TSC Air is the best service provider for everything related to your air conditioning and heating needs. They’ve installed a new system for me and they provide outstanding maintenance and customer service. This morning they installed a new Nest thermostat and as usual, they were prompt and got the job done efficiently. And he stayed to make sure I had the app setup on my phone correctly. I trust them and I’m not just another customer.

Had an awesome experience with this AC guy. We weren’t sure what was wrong, but he showed up, figured it out quick, and topped off the Freon. Super friendly, really knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. I’d definitely call this company again and recommend them to anyone. Solid service all around.

They should change their name to 5-Star HVAC ... because that's what they deliver. I've been a loyal customer for many years including repairs and new unit installs. They are always professional and get the job done right. I don't give reviews often, so trust that I highly recommend these guys!

My AC broke in July on one of the hottest days of the year, and TSC came through in a big way. They had their lead tech out the same day for an inspection and managed to get a brand-new unit installed with less than 24 hours’ notice, on a holiday weekend! Absolutely incredible customer service!

I use TCS Air for all my HVAC checkups and repairs. Joel was my tech for my semi-annual check up and was wonderful. He communicated well the areas of concerns that were found, and quickly made the maintenance repairs that were needed this visit. The office is very good at communication also. Overall a pleasure to work with.

Our commercial property has two rooftop A/C units. Both were over 20 years old. Solicited three proposals for replacement. Went with TSC Air. They had the best proposal and are a local family-owned business. We are glad we did. They were able to replace both units in a very short period of time. Everyone was professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The units have been running for about 4 months. So far, so good. The units are quiet and have a great warranty. I’ve been on TSC Air’s yearly plan for a while now and I’m really happy with the service. They’re always on time, polite, and do a great job—dependable in every way. But what really impressed me was how they handled things when a job didn’t go as planned.

When they installed my new A/C unit, there was a factory defect (not their fault), and they responded incredibly well. They diagnosed the issue right away, provided portable units to keep us comfortable, and had the faulty part replaced within two days. It was fast, smooth, and handled with total professionalism.

TSC is the best!! This is a family run business that takes care of their clients with honesty and integrity. I have used them for repairs on my home, they installed new units on my home and saved me a ton of energy expense per month. They also installed a new unit on my moms home. Installation was excellent! Very professional & trustworthy people. I only wish I knew about the possibilities of the air flow system was a bit big to angle it in the attic, but overall they did a great job!
