We had a great experience with Scottsdale Air. They replaced one of our old HVAC systems this spring, and we recently had them back to tune up our second, older unit for summer. The technician, Austin, was fantastic—polite, professional, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything he found during the tune-up and answered all of my questions without rushing. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Scottsdale Air has been handling all our cooling needs for many years. They have both installed new A/C units and they perform periodic maintenance twice a year to keep our units running well. The service personnel they send to our home are always professional and capable. But my wife and I wanted to give praise for Jarred S. who services our four A/C units yesterday. He did a great job of cleaning and inspecting our units. He explained his findings with photos and gave us recommendations for service work. Then he volunteered to stay late to do the service work instead of scheduling the work for a different day which was what we expected. Jarred was knowledgeable, most capable and is a great ambassador for Scottdale Air. He was most pleasant to work with and we hope to see him again.

Hector is a superb technician and I would highly recommend him. Thoroughly checked my AC system. Detailed what would be done and communicated each steps as he did it. He is courteous and pleasant and is a great front man representing Scottsdale air. He recommended the air handling systems as an option for me but I have two stand alone air purifiers in my home so it’s not necessary. The company will do well with technicians like Hector on the front lines dealing with customers directly. Ask for Hector when you book !

Both Jordan Porter and Ricky Hernandez came to my mother’s home this week. She was very pleased with the service she received. Both employees were extremely professional, competent, and knowledgeable. Both men really care for their clients. I would recommend them at all times.

Our newly installed heater was showing an error code on the thermostat. Jordan Porter came out on the day before Thankgiving and explained everything. A new part was immediately ordered to remedy the error code.

We hired Scottsdale Air to replace our 2 heat pumps and added some pretty cool indoor air quality. We bought the Trane xv17’s Tyler and David did a great job - our mechanical closet looks amazing. The other 2 guys did a great job too but, I don’t know their names.

The installers for my new Trane HVAC system, David and Tyler, were phenomenal. On time, courteous and friendly. Left my house just as clean as it was when they started. They were on-time and worked their tails off for almost 12 hours. Very professional and true craftsmen at their profession. I also want to give a shoutout to Eric, the salesman for Scottsdale Air. He came over to my house when I was gathering some quotes. He easily spent twice the time that the other two vendors did and went way above and beyond answering all my questions and helping to configure what was a somewhat difficult install. I can’t recommend Scottsdale Air enough. Kudos to the team!!

Scottsdale Air installed my new 2 stage Trane heat pump on 06-28-24. Austin Flores, Technician, did the 6-month post installation inspection today. Austin was communicative (called & let me know his approx. ETA), knowledgeable, professional, & polite. When he left, I felt confident that my system was operating as designed. Bi-annual maintenance to AC units. The team at Scottsdale Air & Heating are great. I have now had 3 different technicians come out and each one, especially Noah is kind and skilled. Noah came in and neatly and skillfully performed the bi-annual maintenance on our AC units. Grateful for this team and their expertise!
