It’s a FACT that this company is really good. From the initial visit which generated a fantastic quote to the seamless install, I’m really impressed with my experience with FACT HVAC.

It’s easy to dismiss a company’s worth when everything goes well. The true test of character is when something does not go according to plan and a company pivots to make it right. I mean, how many companies can take an order after normal working hours, find that the unit is unexpectedly out of stock, but still have an even higher SEER2 rated unit installed in less than 18 hours total? FACT HVAC did that for me. Serious, I paid the deposit for the unit on Thursday at 5pm and it was running Friday by 11am.

Very impressed with Johnny. He showed me pictures of what was wrong and gave me a detailed description of what needs to be done. Very good experience and would definitely recommend this company.

The tech was nice, he confirmed my unit was in good shape. Also replaced some duct work for me. I feel like I should have gotten a few quotes because the price I paid was higher than other companies that quoted me after the fact. Not to happy about that part.

We had Johnny stop by our home today and check out our unit. Once he was finished with diagnosing the system he came back in with some pictures and explained his findings. He gave a recommendation for a part to be changed and he got straight to work. Great service mate. Thank you

These people are CROOKS that will scam you out of your money. If they ask you to pay for a manufacturer warrantied part up front and they will reimburse you, don’t do it! It’s a lie and they will keep your money then never return your calls when you try to get an update. Every single time I call they are in a “meeting” or out of the office and I’m told they’ll call me back, this has been going on for 3 months with no answers and now I’m out $2500.

Ryan & David were amazing! They installed a brand new Goodman system on my home! They were on time and went above beyond to get my system installed! It was freezing outside and that didn’t stop them! I would highly recommend FACT HVAC!!!

Such great service from FACT HVAC. I was able to get a same day appointment at 7 am today. Johnny was professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues with my HVAC, and gave me facts about what's looking old and will likely need replacing soon (I have old system) without being pushing or sales-ey. I will definitely be calling them again! Highly recommend.

Title: Good Technicians but Somewhat Broken Processes

I recently purchased an AC unit from FACT HVAC, and overall, my experience has been a mixed bag. First, the positive: the installation process was smooth, and the technician who came to handle the job was impressive. Not only was he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working as it should, and I was completely satisfied.

However, the situation took a downturn when it came to the installation of the new air handler, a process which required some drywall in my home to be broken. I was prepared for this, as I was informed in advance, and accepted it as part of the process.

The problem, however, lies in the aftermath. It has been three weeks since the AC install and my drywall is still in a state of disrepair. Numerous calls and emails to the company have resulted in a chorus of assurances that the situation would be addressed promptly, but as of yet, no action has been taken.

I understand that in the grand scheme of things, this may seem like a minor inconvenience. But it's frustrating to have to constantly follow up and live with an eyesore in my otherwise neat home.

To conclude, while I highly commend the technical expertise and the quality of the AC unit itself, I am left disappointed with the after-sales service and the handling of the drywall issue. For a company that prides itself on its quality, this oversight seems out of character. I hope that my feedback can prompt some process improvements and customer communication refinements at FACT HVAC. I still have faith in their services but would appreciate a swifter resolution to problems in the future.

We are in the process of having one of our AC units repaired that was under warranty through FACT HVAC. Due to the availability of a new Goodman compressor, the process has been longer than we had hoped for. However, FACT HVAC has done a good job keeping us updated and even supplementing our faulty AC unit with a used unit until our new compressor arrives. We’re hoping we’re near the end of our job, as soon as the new Goodman compressor arrives. We will update our review as soon as the new Goodman compressor is installed.

Amazing experience. We had one company come out who wanted to charge us $3000 and I felt like we were being taken advantage of because we are young. Called FACT and I was immediately impressed. Andrea on the phone was the nicest person I have ever spoken to. We had Johnny as our tech and he was just as fantastic. We paid half what the other quote was (to do the exact same stuff) and it was a way better experience. 100% recommend.

This place is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! Johnny is the nicest and most knowledgeable HVAC tech I have ever met. He went out of his way to explain the possibilities, test for all possible resolutions and even helped by looking at the second unit just to make sure it wasn't having issues as well. When the solutions became difficult, the owner Andrew stepped in and helped my family. I can never say enough about how wonderful these people are and how grateful I am to Andrew and his team!

I had incredible service today by this company - they were very quick to schedule and get someone to my home during monsoon season here to check out our A/C. From the moment their specialist arrived, I could tell they were knowledgeable - we are new homeowners so this was SUPER helpful. They got us all sorted and were very professional throughout! They replaced an AC for me in phoenix the very next day after having issues and were competitive on price and timeline. They were honest and helpful. They initially quoted me what the repair would cost and I was the one who inquired about a new unit. They never once strong armed me into any sales. They were an incredible company to work with. Their service and install department were professional and well trained. I will hire them again.

Johnny our service technician did an outstanding job during a routine maintenance check of our HVAC system. He was thorough and took additional time to educate us on important features of our system, as well as, tips on maintaining our HVAC system. Josh and his team are highly skilled professionals in the HVAC industry. I contacted them to assess my AC unit, which had been damaged by Red Mountain Roofing during their roof resurfacing project. Red Mountain Roofing refused to take responsibility for the damage or fix it.

Josh and a member of his team ascended the roof and identified the issue within 15 minutes of conducting a thorough diagnosis. In my opinion, they are one of the most competent HVAC professionals in the valley. I highly recommend hiring them, as you will not be disappointed and will be grateful for their services.
