Just Better Air Technician Landon was awesome. Very nice, honest, knowledgeable and was patient with me asking lots of questions. He let me know about their maintenance plans while testing/checking the A/C handler and outdoor A/C unit. He didn't find any issues and only charged me for the service call. I will be calling Just Better for any future A/C repairs.

Excellent service, knowledgable and friendly tech, answered all my question and helped me understand my system. I would use them again and fully recommend. Plus, the company submitted the claim to my home warranty company for me. This was extra helpful!

Had some cooling issues with my air condition at 10 p m and they were out to my home the following morning by 8:30 am. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and I didn't feel pressured in any way. Also I felt he was completely honest and straightforward with everything. He fixed our issue quickly and was on his way. I highly recommend them and will go through them again. They were referred to
me by my home warrenty and so even better in that they handled all of the paperwork. Super satisfied! Would recommend them with or without a home warranty. Andrew was great!

Just Better Air did an amazing job. Not only did they fix my AC, but they also pointed out significant hail damage from the September 26th storm that I had no idea was there. The system was still running great, so I never would have realized the extent of the damage without their attention to detail. Huge thanks to James for catching this and taking the time to explain everything. Highly recommend!

They have been out multiple times because of my home warranty and have been wonderful! Working with the warranty is a challenge but they complete the repairs properly. They come out quickly and are very accessible. Service tech Andy is so friendly and knowledgeable. He even remembers my dog’s name! I am very pleased with their service and professionalism! Highly recommend!

Service that was provided was amazing, the technician was knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me everything that need to be done and offered suggestions on things to come. He did not try to oversell me on anything and took his time doing the work, I was just needing a season tune up. I will for sure be using Just better air again as I was impressed with their customer service.

James a pleasure to work with. Service was provided through home warranty company. Definately one of the better companies they have sent. Pleasantly surprised. Very prompt in getting needed parts and scheduled my service very quickly. Front office very nice. So far so good. I would nt hesitate to use them for future needs for noncovered items or annual maintenance.

We submitted a ticket for our air conditioning unit on 7/23/25 at 2000 hrs . Just better air received ticket the following day on 7/24/25 with an appointment for 7/25/25. I just happened to call and asked if they had availability for the day of 7/24/25. I spoke to Jade, We have been without AC for 1 week now in Phx AZ with young children at home.
They sent Michael, they acted fast. Mr Michael did his thing and figured out the problem. We are just waiting on choice home warranty now to approve or decline his diagnosis and parts the unit of our home will need. Thank you Just better Air conditioning and heating. Michael said one of the problems was the Ecobee Thermostat we had installed and replaced it with a new one. That ecobee thermostat cost me $200

Follow up on the same post: the next day 7/25/25 I called and spoke to Jade again at 10:30 am , she processed the claim to choice home warranty (CHW) she did her magic “ pulled some strings” a different technician Brian came to the house at 1:21 pm same day and was off the roof by 2pm. He installed the fan motor and run cap. CHW approved the repair. Big shout out all around. These people truly care , great customer service and I thank God for setting everything up perfect for us. I highly recommend this company and would love to do service the unit if needed in the future. God Bless you all

Scottsdale Air sent a technician who replaced one dual-capacitor (for both the fan & compressor) on my unit. It took him less than 15 minutes to diagnose and replace the bad part. He reported that the total bill was ~$562. (Note: their invoice didn't even breakdown the parts & labor.) I demanded the technician to tell me their charge for the replacement capacitor. He said the part was ~ $471. I looked up the price for an equivalent capacitor on-line and found a retail price range from $40-$50. (By my calculations, they tried to markup the part price by 10X their cost.) I called the office and they said that their part price was "competitive." LOL I argued and got them to reduce the total bill down to $300. Would I ever use this company again? Not very likely.

Jarred S did a great job servicing our 2 air conditioners and our heat pump for the guest house. Very thorough and he took pictures and explained in detail the status of all of our equipment, including our air handlers and ducting up in the attic.

Kyle did a complete service & tune up for my AC. He arrived on time was professional & finished in timely manner! I would recommend Scottsdale Air &Kyle!!

Scottsdale Air does a great job. Our technician Cole arrived 15 minutes early, very personable, investigated the issue and explained the resolution. Did not leave a mess. Brought his own "booties" which is nice to see, and wiped down surfaces touched. Work was done in a timely manner and everything is working again. Good to have a company that cares about their work!!

Today was my first time using Scottsdale Air and I had a great experience! We scheduled our pre-summer tune-up. Hector arrived within the arranged service window (and also called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away, which I really appreciated). He provided professional and courteous service, as well as knowledgeable and friendly. He did his thing while I worked and had an online zoom meeting.

End result = all is well with our unit - we are ready for another AZ summer! 🌞🔥 Hoping I don't see him again until next year, but I'll definitely request Hector again if needed before that.

Such a disappointment! My AC unit has not been cooling down adequately during our current heat wave. Two gentlemen from Scottsdale Air came out yesterday. One is a service tech and the other is a salesman. I knew the salesman would be coming and I was OK with that in case the unit could not be revived I could get a fast quote to replace it. I know our unit is getting very old, but I would like to keep it running as long as possible if a repair can be done. I made my wishes known to the two gentlemen as soon as they entered my home. However, after their inspection they proceeded to tell me that it’s losing Freon and the type of Freon that it needs is no longer available. They also reported they could not find the leak. They told me replacement of my AC unit is my only option. I find it very interesting that they gave me this diagnosis even though I told them I was getting a second opinion the following day.

The second AC contractor told me that there is a Freon blend that can be used and there was no need to replace my unit. And there was no need to locate the exact location of the leak because they used a leak stop solution that will find the leak and seal it up. They reported back to me that Scottsdale Air left the valve caps off my AC condenser which causes additional Freon leakage. I see Scottsdale Air trucks all over and I was hoping for better from them. They either don’t know how to fix an AC unit or they are opportunists looking for a money grab. Either way is 100% unacceptable. I will never call them again.

Thomas was very professional and friendly and did a thorough job inspecting our AC system and doing cleaning. I appreciated the attention to detail.
