We've used FACT a couple of times over the years. Always fast and friendly with knowledgeable techs that educate us so we feel confident in making decisions about our most important appliance for our home.

On time / Courteous / Professional / High level of technical knowledge / Very thorough / Excellent cleanup and final checks on operating system.
, I would however recommend FACT HVAC for this type of service.
Johnny came out on the first anniversary of installation and double checked system.; monitored system. Did check refrigerant level and adjusted. I called him back yesterday due to heat pump not working w a 45F inside temputure level. He found the issue and corrected in 12 minutes.
Johnny continues to be one of best HVAC Techs I’ve ever worked with. He is a true professional.
Had a down system w no heat.Dec 2025. Johnny arrived and diagnosed the issue. He is a real asset to this company.

This company was sent to us by our home warranty company. One of the worst companies that we have dealt with. From not sending in a work order request to 2-10 to messing up the compressor install. Their technician pulled out the downstairs fuse because he couldn’t hear if the upstairs unit was running ok? He never put the fuse back in and that caused the downstairs unit to fail. We lost $800 due to their ineptness.
Finally went with Foley’s AC and replaced the unit.
Word of caution…if your home warranty company assigns Fact AC, request a different contractor!

The entire experience with Fact was seamless. The technician Richard arrived ahead of schedule and was very patient explaining the inspection process and suggested repairs on my very old HVAC. He was educational and super friendly without being pushy or salesy at all, which I greatly appreciated. I was presented with a written estimate for repairs/maintenance, as well as the cost of a new unit for comparison, without any pressure to make a decision on the spot. I'm so grateful they are doing things the right way and highly recommend them.

Jarrod was awesome! He was informative during his time here! He also informed me of recommended repairs needed, and approximate time! FACT HVAC is an excellent company to work with our maintenance and service of our old system and now with the installation of our new HVAC package system ( Bosch). They are very honest, thorough and transparent about the work to be done. The install crew (Richard, Ryan and David) were very friendly and professional. They were very willing to answer any questions we had. The attention to detail and quality from start to finish was top notch!
We highly recommend using FACT HVAC for any work you need done to your HVAC system.
The service technicians are top notch! Johnny just completed a service check (1/20/25) for the heating system. He was very thorough, friendly,and respectful.

Don't go anywhere else! We were referred to FACT by our relator and our experience with them from day one was nothing shy of amazing! Andrew got us an estimate in a very small window and was extremely throughout. Our AC actually went out 2 days before our scheduled replacement and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His install team was also amazing and I can confidently say that they really took their time to make sure everything was done well and cleaned up a mess that we had going on. After the install Andrew checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We have worked with many contractors and FACT was probably one of the best experiences we have had! These people were the absolute worst people to ever work with, they do not return calls. When you do get someone on the phone they gaslight you and tell you it is not their fault. They did work replacing my coils in Feb/March time of 2023. They tried to charge me for things that they did not perform 175 for access to the attic. When I called them out about it the technician didn't even know what that charge was for and had to call the office to figure it out it was finally removed. Fast forward to April time and when I turned on the system nothing worked. When I talked to Mike at the company he told me to contact the warranty company I did. After a week they never called to setup service I had to change providers with my warranty company the new company came out and determined these guys didn't fix the problem in the first place. They were re-dispatched out and then I was informed that in the last week they no longer word with my warranty company. DO NOT USE THESE people especially if you are a single female they will gaslight you and try to over charge you.

Jarrod came to my home to repair our AC. The AC was very old (20+ years!). He was able to repair the unit but we discussed it and decided that it was just time to replace. The project coordinator Andrew called me right away to discuss options. We chose a new unit and scheduled the install. FACT did not charge me for the repair made because we ordered a new unit. On the install day Richard and Carlos installed our new unit. They were professional and great to work with. The new unit is in and our home Cools better than it did before. Overall, great experience!

We were referred to Fact HVAC from our warranty company. We were having an issue with our air conditioner not cooling. As soon as the claim was sent to them, they responded right away. We had someone come over to the house within a couple of days and we told we needed an entire new unit (which we knew!) once the problem was diagnosed, we were in constant contact with someone at all times. I personally worked with Andrew and he was awesome! He was always available whenever I called. We had the air replaced today and we worked with Richard and Edgar. They were knowledgeable and both fantastic to work with! Our air conditioner was from 1997 so it was not an easy job to do. They both worked incredibly hard and gave my husband all of the information he needed to know. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing air replacement or to anyone who is having an issue with their air or heat! They were great to work with!

This company is the most efficient I mean WOW!!! Elias came out and diagnosed our problem with in 30 minutes He knew what he was doing and the office staff are so kind. They were worried about us getting to hot they provide us with a room air unit until they could get our parts in, and they came out and put that in. I have had to have this problem fixed 3 times now only to have it happen again and with the same issues, this house has never been colder than now We are so grateful for FACT HVAC and their customer service We will always use them I will recommend them to everyone one I know thank you for your professional service and your kindness to us

Terry explained what was needed to be done and how much time and the cost. He showed us before and after photos. Since then the unit has been running quieter and there has been much less dust. Thank you very much!

An issue arose after our preventative maintenance service. While I was disappointed service didn’t come out after hours when we discovered it, Johnny came out and fixed the issue. FACT apologized for the inconvenience and comp’d everything. Johnny was great - thank you.

I Bought 2 units in 2020 from FACT, had a minor issue. Johnny came and is an excellent tech, very professional and knowledgeable within 3 hours of my call I was back up and running. All covered because this company stands by their warranty. Other companies I have dealt will overcharge, upsell and they don't honor their agreements but FACT does. I hope I wont need two more units for a long long time but if I do I will make 1 call and that is a FACT! Thank you to Andrew and the team!

Amazing service. Came the same day and did a temporary fix till the needed part came. Then came out and fixed it the day the part came in. Johnny our tech was perfect.

These guys really helped me out. I had a broken AC, not working on 108 degree day. I called 8 other companies that weren’t available (even though some advertised 24hr care). Kyle stayed until 9pm to fix my AC. Truly amazing service. And I thought reasonable pricing as well. First time customer and I will be returning. Thanks so much for saving the day.
