoping they would fix it, they declined to fix anything both times. I guess we'll wait and see how long the compressor lasts, we don't have high hopes.

They were professional from start to finish. Installed the units when they said they would. Communication was excellent, as was the follow up. They really seemed to care about customer satisfaction. Hats off to everyone from sales, to the GM, Service Manager, and excellent technicians!
