Great family owned business here in the valley. They definitely care about customer service and establishing a service relationship. We've had two issues with our HVAC that will ultimately lead to replacing the whole unit but at each time they've given us more affordable options to keep the unit running so we can take our time to research the unit we ultimately want to replace it with. The tech even completed maintenance from our service agreement while he was here diagnosing the problem without us asking. We will always use Petersons for all of our HVAC and also plumbing needs!

I've been using Peterson HVAC for a few years and I will keep going back. They have the most consistent, high quality technicians and trades professionals. For this job I had them replace a faulty Rinnai water heater with a new Navien unit. The new unit was installed quickly and without any mess. It is far superior to the Rinnai, as promised by Peterson. I'm absolutely satisfied with the quality, cost, and expediency of their service.

Jason Hagerty was absolutely amazing. Came over today within a couple hours of a call to SMW Refrigeration And heating LLC. He got our issue fixed extremely quickly and gave us some good tips on how to be more proactive on our air conditioning units. Five stars!

SMW replaced my air conditioner, and I can’t say enough good things about this company. Start to finish, was a very pleasant experience. They exceeded my expectations. David is very professional, respectful, thorough, and honest. No hidden fees. Excellent customer service. Competitive pricing. Quick response. Joe and Jose are great, hard working guys. I was talked through the whole process and shown pictures of the work.

As a female, home and car repairs can be challenging. With this company I was treated with respect and honesty. I trust them and highly recommend them.

We had 2 new a/c units installed about 2 months ago by SMW Refigeration and would like to say the experience was as pleasurable as I could imagine. Everything from the initial phone conversation, to the on-site estimate, and the crew of installers was super efficient with no BS! They've been in business over 60 years, which gave me confidence that they're doing things right, and will be around to address issues, should they occur in the future. I was going to write this review shortly after our installs, but thought I'd wait a little longer to make sure everything was working as it should. About a week or so ago I got a call from them saying that they'd like to send someone out (at no charge) to inspect the installs and make sure everything was working properly. The tech who came, Nathan, did a great job looking everything over outside and in the attic. He explained a few minor things that he corrected and I was pleasantly surprised that a company would go that extra mile to ensure that everything was done as well as it should be. I highly recommend SMW to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system!

Seke was the tech that came to do my yearly service on my ac unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my unit and the service. My unit is getting to the end off it’s service life. He did a lot of recommendations and gave me a couple of suggestions/ options to consider. I have been a customer with SMW refrigeration and I will continue with them as long as can.

He was very thorough and communicated throughout the process of looking at my unit and doing the maintenance and part replacement that was needed! From the initial call to the completion everything was handled with the utmost customer care, courtesy and efficiency. Thank you for a great experience!

SMW installed and has maintained my heat pump inverter, air handler, and air scrubber in my home. They're very knowledgeable, professional, and provide great service, even after hours.

Brandon was an awesome service professional for us as he kept us informed of what was going one every step of the way! He and his partners work was perfect and I’d recommend SMW 100%!!!

So far today everything went perfectly! David did a great job explaining everything to me about how currently we do not need a furnace or an air conditioner. Both systems are 16 years old, (And while we might not know what tomorrow will bring), with both systems working very well I only purchased a maintenance agreement for 5 years for $1,425. David will be coming out twice a year (as I advised him that I would personally prefer him to come out) to perform the maintenance because I feel we communicated well together! It was a pleasure meeting David today and understanding about our equipment!

One of my office AC units went out and a friend highly recommended SMW. Every interaction I have had with their team has made me feel like a VIP client. Their service is outstanding. Clear, professional, and responsive communication kept me updated at every turn. I highly recommend them!

Tech did a terrible inspection not anything that's been done in the past and tried to sell us a maintenance program that we already have that's good till 5/2029 and wanted $1400.00. We felt like the only reason he came here for was to sell us a phony program.This is second time your rep has done this to us. The only time he came in the house was to make a sale not an inspection at all not happy! E used to really like your company, now your just like the rest of the companies.We don't want that tech here again

Our tech came today to do maintenance. What they mean by maintenance is:
- try high pressure sales pitch for overpriced duct cleaning
- get upset and passive aggressive when declined
- make a mess in the work areas and don’t clean up. There was insulation snow everywhere.
- don’t do any actual maintenance

+1 star because in the past, they had some decent technicians. Quality seems to be deteriorating and i will not be recommending them anymore.

When our AC unit went down, we contacted our home warranty company and they could not send anyone for 8 days. Unbelievable in 100 degree plus heat. We contacted SMW and they came out same day. Zeke pinpointed the problem right away. The next day, Sunday, the owner Scott came out with a temporary part but it did not fit. He made every effort to get the right part but everything was closed during the holiday weekend. He then drove home, came back with his own personal portable AC unit to keep us cool. The next day, Fidel came with the right part and installed it in 30 minutes. Scott, Fidel and Zeke were all totally professional. We give this company a 5-star rating and highly recommend them to get your job done!

Absolutely phenomenal service from these folks. Called them on Wednesday due to our very old unit failing, and they had someone out same day. They were able to give me a quote within an hour and had the entire unit replaced and tested by Friday.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work they were doing.

I received superb service and communication from SMW. They not only leaped to action with lightning fast response to my AC going out, they displayed impressive, multi-visit follow up to address some wrinkles created by the new compressor not being sized right. They were committed to doing it right and to getting me up & running with AC immediately. They were accessible, responsive & made me feel I was a priority. That's tough to come by these days.
