We have had Daniel come out on a couple different occasions now for issues with our AC unit. He has always been very responsive & timely as well as thoroughly explaining everything he had to do and why in a way we could easily understand. Yesterday our AC completely went out due to the blower motor going out and he came out within an hour late last evening to make sure we were taken care of and did an excellent job! Highly recommend Daniel & Shamrock!

Matt was there early and provided great information, videos and details about the system. He also wore his boot covers and asked about how best to place the ladder to avoid any damage for the attic access. We have been using Shamrock for years I would definitely recommend them.

Matt came in to do an inspection of my AC unit and pointed out a few items that could use repair. One of them specifically could have led to water damage so I was so grateful he could fix it that day. He explained some of the issues but did not pressure me at all to have anything done. I appreciate his patience explaining all of my options and really made me feel better knowing that the repair was made and a future larger problem was avoided. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Installed new A/C unit on roof! They arrive at 9:00am and finished by 11:30 am.
Everything was timed perfectly. They disconnected the old unit. The new unit arrive and 10 minutes after that the crane arrived! The adapter riser went up with the crane, off came the old A/C unit! Once the old unit was on the ground the crane took up the new unit! From there the guys secured it to the roof. Hooked up the wiring, tested the current draw, and air flow tested good at 1200 cfms. Heat advisories this week at 107 degrees plus! We shall see how it preforms. Thank you all at Shamrock Heating and Cooling! Great team!

This was our first maintenance service appointment with Matt and Shamrock Heating and Cooling. We are glad we joined the “club”. Matt was excellent, very professional and thorough. He fully explained the condition of our AC unit, and what needed to be done. I really liked their straightforward pricing on service and repairs. Our unit is 10 years old and running great. Highly recommend using Shamrock!!

11/7/25 update: had our first routine maintenance as part of their Club membership. Matt did a thorough inspection, found 1 part that needed replacing. Everything is in tip top shape. Again, highly recommend Shamrock!

Sean and Tom quickly diagnosed the issue with our new thermostat that we had attempted to self install. They got our AC back up and running quickly during the midday heat. Friendly and professional team!

I decided to have Shamrock replace my 15 year old unit. Sean came out and explained my options (with no pressure towards more costly systems at all). The crew that installed my unit was very efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. This is a great local company! From the initial customer service call, to diagnosis, to the purchase and installation of our new system, they've been a pleasure. We had lots of questions, sometimes repeating concerns for clarification and every staff (Alex was our comfort care professional) was very helpful, respectful and courteous.
The installation was scheduled timely, the technicians (Daniel and Matthew) were on time and it all went seamlessly. They were knowledgeable and friendly.
The new unit is amazing. I can't believe how loud and inefficient our old hvac unit was; we just got used to it. Although it was only 13 years old, it wasn't a quality hvac unit so we're kind of lucky it lasted as long as it did.
Its intimidating making an expensive purchase but I'm so relieved we went with Shamrock. We took our time, got quotes and did some research (learning from past mistakes). It was low pressure, excellent customer service and competitive pricing. We will be using them moving forward. I recommend giving them a call.
Tip: Get a new unit installed ASAP for best pricing before the heat hits.

Shower valve was stuck and kept running even when off. AZ Home Services Group - Tempe swapped out the old valve yesterday. Now it shuts off like it should. Pretty happy with how quick they handled it. Will use again if anything else acts up.

Had to get a new AC installed yesterday. AZ Home Services Group came out and set everything up smooth. It’s already cooling the whole place down good. Really happy with how quick they got it done and the price was fair too!

This morning my kitchen faucet was dripping nonstop. AZ Home Services Group came by and replaced the cartridge. It stopped right away and no more leaks. Feeling good it’s all fixed now!

Laundry valve started leaking today. They came out and swapped the faulty valve fast. No more drips and everything works fine now. Super happy with how quick they handled it. Thanks a lot!
