Serviceman Clayton did a great job inspecting our air system! He made a few suggestions and sent us information and pricing on other services that he suggested. No pressure, just facts. He arrived in a timely fashion and was respectful of our home and time. Highly recommend him!

Randy was great! I told him my concerns about my previous summer electrical bills being higher than normal, and he suggested a digital motor as the previous motor was drawing to much power. I have used Rescue One Air for 2 years now. I purchased a maintenance agreement where they service my unit twice a year. Today Mathew Zolnierczyk was the technician. He was exceptionally professional and explained every detail he was servicing. He was quick and thorough. I would highly recommend Rescue One Air and Mathew!

I was caught unaware during my toddlers nap time, as the landlord had ordered maintenance. He patiently took the time to let me call and check with my rental company as well as calling the owner himself. As everything was squared away, he quickly checked what he needed. He was also kind to my sheepadoodle and nosy toddler. For the first time, it didn't sound like an elephant on the roof while he worked, allowing my child to not be frightened. Please someone give this man a raise. He saved my sanity in a confusing situation, and potentially the quality of air for this next ridiculously hot summer. He even took the time to explain to me what was going on so that I could maintain what I could to the best of my ability. We've had a ton of construction ongoing behind our house and it seems like everything inside is a constant battle with dirt and dust. I may have not called myself, but once I'm able, I'll know who to call. One last thing- personality is everything. Having a strange man come to your house and going the extra mile to be patient, personable, kind, and efficient was everything. It's rare these days to not have someone just get things done in a rush without explanation. 1000/10 experience. Thanks again, Clayton.

HVAC system install

Jason and Nate were great. Worked around my dogs, made sure they were secured when I was stuck on work calls and even let them outside when they finished installing the AC unit. They also explained the new thermostat, helped set it up and were all around great guys!

I need more stats than just five! Wayne Keith, the technician was amazing! The service he provided was way over and above! I had a problem I was unaware of and he caught it and took the time to fix it as well as servicing my a/c heating unit. He was friendly, listened , was very knowledgeable and explained everything cleary to me. Rescue One Air is so lucky to have such an incredible person representing their company. We are delighted that we found Rescue One Air, they definitely rescued us.
I originally called them because I needed an independent opinion about some duct repair work as I had received conflicting opinions from some other companies. Joshua did a thorough check and said he could repair the system at a much lower cost than we had originally been quoted.
We were impressed with his knowledge and so we had him give us a quote to replace our 19 year old A/C which was also far more competitive than we had been quoted before.
Juan and his team arrived at 8.30 the next morning and worked tirelessly all day. Everything was installed smoothly and without a hitch.
I will certainly recommend them in the future.

Matt Z., the tech that came out to complete my bi-annual tune-up, was the best! He's friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and GENUINELY a caring person. When he had completed the tune-up and was providing advice for the preventive maintenance that needs to be done soon I actually felt heard when I told him I just couldn't afford it right now. He wasn't pushy or suddenly in a hurry to wrap things up, like many other techs. He continued to be friendly and conversational. BUT... he did tell me, as we were finishing up the appointment, that when I am ready he will help by bundling services to make the cost more affordable. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal to some folks. But I know that timely preventive care is what will make my unit last an extra 5 - 7 years. So by not pressuring me and then still offering the extra help when I can afford it made it a BIG DEAL to me.😁 👍

Matthew was my technician today and he was extremely respectful and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the work was done right. So grateful I was able to schedule a tune up for my AC so quickly. I loved that when I called to schedule it was a real person on the other line. Prices were very fair and reasonable. The technician who came to my home, Wayne, was not only knowledgable but he was kind and friendly and walked me through everything at the end of the inspection and showed me comparison pictures as well. I truly appreciate that service came before sales.

Great experience with a new install to replace a ‘97 system! Nate and Keith were pro installers. They tested everything they could to ensure they had done great work. Another thanks to Matthew, my technician that helped me understand the state of the current system and options to avoid a mid-summer failure that worked for our family. We have lived in Arizona for 3 1/2 years. My wife and I bought a casita in July of 2022 that had not been updated. The American Standard Air Conditioner/Furnace was 28 years old so we were referred to C&W Air who had a very good reputation. Unfortunately, the owner of C&W Air decided to retire soon after our new American Standard unit was installed. The retirement letter stated that C&W Air had searched out a very highly rated company called Rescue One Air and that they would be our new contact. Rescue Air had good reviews so we decided to use their services.

We are happy to report they have done our 6 month checkups on time and do a very thorough job of maintaining our unit under a 5 year service contract that we purchased. The technicians have been very professional and polite.

Fast forward about 3 years. My son decided to buy a property in Scottsdale which is 50 years old and needed updating. After receiving several replacement bids, Rescue One Air was the winner. Offering great pricing on a Carrier Heat Pump Unit. The installing technicians were very knowledgeable and the install went very smoothly even with the non standard wiring colors used 50 years ago.

In conclusion, we have recently spoken to Alex who is the service manager at Rescue One Air about other programs they offer. We look forwarded to using their other services in the future.

Thank you for sending Wayne Keith to maintenance my new HVAC system from Rescue Air One. Last summer I got this new system from Rescue Air One and it's been amazingly cool all summer. Wayne was such a down to earth young man. He was very helpful and even moved my granddaughter's swing set because the bad storm tore thru my back yard. I appreciate the hard work and kindness from Wayne. Last week the other young man also worked the inside terminal only because of the storm but he was great as well. Thank you Rescue Air One for your maintenance guys. They are such a blessing.

My 2 AC’s decided to go out at the same time and due to age and cost of repairs I decided to replace them both. I got 4 quotes, but decided to go with Rescue Air one based on multiple factors. A+ rating with BBB, 5 star rating, interest free payment for 5 years and the professional and transparency I received from Randy Callan the sales representative who explained everything and went over all my options and provided me a detailed quote. After the approval of their quote they scheduled me for the next day installation with two crews and they showed up right on time and with all the equipments at hand.
Nate their leader (very knowledgeable and professional) with the rest of the team Jason, Keith and Julio who were all very helpful, professional and hardworking ( they worked 10 hours nonstop without taking any breaks) to ensure we get our AC up and running. I can’t say enough about their service and dedication to their job to provide a quality product , which was evident. I highly recommend the Rescue Air one for all your air conditioning needs.
