i reached out for help when my old heater finally stopped working right. after dealing with my unit turning on and off all summer, i realized my heating system was also having issues. when i tried to use the heat, nothing happened, so i called their office for help. the receptionist was friendly and quickly sent two technicians, kai and lucas, to check out my heater. they found that the thermostat wasn’t connecting to the heater, so even when i turned it up, the system wouldn’t start. what would have taken me a really long time to figure out was fixed by them in about thirty minutes. they replaced my old thermostat with a new one and made sure everything was hooked up correctly. the service was professional, quick, and the price for labor was very reasonable. i really appreciate how affordable and reliable they were.

We have 2-10 Home Warranty and twice a year we get our A/C and furnace service (well, once for the A/C and once for the furnace). FACT has come out to our home before. So we are repeat customers.

No issues. Just routine maintenance to prepare for the use of our A/C for the summer. Our unit was good, although very old at about 20-21 years old. It was a little low on freon, so Mike filled it up, about 1-1.5 lbs.

It was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment with them. In fact, I had only been off the phone with my home warranty to get the work order when they called with a couple minutes of that. That's quick because some service contracts take the full 24-48 hrs to call.

I was able to get an appointment really quickly, maybe 2-3 hrs from the call. And Mike was on time with the beginning of the service window. He dealt more with my husband and teenage son as they were more available than me. But they were good with him. Not sure how long Mike was here, but probably close to an hour, maybe a little less.

We paid our normal $60 service that our home warranty requires to the contractor.

Would use again. Thank you!!!

Last year when very old 23 yr old Carrier unit's compressor caught fire, we had FACT HVAC replace the whole A/C unit. It was with a Goodman and it cost about $7K with 2 yrs of maintenance service. It was just starting to warm up, and they were able to get us in the very next day.

It took them idk how many hrs to install everything, but we were happy to only go 1 day without the A/C. We have a gas heater and the heater is in the attic, which is accessed through the master closet. Unfortunately when they disassembled the closet and reinstalled it, they did not do a good job. It took them a few days to come back and remedy the situation, but everything is good now.

We're now about 1.5 yrs from the new unit install and it's worked beautifully. They do a great job and as long as service, quality of work and timeliness is good, we'll continue to use FACT HVAC.

We've been using FACT for quite a few years and will continue to as long as things continue to be as great as they have been.

The latest is Johnny coming to do our semiannual maintenance. With some questions I had, and our unit is 2-3 yrs old (FACT replaced our old unit in 2022 with a new more efficient unit), I had him do a coil clean and install a new surge protector at the outside. We also signed up for a yearly maintenance program, which is $99. It includes 1 maintenance and coil clean, 10% off parts and some other things in terms of priority with calls. I signed up for that.

Johnny was great. We were sad to find out Kyl had left to go pursue his dreams. We're confident he will have a great future wherever he goes.

FACT hires wonderful people that we trust. They don't upsell us on things, rather telling us what we need and if we don't, they make good suggestions.

Highly recommend using them.

I have had several AC companies come out in the past to charge my ac unit but none of them ever tried to fix the leak or recommended such a thing. Jonathan actually took the time to find and fix the main issue. Technician Jonathon was great! He is very friendly and had great customer service and communication skills. I would highly recommend FACT HVAC anytime!

The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an examination then came inside and spoke with me while he checked the thermostat and the filter. He went back and continued repairing the system.
He explained his findings and what he did to resolve my issue. I was impressed with his knowledge and I was comfortable in the fact that he did a good job. Highly commendable and highly professional work from start to finish.

Yesterday’s service was a bit different than prior services. Elias was nice and professional but some of the things we’ve loved about FACT HVAC is not being upsold on things.

We’ve been with FACT for quite a few years, so we are familiar with how things have been.

Normally when we’re sent the receipt, the tech takes pics of everything and includes that. This time it was nothing.

The tech usually has shoe covers. No big deal here as we have them in case service people do not coming into our home.

We’re only told things that NEED to be done, not bring upsold things that we really don’t need. This was 2 things: a surge protector for our unit which was around $300 and then to clean our coils & put anti corrosive stuff on it for $150.

Both of these things have never been suggested as services FACT can do. I thought cleaning the coils was really steep and I told Elias that once we start using the A/C again, every week I spray down the coils.

Even on our 23 yr old Carrier unit, FACT never upsold us or told us to replace the unit. This was the main reason we chose FACT to replace our unit 2 yrs ago, because they ran their business like it was about the customer and not just about making money. Why was the surge protector never mentioned the many times before or when the new unit was installed?

We’ll still use FACT. Maybe Elias is new.

Kyl came out to do our semi annual maintenance. He’s been here doing the maintenances before and is always great, and the service we’ve come to trust and expect from FACT HVAC.

When I called to confirm my appointment for Wednesday, Trista mentioned something about duct cleaning, which was something we’d been interested to get done some time and that they could offer some big discounts for us.

I asked Kyl about this and what it entailed. With some discussion with him and the owner, we were able to settle on a price to our satisfaction and what would be done in the Premium Duct Cleaning. The price included repairing a duct return that had dislodged in our master closet and for Wednesday’s maintenance visit but not the dryer vent cleaning (our home’s dryer vent is very easily accessible and I do annually).

Kyl was able to schedule me for the next day to meet my husband’s and my schedule. Kyl came back out with David to do the work yesterday. He told me the prior day it would take 4-5 hrs.

Kyl and David took care not to spread more dust by laying tarp all over the house and cleaned up afterwards. They removed 3 oz of dust, which is a lot since dust is super light.

This 25 yr old house had never had a duct cleaning before so it was time. They did room by room in a U shape for our home. All the vents were cleaned and sanitized as well. I don’t know what else was done but the air feels much better.

We’ll have to see how my husband’s allergies are. I probably need to do deep dusting and carpet cleaning soon as well.

FACT HVAC is hands down the best in the business. Elias was exactly what you want as a technician. My split unit is 20 years old and has been a pain for a while. My condenser motor finally froze and we were in a bad spot. Unbelievably, Elias found a replacement part 7 mins away and had me up and running in an hour. We had a great experience with FACT HVAC! They were great at communicating with us regarding our appointment and the expected arrival of their technician, Tim. When Tim arrived he listened to our concerns, provided some feedback and then got to work on diagnosing and repairing the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have used multiple companies for many years but finally found an honest gem. Love the quality and the dedication they showed to fix my old AC. We have been without an AC for over a month and were getting a runaround by so many companies in the valley that just never showed up even after getting an appointment through the warranty company or they didn’t know how to fix after checking out our AC, it is kind of an older AC original to the house 2001. But Kris knew exactly what he was doing and within a week we are up and running and finally have a perfect working AC after he put in the new parts. My kids couldn’t be happier to have the AC back.
