Not sure which service this was for. If it was for the plumbing inspection that was fine although the service person was unable to drain the water heater. He came up with several thousand dollars of maintenance options which we probably won’t do.
I thought the service was going to include drain maintenance not just turning
on faucets to if they drain. Only the water heater clean out would have been useful but he said he couldn’t do it.
If it was for the winter heater inspection it was a complete failure. The first service person that was sent a few weeks ago
couldn’t do anything because he said your computers weren’t connecting. The person sent last week just got started and left because of an emergency somewhere else. We will have to sent up another appointment - the third one. This is getting old.

I've been with this company for years to complete my AC/Heater maintenance. I appreciate the call updates, if there is a delay and I always request Ozzy (Bear) to be the person to come to my house. He is very personable, respectful of property, and cares about the his work.

We have been loyal customers for many years and previously received outstanding service from technicians like Chris and Todd. However, since 2023, we've experienced a noticeable decline in service quality from newer technicians.

One technician, in particular, appeared overwhelmed during her visits. She had to return multiple times due to alerts she initially overlooked, and ultimately left behind a makeshift wiring job that appeared rushed and unprofessional. We questioned the wiring during our final maintenance appointment under our original 10-year plan and were told it was fine even though it clearly looked substandard.

Roughly a month after our warranty expired, the associated AC unit failed. Wolfgang diagnosed the issue as a failed circuit board and recommended replacing the unit entirely with a Lennox system.

While seeking financing options, we obtained a second opinion from another company. To our surprise, they found that the AC unit itself was in excellent condition. The real issue was a frayed wire directly related to the earlier poor workmanship. After repairing the wiring, all error codes cleared and the unit resumed normal operation.

This experience is extremely concerning. A misdiagnosis nearly led to a costly $15,000- $20,000 unnecessary replacement. Moreover, the root of the problem traces back to preventable technician error under Wolfgang’s care.

I chose this company because of their posted BBB rating, and I wasn't disappointed! After getting so many warnings and horror stories of other companies, I was hesitant, but as soon as I opened the door and met Josh I knew everything would be OK! Josh was efficient, had the repairs done before I knew it, cleaned up, no mess for me to deal with afterwards! Definitely A++ service. I would highly recommend this company, and Josh specifically, without hesitation! Thank you for making this a not-scary-at-all experience for a senior! Reasonable price for peace of mind.

I did not hire this company and based on the drivers safety, I probably will not. The driver took off with pedal down from a stoplight to cut across 3 lanes of traffic, ended in front of me, WITHOUT a signal. I understand most drivers in the valley dont know what a signal is but if you are driving a company car, you should abide by AlL rules of the road. Also, the driver was going 55 in a 40. I know this cuz I was trying to keep up to get a picture at the light before he ran it and again NO signal.

Sticker says speed GPS is monitored, I believe that to be false based on today's experience. So if they lie about that...

Excellent service, water heater broke with leakage everywhere. They arrived within an hour or so; technician Joshua Ontiveros was the best, courteous & professional, he did an excellent job! Extremely happy with the service, new equipment, installation and removal of old equipment 🤗

I had a leak under my kitchen sink fixed and my hot water heater flushed. I decided to have a water filter system put in to finally get rid of chlorine in my water. (something I’ve thought about for a while. Perez had all three done before noon! He was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly and personable. I’m very happy with this service and highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with our cooling, heating, and plumbing technician, Eric. Eric was quick to respond, friendly throughout the entire visit, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and provided helpful information about maintaining our system going forward.

I especially appreciated Eric’s attention to detail and respect for the property; he made sure to put on shoe covers every single time he came inside. That level of professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend!

Jack came out to check the heat pump, it was throwing cool air for about 20 minutes instead of heat. He checked everything out and is operating well. Jack explained it may have been an extra long defrost cycle that caused the cool air. I am happy with the explanation and nothing is wrong with the heat pump. He did a thorough evaluation and that is one of the reasons I like this company. Schiller is the best.

When my upstairs AC went out again, I was worried about finding a company that I could trust. Since moving to Phoenix a few years ago, we've had to have someone come out every summer to fix our AC. They'd quickly diagnose and 'fix' whatever they thought to be the issue and then charge me an arm and a leg for their band-aid fix that wouldn't last long. Then they'd tell me that I needed to buy new AC units, even though my current ones aren't very old. I never found a company that I trusted until now. An acquaintance recommended Schiller, and I'm so glad I called them! Brandon took the time to get to the root of the problem, even though It was complicated and took up a lot of his time. He was friendly, relatable, and I liked that he explained what he was doing. He really went above and beyond with his customer service. Unlike literally every other company I had hired to do AC repairs in the past, rather than applying a band-aid fix and then suggesting I buy new units from their company, Brandon found and fixed the problem, and then told me the current AC units I have should last 5-10 more years. He even gave me tips on how to get the most out of them. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I was charged - for once, it was lower than I expected and actually felt reasonable! My AC is running great now instead of limping along through the summer, and I've found a great company that I'd recommend to everyone and anyone. If you're looking for a reasonably priced company that you can trust, this is it!

7/8/2025 - I’ve used Schiller A/C for over 15 years. The team at Schiller Heating and Cooling are friendly and professional. Schiller has done my Spring and Fall check ups every year. They also have installed both, my 2 seperate, Train A/C and Heaters units at my home. They also installed a per - air purification system with both A/C and Heating system. Their pricing is very reasonable, over the many years that I have used their services and products. They are always friendly and on time. Schiller Heating and Cooling always let me know about any possible future repairs ahead of time. So I can budget for the future repairs. Schiller offers different service plans, for every ones different budgets. They give you “SERVICE WITH A SMILE” every time. Update, I have been using Schiller since my last post, they remain punctual courteous and stand behind their work 100%. Tony arrived and had my A/C back up and running within 2-hours on a 103’ Sunday, highly recommend. Jason, came out to vacuum and do final hook up on my mini-split unit. He was very professional and thorough. He made sure things were operating efficiently. This company has earne my trust and I highly recommend them. Very good value and pricing for such top notch service!!! 👍🏻
