After a bad experience, with two other air-conditioning places, this was excellent service. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me or rip me off. Very professional, early more than on time which was fantastic. They kept checking in with me, and in particular, my technician was absolutely amazing. His name was David he was fairly new there, but good gosh he went all out, extremely friendly, professional, knew what he was doing. Fantastic all the way around. And what a relief.

Eric and Mike from Brewer's cleaned our heating ducts and dryer ducts. They did an excellent job. These two gentlemen are very professional and kind. I felt perfectly safe with them working in our home. They were extremely careful about preventing damage to the walls and our new carpeting. To top it all off, they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Great job, Eric and Mike! We'll ask for you next time!

Coil cleaning and check up $120. Install of a capacitor $270. Definitely a rip off. Its 2025 people can google how much things should be. Don't let the good reviews fool you this place will upsell you. A maintenance program to an overpriced part that "might" be going. The skills to check resistance with a multi meter doesn't take a advanced degree. It took less than 15 mins to diagnose (slightly higher resistance)and install and $1,200 an hour seems high.

Update-

Not fake look at the last name ... your response is great! The capacitor was $300 with install .. i figured you marked up the $15.00 capacitor to $30 and the rest was labor. Who knows how you decide to overcharge and upsell your customers.

Brewers charged over $300 for a capacitor that is $18. I trusted the technician. Reviewing the cost later that day, we found the up charge. Tried to call, no answer. Called the next day, no answer and left a message. No call back. Called again the following day and no answer. I will not use them again.

Update: We have had some additional issues with our AC, no fault of Brewers just age of the unit. However, we have been in touch with multiple AC companies and all have said $300 is average cost of capacitor replacement because of the factors listed in Brewers response. I have increased the rating but still feel we could have worked this all out if they would have called me back. It is frustrating that I was only able to get a response through a review.

The two gentlemen that came out Dino, and I'm sorry I don't remember the other gentlemen name. They were both so professional, respectful, responsible, caring, polite, gentlemen. I would definitely recommend Brewers Air Conditioning and Heating to everyone. Also, Mario is a very professional, respectful, and honorable young man. They go out of there way to make sure a customer is not left without any questions being answered. If anyone is looking for there air conditioner repairs, Brewers is the company you want. You will be just as pleased as I was.

This is my second time as a customer of Brewers AC. I wanted to transform my hot garage into a cool, functional workspace. Mark knew immediately what it needed based on the square footage and cooling requirements. Kyle and team promptly showed up and neatly installed a powerful Mitubishi mini split unit that works great! Let the fun garage projects begin.

To start off, I wish this could be a positive post. Unfortunately, it is not. Back in October of 24 the a/c went out at the Chandler house. My wife & I called Brewer’s A/C out.
Brewer’s A/C Company is not that great of a company to deal with. When they replaced the A/C, they tore a tile out along with a vent cap. The owner Mark was “Oh well”.

They put the condensation line over the patio where water would drip into the path where one is walking.

I had the tech come back out and move the condensation line. Did he put it where I asked? No. Instead he took its straight down, sent to the right and over the patio. In doing so he put more clamps into the tile and blocking the water flow in the tile. With all the holes he put in the roof, it could lead to water leaking.

Brewers may know how to repair a/c units but they have no knowledge or experience in roofing. I cannot recommend this company. If your a/c is on the roof, do not call Brewers!

This was my first time using Brewers and I selected them for a new system install after becoming dissatisfied with another company I have used for 10 years. Everything about Brewer's seems very professional starting with my first meeting with Mario for a quote. Unlike some other companies I had give me a quote, Mario really listened to me and I think matched us up with a good system. The install went very smoothly with Kyle, Dino and Andrew who each work very methodically and seem to know exactly what they're doing. Each of them are very friendly and respectful. They tested the system when done and Kyle took the time to fully explain the new thermostat and answered any questions I had. Time will tell but I feel very confident based on what I have seen thus far.

