I have Schiller heating and cooling service my HVAC system twice a year. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I have received. Jack and the other technicians couldn’t be more professional and responsive to all my questions. Schiller provides a clear window of when the technician will arrive along with a text message of when they are on their way with a picture said the technician. They are always friendly and knowledgeable, always explaining any issues they find with my system in simple terms. They always make sure my system is ready for the season and running in top shape. I felt well informed and confident that my heating a cooling system was in good hands. Overall, I highly recommend Schiller Heating and Cooling

I called first thing in morning on 9/8 to flush what I suspected was a clogged condensate line since I had water all over the garage floor. They came out within an hour and also discovered that the emergency cutoff switch on condensate line had failed as well and did not shut off the AC like it is supposed to. The tech had an empty tank of compressed air in the truck and had to leave to get more. He then cleared the clog and replaced the emergency switch. I was told it was working and then asked for a demonstration so I could learn how it works, but it didn’t work. Seems there was a problem with the wiring so got that fixed and appeared to work. I left immediately for some errands and came back a few hours later and the house was 80 and AC not working. Tech returned afternoon of 9/10 and says the capacitor failed, pretty suspicious since obviously it failed right after the repair. After talking with another HVAC company, apparently that can happen when you repeatedly turn the system on/off, which is what happened on 9/8 while testing and retesting the emergency switch. I was told the capacitor was just over a year old and out of warranty, but my records indicate it was an original 4 year old part and hadn’t been replaced last year. The capacitor on the second AC unit in the house had been replaced in March 2025. I was quoted prices for capacitors with a 1 or 5 year warranty, however the tech did not have the 1 yr capacitor on the truck, only the more expensive 5 yr. Like a fool, I just said install it and get it working. Several things I was told just weren’t adding up for me and I won’t go into further detail, but I promptly called another HVAC company to come and inspect both of my AC units and ensure that everything appeared to be correctly installed and in working order. They will be my go to HVAC maintenance company from now on. But I am much more knowledgeable about how AC units work and that is a good thing!!

I have used them 10 years on 2 homes. They installed units on both homes. Once they do that you are a priority customer and you will get help right away. Would never let anyone else touch the thing. Son has taken over more so I know they are around for the future.

Schiller Air & Heating is the best. They came within 45 minutes of my call that my thermostat was broken. The technician Jack was knowledgeable and professional.

Our air conditioning capacitor went out on the hottest day of the year. Schiller sent over a knowledgeable technician within an hour of my call.

Robert in the office was so sweet and helpful getting me scheduled today after our AC went out. Then Brandon came out to my house within 2 hrs. He figured out the issue, gave me a quote and had it fixed! The whole process was quick and easy. Both Robert and Brandon were very communicative!

The tech was very professional and great at his work! He performed necessary maintenance under warranty and provided some tips as the noise made by the units. The units sit just outside my wife’s office. He will provide free noise abatement jackets for the units.
He provided a great job effort and outcome.

Brandon came for heating tune-up and he did an excellent work! He changed filters too. He was professional, thorough and very communicative throughout the 3 hour process. And he did all this with smile. Thank you for the great work!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Schiller Heating & Cooling. UPDATE 11/24/2025: We've worked with Schiller several times during the year. The service is always excellent! Jack conducted maintenance on our unit today. He's courteous, professional, and skilled. Jack also noticed that a spigot on our roof was running, which could have been very expensive if left unnoticed. We'll continue to work with Schiller's great team of professionals in the future!
