I have known Sean for thirteen years, when he replaced my ancient, ailing air conditioner with my current unit. Since then I have relied on the bi-annual maintenance provided by Shamrock. They unfailingly provide outstanding service, with integrity and friendly professionalism. It is a pleasure to open my door to a smiling face (usually Sean's) with the knowledge that I will receive the highest quality of service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Today I can reaffirm all that I stated in my initial review. Today, sixteen years after he installed that new AC unit (that had a ten year warranty), Sean and his team installed my new AC unit. As always, his crew was professional, courteous, and meticulous. The installation was restrained and involved minimal disruption, and was completed quickly and efficiently.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sean and his employees for any job, whether it is evaluating or maintaining your current unit or installing a new one. This is a local business that exemplifies integrity and customer service.

Daniel arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. I appreciated the way he explained what my old (1993) HVAC unit needed to keep running. He also quoted all repairs in order of priority. Would recommend.

With the record heat timing is critical when it comes to servicing my A/C. We woke up to a sweltering home on Friday morning with highs hitting 114 degrees outdoors. I knew time was of the essence to find a quality tech before the weekend. I always research before calling anyone. I rely on reviews just like others to select a qualified company that has a strong positive reputation along with knowledgeable techs. Shamrock Heating and Cooling got me in on the same day. Daniel arrived at my house late afternoon with shoe coverings and a compassionate attitude knowing we were suffering. He listened intently without interrupting as I filled him in on the issue at hand. Within minutes he was diagnosing the problem. He worked in the attic with the air handler, the outdoor unit, and the thermostat. Daniel took his time to really find out the problem. Oh, did I mention he's a Master Technician? That was a plus! He was able to tell me what repairs needed to be done and provided recommendations to prevent the issue from coming up again. We're back to a working A/C thanks to Shamrock Heating & Cooling and Daniel.

Shamrock Air is a company that I have done business with for about 12 years. I was working with them when I needed to get a new air conditioning unit. They made a great installation and solved some problems that other people had not even tried to address. Their technicians are all very qualified and patient. The technician who came to my house today was Matt. He did the maintenance check up and then showed me a photo of an area that I need to think about getting a repair for. He was very thorough and polite and I really appreciate how well he presented the situation to me. There is no hard sell wehen they tell me that something needs to be repaired. They make repairs quickly and efficiently.

Daniel was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained things and showed me photos. He did not pressure, but gave recommendations on what he suggested be fixed asap and what could wait.

Daniel has been an incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable technician. I really appreciate the level of customer service he consistently provides each time he comes out. I’m very happy we’ve chosen Shamrock to be our HVAC go-to. We purchased our new AC units and furnace with them, and the service and warranty have been exactly as promised, which is such a relief to know if something comes up with one of the units, they’ve got it covered.

Daniel arrived right on time to provide us with their maintenance service. He is always polite and listens to any concerns and provides a solution.
Thoroughly checked both are units and let us know they were in good working order. Let me know if a product enhancement that would be preventive of possible future issues. Very satisfied. They check to find convenient date/time for appointment. I appreciate how organized and professional they are. I would recommend Shamrock to anyone needing assistance with their AC or heating.

We were recently faced with trying to bring our swamp cooler back to life, to try saving several hundred dollars this summer. AC is so expensive yet necessary during the humid months. We reached out to Shamrock and they sent Daniel to the rescue! For a very reasonable price, our swamp cooler is running like new! The savings will be well worth the investment and greatly appreciated. Daniel was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and put our family at ease. We are now ready for the hot dry Arizona months and looking forward to lighter utility bills. Shamrock replaced our 20 year old system today. Great service. Install crew did a fantastic job. System is cooling great. Crew was very polite & did an amazing job cleaning up after the work was done. Going to use them again on another one of my properties.

Repaired my ac same day

Needed my blower motor replaced. I was quoted a price of $1274 after discount. I assumed they were being nice. After the install the bill was $1498. It wasn’t explained the discount was only if I agreed to pay $16/month $192 a year to join their club.

Some ac companies will wave the service fee if work and repairs are needed. Shamrock still charges the $69 fee.

Late for the appointment with limited communication.

Becky always answers the phone and gets back to me in a timely manner. She sends reminders for upcoming maintenance, which is great, because I’m sure I would not remember. She’s always very kind. I’ve been talking to her for years and only found out today she’s the owner of the company. Now there’s a very hands-on owner. Sean came to do our biannual 27 point system operational inspection. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions regarding our current unit and cost of a new one whenever that is needed since ours is 10yrs. old. I was surprised to see Sean because Daniel usually comes out. Sean is the Mgr. of the equipment and service dept, but came out to service us as Daniel is out due to an injury. That tells you what a great team Shamrock is. They all help each other out. I would highly recommend Shamrock. ps.. prayers for a speedy recovery Daniel. Update it is now 2025. We’ve had an air conditioner unit for 12 years. It’s about time for a new one. Shawn has always given us great service. I recommend them highly Daniel‘s the best we got to meet a new guy today by the name of matt he’s very knowledgeable as well. Getting trained by the best.

Daniel and the Shamrock team are the absolute best! We have used them and been on the maintenance programs since moving to Chandler in 2017. They are always friendly, on time, and most importantly TRUST WORTHY! We had a new unit installed in 2021 and they were fast, efficient, clean and had us up and running in no time! Today we had some cleaning done and they won't try to sell you items that are not needed. We have recommended them to many and will continue to do so!

We've used Shamrock for a few years now and have been really happy with their work. They have repaired and maintained our old ACs, installed 2 new house units and now have also added a new mini-split to our garage for us. They care about customer service and have attention to detail that is so necessary for maintaining a cool house here.

Hadn’t used shamrock before, but it was a pleasant experience. Matt was up front with everything that had to be done. I liked the
“ must do, should do, could do” option and showed me the cost of each. I felt that I could trust what I was being told. I enrolled in the membership program also.

Shamrock did a wonderful job when my AC wasnt working and installed a whole new unit for me. They were kind, professsional, and very knowledgeable about their trade.

Now three summers in a row I've needed small repairs to my very old unit, and I am happy to say we made it through. These guys (Matt and Daniel) helped me with great attention to detail, a clear explanation of the problems (with photos to match), and reasonably priced solutions each time. I appreciate the level of care and respect received from each visit and absolutely recommend Shamrock Heating & Cooling.
