I've been using Schiller's for over 18 years and I wouldn't call anybody else but them first. It's a great family-owned business. And I refer all of my customers to them and I have a cleaning business so I have a lot of customers that now use them as well. They are very professional and good quality and good value and they're always on time.

Great company and technicians. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Reasonably priced unlike many companies in the valley.

I first contacted Schiller air when I bought my condo two years ago to have an inspection done which they did a fantastic job. They added refrigerant, told me it was cooling fine, and had been running fine for a good solid two years. Recently I was notified by my Nest app that my cooling had slowed down and was concerned that the unit had finally given up the ghost, but the professionals at Schiller air came out promptly identified the problem, said we just needed to add more refrigerant and monitor every year and you were good to go. Wonderful customer service quick to respond, texted me a picture of the tech that was coming, amazing! So great to see companies that still have exceptional customer service in today’s world. I would highly recommend Schiller air for anybody out there getting AC repair. They were wonderful.

Brandon was great. I really appreciated his happy attitude as he works through the service call. He spent time to read through a different company’s service notes to understand the unit’s history. He shared his knowledge of his thoughts on the HVAC unit after his evaluation. In my case he put my mind at ease noting the unit was in better condition than the prior service company indicated. I felt he shared his knowledge of how he determined his diagnosis with supporting details. The service call was informative, timely, and efficient. Job well done.

I have used Schiller Heating and Cooling for my semi-annual maintenance twice now. Both times the technician has shown up at the start of the two hour window instead of at the end of the two hour window. Their technicians have always given me an honest assessment of how my hvac units are doing, and what I need to watch out for. My two units are nearly 12 years old, and I have had heating and cooling companies out to my house that have told me I needed to get new units based on their age and not on how the units are performing. Schiller Heating and Cooling does not do this. Therefore, I highly recommend their service.

Positive experience with this company's office representative, who was extremely helpful and informative--thank you. Not a 5 star rating for dispatched technician interaction: pricing was not clearly defined or explained, lack of customer service/approach, lack of communication. Issue was addressed and resolved within reasonable amount of time. Overall, we would give this company another chance but with so much competition in Tempe/Phoenix Metro area, we'd recommend Schiller to step up the game.

My family has been using Schiller for our or AC needs fo nearly 20 years. They started by servicing our original AC. They are always cost conscientious and give as many options as possible. They have fit us in for emergency service when we were needing to leave on vacation twice. When it was time for a new AC they gave us all the options and were better priced that all others we consider. Installation of the new unit was great and no mess was left and they had to rebuild the AC stand in the garage and did a great job. They still help quickly. When the thermostat froze they came out and showed us how to reset it. In our latest call the AC had some codes and Brandon came out he looked at all issues and let us know one of our trees was releasing fluf that was collecting in the coils. He cleaned it out and again gave us options. We decided to go with the yearly service contract and have the cleaning after the spring release. He also gave more advice on keeping the unit healthy. I recommend Schiller to all my friends, coworkers, and social media contacts. You will now regret welcoming them into your family.

Technician arrived right on time and got to work after a friendly greeting. After performing the checks of our system, he explained his findings in terms I could understand and provided a prompt invoice that was exactly what we expected. Absolutely no complaints.

Awesome people and great service. They have regularly serviced my unit since 2015. I bought a new one from them in 2018 and the price was 1/2 of what others offered. They have never tried to upsell me on parts and are transparent on pricing. All my neighbors now use them. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Jack Hackney was great. First, he was on time which unfortunately is not the norm in the repair business. Had a great personality he explained everything what he was doing how the system work, etc. I will definitely recommend your company to other people.

Excellent company to work with. They kept me abreast of install dates & arrived on time & completed the new htg/ac unit in a couple hours & took away old unit. High quality company that I will continue to use.
