This was a 2-10 Home Warranty service request. Just Better AC followed-up with 2-10 for authorization, material delivery and schedule our install of a new AC. Just Better came back the next morning to remedy a humming noise. Excellent service, professional people and great to work with. Thank you!!

Just Better Air is the company my warranty company sent (we recently moved to a new home) and what a great experience! Kevin was the technician and as soon as he turned the AC down, he noticed the problem was the air filter. He explained and showed it to me and fixed it by putting tape on the filter to hold it in place. He was knowledgeable when I asked him questions and very pleasant. Also, Susan at the office was great. She called to make sure I was aware of the appointment and called back again to let me know of a schedule change. She was professional and very pleasant with a perfect personality for dealing with people. We will be using this company for our AC and heating needs!

Landen is the name of the tech who came to diagnose my AC which had stopped cooling my house. He did such a detailed diagnosis that I was very impressed with his knowledge and education about AC. He was very patient and very friendly. Answered all my questions happily.

The company sent out a young technician to deal with my air conditioning problem. I commended him for being responsible and learning a trade at a very young age. But perhaps that was also a problem because he failed to properly diagnose the problem. He conferred with someone in his company, and gave me an incorrect assessment that would have required a very expensive solution. I ended up calling a person from a different air conditioning company. I described the problem to him. He asked several questions and properly diagnosed the problem over the phone. Amazing! Problem fixed for less than $20.

Kevin is the consummate professional. Easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems. I will continue to use just Better Air Conditioning and Heating for any future needs that I have because of their outstanding service and quality of work.

Great tech. Great company. But went off the first companies notes and agreed my line was plugged. Offered to sell me a new unit at a very reasonable price. I almost went with them. Great company. But I got it repaired cheaper.
I paid another tech for a second opinion. He found that the drain line was not plugged. But the drain line had holes in it and that water had dropped through to the ducts. Paid him to redo the drain line. Works perfect. Always get a second opinion

We had James come out and perform a coil cleaning on our AC unit. It’s our second time using Just Better Air Conditioning and Heating and both times we had James. He is very thorough and knowledgeable.

James was professional, did a good inspection, explained the issues well. Gave me a solution to my issues that are forwarded to you. I received EXCELLENT customer service from everyone I interacted with these last few weeks dealing with a very painful manufacturer warranty issue. Our tech Cynthia took very good care of us and spent extra time to help troubleshoot other issues that needed to be addressed. In the end, we are back up and running even better than where we started. Highly recommend Just Better Air and will be using them in the future!

Heat in AZ brutal so they come in next day and on time. He was very throughout with the inspection showed me photos and explained them. He was patient with my questions and gave me recommendations. And most of all I like the transparency on the work. Not trying to take advantage of.
