Scottsdale Air installed our 2 units and has serviced them exclusively for the last 10 years. I've never had anything but stellar service from the phone support to the technicians. I had an urgent call for service today and Jordan was able to come out within the hour. He identified and fixed the issue in minutes. Pretty critical when it's 110 outside. I appreciate the offers they send out, and the warranty on work and materials. I highly recommend Scottsdale Air, 100%.

Hector came to do our bi yearly maintenance, he was so nice very professional and it was very quick! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great company with exceptional customer service!

Angel & team did a great job with the unit replacement. Ricky followed just a couple days later & did a wonderful job touching up a bar grill location where there was minor D/W & paint damage caused by removal of the old grill. New T-stat & sensor, air scrubber & efficient single stage package. Dave Holland told me these guys were good, he didn’t oversell! Thank you Scottsdale Air team, you do not disappoint. We were very happy with Hector Sanchez maintenence and check up for our heating system. He explained some good info to us. Hope next time we will have Hector Sanchez come check for our A/C tune up in the Spring.

We had a crack at the base of our HVAC system and Hector was our technician who came out to help fix it. He was prompt and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He showed me videos of what he saw and explained how he was going to help resolve the problem. He showed me the after photos and did a thorough job sealing the cracks that were identified. A bonus is that he was also very kind!

Highly recommend Scottsdale Air for all your heating & cooling needs! The Lord led me to them a couple years back when I needed a new unit & was doing my research. Not only did they have the best pricing & warranty; they are just superb in every way!!! Everyone I have dealt with has been great... from calling the office to the technicians, but today I'm giving a shout out to Jesse Devine who did my fall maintenance check up. They are always on time and often running ahead so can get you in earlier if that works for you. Today was no different... Jesse called me and the office also texted me that he was running ahead so could come approximately 2 hours earlier if that worked for me. That worked great! Jesse was very professional, friendly, attentive, respectful and thorough, knowledgeable, and super clean wearing shoe covers even.😃
He answered all my questions and explained everything he did with pictures. Even my cat loved him!😺

Scottsdale Air has truly been a lifesaver. After dealing with the fallout from a poorly executed installation of a brand-new HVAC unit back in July 2025 (done by a different company), I was overwhelmed. Scottsdale Air stepped in and completely turned the situation around.

Jesse did an incredible job of not just cleaning, testing and servicing but also documenting everything he did with pictures, videos and metering. He thoroughly debriefed us and showed that all the numbers fell well within their limits, and that everything was left in top notch working order. I would definitely want to see him out her again for our future servicing.

Tech Hector and intern Jake were professional, knowledgeable, went above and beyond to explain the system, what was needed. Have used Scottsdale Air for years, these young men in their employ were exceptional.

Scottsdale Air was great. They were able to schedule me for a same day diagnostic on my AC outage. Austin came out right away and went through a pretty comprehensive diagnosis and showed me video and pictures of everything. Unfortunately it pointed to a part replacement that was not in his truck so they will have to order it and come back. Overall I was pleased with the quality of service.

Great service from start to finish. Thomas showed up on time, explained everything clearly. Very professional, honest, and respectful. Even our furrr babies liked him. AC is running perfectly — highly recommend!!

HECTOR. S. at Scottsdale Air H/C did a A++++ job on our annual Heater check-up. Their annual membership program was well worth it as they inspect/ Cehck-up HVAC system twice a year and HECTOR S. was so professional, curtious and very respectful. I had many question on what he does for annual check-up for A/C and heating. He also installed a Surge protector as the power goes out here in S. Scottsdale more then we like.
He also told us that Scottsdale Air is also beginning to do plumbing. I'll definitely make note n of that as they are very thorough and their prices are very reasonable. It was hard to find a Reliable and reasonable hvac co. but I'm totally satisfied and very happy with Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling!!!

Scottsdale Air installed a new whole home unit for me in March 2022. The salesman was great and the installation went well. The labor on the installation was warranted. This past December, the unit failed for my tenant and lost all refrigerant. Out of caution, I had someone from another company out to diagnose it, the issue was found almost immediately. I then called out Scottsdale Air, their guy didn’t agree with the original diagnosis despite video evidence that was clear as day. Not surprisingly, he wanted $2400 just to diagnose it. Rip apart the whole unit. Weird. I called a 3rd guy, and he found the issue within 5 minutes with no leads. Both 1st and 3rd companies chalked it up to an installation mistake. I had the 3rd company proceed with the repair, for two reasons, my tenant had already missed several hours at work to accommodate and I’d lost confidence in the honesty of Scottsdale Air. They charged ~$900 for the repair and replacing all refrigerant lost. Today, I spoke with a manager, William, to see how I can be remunerated for this under their labor warranty. He talked in circles to essentially say they don’t stand by it. I well understand companies will do anything to save a dime and make a dollar off a customer now, but at that rate, better not to offer a false warranty with a shiny certificate. My rating only remains so high as I had a very agreeable experience with the install back in 2022. That said, might be better to pay a pinch more for an install from a smaller company who is more honest.

Patrick Fair and his "shadow tech" did a super-pro job servicing our HVAC system. Courteous, knowledgeable, detailed, and communicative. I've been using Scottsdale Air for over two decades, and highly recommend the firm and these technicians.

I had my unit installed 12/24. From the salesman that did a thorough pre inspection to the install team and the attic insulation team. They all did an amazing job. They left the area they worked clean and neat. The unit is working without any issues. Ricky came and repaired the access to my attic shortly after the install very great repair work he did. The paint was scratched but he replaced the and painted the entire opening. Hector came out to do maintenance he is a great tech with a great personality. every employee I spoke with or met has a welcoming personality, great company to have replaced and maintain my hvac unit. I greatly appreciate every one of the employees for making me feel comfortable with such an expensive project.