Update: A couple of weeks after the install I sent a text to Mario who did the original estimate. My old system had a component I had another company add and was kind of surprised when the Brewer's techs didn't add it to the new system. I explained it to Mario and asked what their best price would be to install a new one. He said someone would contact me. Later that day, Caleb called me and said they went over their pictures of my old system and saw the component was there. He said they would definitely make it right and send someone out to install a new one. For free! Wow! I certainly didn't expect that. Jacob came out and installed a new one and explained how it works. In this day and age it's refreshing to see a company do something because it's the right thing to do.

Since I’ve moved to Arizona, I have had problems with various companies that either fail to return phone calls or bother to show up at their scheduled appointments. Shamrock has been wonderful from start to finish and Daniel is a kind, considerate and concerned employee who is very knowledgeable, prompt and dedicated to his work.

We recently had our AC unit replaced and can say Shamrock went above and beyond to care of us. Not only are we in their monthly membership and that gave us priority service with our unit , which we are very happy with also. But Sean made sure we had it done before my son got here from out of state and our son’s graduation party. We definitely recommend Shamrock Heating and Cooling!

We called shamrock out to replace our package heat pump on our roof. Sean came out to give us a quote and gave us several different options. We were very pleased with various affordable options. After selecting the best option for our house, Sean and Daniel came out to install our new unit. They arrived on time and got right to work. They also walked us through the whole process and cleaned everything up when they were done. Overall the our experience with Shamrock heating and cooling was really good. They were honest, friendly, and affordable. I would recommend them to others and I will use them again in the future.

On Friday I called for service and they had a technician out in less than 90 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After explaining my options I elected to buy a new unit. They had a salesman out later that day. He gave me a really good deal on a new unit and had it installed on Monday. Very good experience, I will recommend to anyone in need of air conditioning and heating service.

We have been using Shamrock Heating and Cooling for many years. Sean, and his staff respond very quickly and professionally. I have to mention that when we had to replace one of our A/C units a few years ago, despite the intense heat, and my insistence, he and Daniel made it a point to go around the house, rather than come through it which would have been much easier for them. They were more concerned with tracking any dirt, rather than their comfort. Weeks after the install, I was also impressed with Sean's prompt answers to my many questions. He was very patient. Recently, we had an issue with our other A/C unit and he came quickly as promised and diagnosed the problem on the spot. He replaced the unit at a fair price and he and Daniel worked non-stop through the installation. We appreciated that all old equipment and debris were removed before they left. Frankly, we could get a new unit anywhere, but what keeps us going to Shamrock Heating is not only their pricing, but the quality of their customer service Great company. They never disappoint.

I have been a customer for years. They are honest and reliable. I recommend Shamrock to all of Arizona. They inspect my air-conditioner twice a year, and I feel I have saved money by depending on their service. Daniel came this week and was even early! His knowledge is always appreciated. Shamrock makes scheduling our services easy to do.

I’ve been using Shamrock Heating and Cooling for over 10 years, at two homes, with both old and new units. They do quality work. I’ve signed up for their biannual maintenance inspection to help keep me from falling behind on regular maintenance. Matt provided a very thorough maintenance today, he was efficient, friendly and very professional.

For 10 years I’ve used Shamrock services; reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. Always pleasant and helpful with questions and answers. Very responsive whenever I’ve needed them.

Recently called with an AC problem; within 1 hour, Sean was at my door, assessed the problem and fixed it on the spot!!! Thanks to Becky also for getting right on it and tracking down Sean…. They are the BEST!

Shamrock is great I have been using them for roughly 6 years now for my A/C needs. The maintenance program is awesome and gives you peace of mind that you won't have any issues in the AZ heat. Just yesterday my A/C stopped working. Called first thing in the morning and they were able to fit me into the schedule same day. Daniel met me at the property and worked his magic and had me back up and running in roughly 45 min. Really appreciate all the good work they have done for me over the years.
