Joshua did a great job of identifying where our water leak was coming from. It was our water softener. He replaced it with what we think is a better one than we had. All work was done neatly.

Wouldn’t discuss pricing with me over the phone. Sent me a coupon in the mail for “$33 drain cleaning.” After they came out and assessed it was going to cost me over $250 to clean out one drain. So I decided to pass on it and still got charged $70 for their “service fee” just for them to come out and do absolutely nothing.

Excellent company who attended my property to deal with a leaking water heater on a Friday after hours at 7pm. They were there within 40 minutes. The gentleman, Joshua, who attended was a very respectful, fantastic plumber who promptly attended to the leak. As he provided us with utmost confidence we took the opportunity to buy 2 x new water heaters and 2 x water treatment systems for the house. (All needed doing in reality). He came back on a Sunday to install one of the new water heaters and a few days later to install the rest. The job was nothing short of amazing, tidy, knowledgeable and the end product was SUPERB. We spent over $10,000 thank you to Joshua, the no pressure sales attitude and the fair pricing gets you everywhere and I am certain more companies should take this approach. Joshua is a credit to the company and a valuable asset to Wolfgang. Absolute 100% recommend this company, I shall be replacing all 5 of my AC units in the coming years with Wolfgang.

Carlos carefully assess the situation and re-lit our pilot light. Suggested that if it went out again, we should consider repair or replacement of our water heater. He explained everything very carefully.

First of all, they charge me money for not doing anything. They told me that when they were gonna come up here they were going to find out what the problem was. They took $120 from me without telling me what the problem is they wanted another $600 to break a wall to see if they could find out where this problem is coming from they told me that they would know they would give me an understanding that they wouldn’t have to charge more to find out what the problem is, but that’s what they did so the service cost me $120 to find out nothing if I can give zero reviews, I would this was a complete waste and a complete rip off now I have to call other companies to get help because they came out and did nothing and told me nothing

Worst experience I’ve ever had hiring this company. I paid close to $4k for them to replace my evaporator coil only to find out later from 2 other HVAC companies that they bent the metal during the repair and damaged the unit beyond repair during the install. It was so badly damaged that 2 different companies said the only option is to completely replace the entire unit. When I called the manager to discuss the matter he didn’t respond to me for nearly 2 months and once I finally spoke to him he said to send images again and then he never contacted me again. Would recommend going to ANY company besides this. Attached are the images of their “quality repair job” that has huge gaps in the duct.

Unbelievably frustrated!!!!! i bought a service agreement for a year on both of my units. Every time i have scheduled a service....taken time out of my day....waited for the technicians...they cancel!!! Every time! Now they did it again, and asked me to call to re-schedule! Who does that???? They promised priority scheduling with the service plan....instead they have canceled! Every time! Warning --- very unreliable!

Pat came out to fix our AC. He was on time and friendly. He got our heat working again and got us a good deal. This is a honest company who stands behind their work.

Work at gruelichs where our back flows got stolen. And now a massive leak just past our main. Both times Alex has come to our emergency calls with a great big smile and ready to tackle the issue. He's professional and awesome to talk to! Thank you for your great work and fast emergency services.

Eric diagnosed my failed thermostat. Previous call went long but he still showed at 6 p.m. Clearly explained the costs and options toward resolving the problem.

Very polite, answered all my questions, explained well, very conscientious, timely, work was neat, finished before estimate. I thought Craif Graese was great. Needs to smile a bit more. Would trust him again.

A+ service. Jake & Wyatt were very respectful of my space by laying down cloth to keep the floors as clean as possible. I am also a remote worker and anytime I have work done, my dog gets the office and I have to work in the kitchen. I had a few calls and both gentlemen were quiet when passing through. Overall, very impressed with the quality of service!

The technician Jeremy was great…professional, informative, and courteous. However, the estimates which he received online from his supervisor were astronomical, almost laughable. To repair our dripping kitchen faucet with a new cartridge would be nearly $800 and to replace the faucet was nearly $1500. We paid about $300 for the faucet about three years ago.
I paid the $113 diagnostic fee, thanked Jeremy, and declined both of the options presented.

We've had quite a few issues with our plumbing at our business and Wolfgangs has come through every time. They came out right away on Sunday which is much appreciated and came out today and Alex is amazing! He was very thorough and water jetted until the problem was resolved. I will never call another plumbing company!
