I’ve been using Bumble Bee Air Conditioning for a few years now and I can’t recommend them enough. At first they helped me extend the life of my 20-year-old AC unit which saved me a lot of money. This summer it was finally time for a replacement and they made the whole process seamless.

The team took the time to explain all of my options and patiently answered every question I had. I was blown away by how quickly they worked, installing a brand new unit in just two days. The technicians were professional, courteous, and very tidy. They even laid down drop cloths to make sure no dirt or debris got inside my home.

Joe did an excellent job of outlining what I need to deal with my air conditioner and evap. cooler. He was professional and very straight forward with the steps necessary.

Bumble Bee Air Conditioning is an exceptional company. I was impressed the very first time I talked with their office on the phone. I found them by doing a google search for Certified Trane Comfort Specialists in Tempe and learned that all their techs are also NATE certified (North American Technician Excellence "validates a technician's knowledge and skills through rigorous, standardized testing, demonstrating their proficiency in the industry"). Customers have given them a 4.9 rating on Google. I give them 5 stars. The Better Business Bureau rates them A+. It's worth noting that they work on all types/brands of AC units.

My husband is a retired Mechanical Engineer who worked for Mountain Bell through every merger for 31 years. He was responsible for the environment of telecommunications centers in three states AZ. NM. and UT plus a computer center in Tempe. He is raving about the quality of the work they did on our new AC installation. He says every aspect of our AC install is professional and better than the former ones, of which there have been three. Their team, Chad, Craig, Nabil, Louis and Parker were not only excellent workmen, they were also very personable, well-mannered, and considerate -- a very nice crew! I also spoke with Elizabeth and Paul in the office and received great customer service.

I love that Bumble Bee AC is a local family-run company in Tempe (in business since 1999) that thrives by word-of-mouth recommendations; this means I'm not paying for a ton of TV or other advertising. We wanted a second quote for replacing our existing 15 yr old rusted/rusting AC unit and we needed it fast since we already knew there would be a price increase for any orders placed after May 1, 2025. I called them on Friday, 4/25, their technician came out Monday 4/28 . He brought us up to date on current technology then gave us a quote based on his recommendations the same day. Wednesday 4/30 they installed a new split-system variable-speed Trane Heat Pump and air scrubber. Our comfort level and air quality are now higher, and our electric bills will be lower with the new technology. We are very happy campers!

The Bumblebee team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They took excellent care with our home, and did a great job cleaning up after completion. I have used them for several different jobs, and I highly recommend them.

Prompt service. Clear communication. I loved the profile of my technician being texted to me before they arrived. Will definitely call Bumble Bee first next time. They fixed the blower in my unit and recommended a surge protector so the unit wouldn't try again (was only 3 years old).

I highly recommend Bumblebee, especially for remodel projects that require significant rebalancing and changes to the flow. Chad came to my major remodel project and discussed the specific challenges posed by the changes we are making. He developed a solution that was much more efficient than the other companies who bid the project including an insightful solution to relocate one of the existing units that actually would save money as well as increasing efficiency. He described the options for equipment so I could understand the pros and cons, and recommended a cost effective variable speed model. His proposal was easy to understand and very detailed.

Rescue Air One has been servicing my AC for past 3 years and Clayton came by to completed my annual check up for the winter season and was really great. I asked him to replace my thermostat with a wifi enabled unit, and he did.

He was great! He was easy going but professional. He shared his knowledge and findings. The maintenance check up was at a bargain of a price.

These guys are amazing. They were very professional polite and did a wonderful job. First Ray came out and cleaned the coils and did a tuneup on the air conditioner. Then Jesse and Christian came out to clean the air duct in the house. I was amazed at how friendly All of them were. I would recommend these guys to everyone and their prices are very affordable, especially if you sign up for the five year program. You will save so much money with this company. I recommend them highly.

Very unethical company.
I had my old AC serviced by this company and was talked into purchasing a new AC unit.
I was told I can get a new AC for zero down, and no interest for 12 months.
The contract was written by Rescue one, and I signed.
After signing the contract, the Rescue one employee went outside and was talking on the phone.
He returned to my kitchen and said they wanted to renegotiate
the contract I just signed.

I was not very happy and told him to leave.
The next day they called and decided to honor the contract I signed, I told them I would not be interested in dealing with them.
I have a excellent credit score, so it had nothing to do with my credit.

Gabe was our technician this morning. He was exceptionally nice. On time, seemed to care when he asked us how we are. Asked if we had any problems (none we were aware of). After looking on the roof, he showed us many photos. Unfortunately he found wiring that needed to be re-done. It was exposed to the air & recently all of the rain. When he told us the high price & saw our faces, he offered to call the office & they offered a lower price. When he left he remembered to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving. Please send Gabe out here anytime!!!

Rae provided excellent service while conducting seasonal maintenance on my system. He did a great job of informing me of the unit’s current status along with items I should be aware of that may impact it in the future. Most importantly, I don’t feel that I will be blind-sided with any HVAC issues this winter or next summer.

My AC unit finally went out after 20 long years. Rescue One maintained the unit prior and the new install was quick/easy. The installers (Father & Son, Juan/Carlos), were amazing! I work from home and they made the experience as unintrusive (and quiet) as possible! Highly recommend. Rescue One is a great company!
