Service technicians Hector and James were courteous, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. During their inspection and maintenance, they identified that one of our compressors is approaching end of life and clearly walked me through the available options, which I’m currently considering. They were very thorough with both our A/C units and air handlers, and I truly appreciated the time they took to answer my questions. Scottsdale Air’s maintenance membership has been money well spent, and I’m very happy with the service overall.

UPDATE: After this was posted Brewer's came out and warrantied a part and fixed the unit. However, the original wiring was done incorrectly and had to be redone properly by a different company. Despite being given the Owner Mark's word that he would cover that cost, I have not received compensation, and he has since denied being willing to honor his word. Additionally, in the original response he claims I never reached out to them. But this is massively incorrect as I spoke with them multiple times after the initial install about the unit and the owner refused to believe the unit was not running correctly and would not fix it.

Notes from other company confirming the unit was not installed properly. "ServiceTech Final Notes: Unit is running but wont switch into cooling, runs in cooling in both
heating and cooling modes. See no issues on board, Recommend new thermostat wire and wiring unit properly for
2 stages unit is only wired up for single stage"

PLEASE beware. Improper install of a brand new unit. Incorrect system setup. Heating not working. Damaged turf in backyard. Left hazerdous materials in backyard.

OWNER NOT WILLING TO FIX UNIT.

Technician arrived on time - polite - technically sound in inspecting our 14-year old unit for leaks and reported his findings verbally (no major problem found) and written report received on my email minutes later. Very satisfied.

David and his trainee did a great job on our systems. He replaced the filters and cleaned condenser coils outside. He went through each system with a fine toothed comb. Checking all the voltages and making sure they are all in spec with the units. David explained everything to me and his trainee. David is our go to guy for our systems he really knows his stuff and we trust his knowledge to keep our systems running smoothly.

AC went out on Saturday, July 3. Called Brewer's and they were out within 2 hours to diagnose and fix the problem. Joseph was very knowledgeable with my 17 year old Trane and presented options for another more efficient 16 SEER Trane unit. The price was right and decided to go with a new unit with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor (12 years compressor) and even includes 3 years with service calls. Sealed the deal with owner Mark who explained everything in even more detail. I'll follow-up on the installation process in a couple of weeks, but am fully confident of the Brewer's team to perform great work and stand by it.

Your response time and follow up are really great. Cathy was so accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we got quick service. Joseph was polite, courteous and beyond efficient. He is definitely a five star technician! I wish all service industry businesses would use your customer service manual and hiring techniques. Both Cathy and Joseph are amazing and do your company proud.

We recently had a problem with our A/C that required some ingenuity and a makeshift repair involving cutting sheet metal to cover an opening on the air handler. The technician, Jacob Prevost, went to extra lengths to secure the raw materials, cut them into shape and install them on our unit (in 100 degree heat). We can't thank Jacob enough for his insight and perseverance.

Gabe just came and serviced our AC for its yearly checkup. He was very thorough and has given us a great service every time! We have been with Brewer’s since moving to AZ 23 years ago. It is a great company, which I highly recommended.

The technician arrived at the start of the time window we were given. We got a text message in advance of his arrival that included his photo. He was courteous and polite and explained what he was doing. He finished promptly and gave us information about future service options.

What a pleasant and professional experience with Mark and his team. Seriously. His company was one of the few that we spoke with that came across as honest and reliable. I am thankful to know they are in this space as I had no idea they have been around for 30 years!

Hi, this is not a fake review. None of my reviews are. I was not happy with the level of communication provided. I was also told one thing and had to follow up almost 8 times to get a simple response that I should have gotten the first time. Your salespeople promise great things to get the deal and toss you to the side after the deal it done. So, no, this is not a fake review. My first one was not very professional, so I took it down. This one will do.

Treymayne was the technician that came to my house. He was prompt, courteous, professional and did a great job of servicing my air conditioning unit. I received a text message when he was on his way, so there was no sitting around waiting for me. I would definitely recommend using Brewer’s. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Brewer out to do my AC inspection. The customer service I received from the dispatcher was amazing! At the last minute he was able to find a tech to come and see me when I was in a bind. When the tech arrived he was extremely professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Definitely will use these guys again!

Guy and Ronnie did a maintenance and service check on my two a/c units today. They gave advanced notice that they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very pleasant and professional, took care of the units and they are running perfectly now. I highly recommend them both.

Alex, the repairman was excellent. They responded very fast. It was the hottest day of the year. 3 o'clock in afternoon. He identified the issue and repaired it within an hour. I was extremely pleased with the service. They installed my unit and would never contact anyone else for service. After 13 years of service they do not disappoint. Thank you Vince.

Brewers is an experienced, well run company. Their entire team is always reliable. Kyle Steele came right over to replace a broken thermostat to save us in the extremely hot weather. He is always knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful!

This company was very professional and they accommodated us with an earlier time to get our AC installed. Rip off. Charged me hundreds of dollars for unneeded work that didn't even fix my problem. Hired someone else and they sent out an actual technician who did troubleshooting and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes of arrival. If you decide to go with Brewers make sure and avoid anything extra like a biowash or similar nonsense.
