Worst service ever. They don't answer calls. Very bad in scheduling. Tech came out 3 times with wrong parts, and when they finally got the supposedly right part, they left my fridge worse than when they originally came out.

I requested help with a dryer gas leak, the repair man said I have to go buy gas leak detector. He came specifically for the detection or source of the leak. Waste of time and money! Bad news!

He was assigned to me by my home warranty company. Completely incompetent individual!! Came to my home never looked at the inner workings of my range. He told me he’d have to research problem, order the part and get back with me in one to two weeks. I phoned my warranty co. got another repair person out, he took 15 minutes to diagnose and repair problem!

Did not repair washer, over 3 weeks and will not respond to any correspondence, and is contracted through American home shield who will not reassign contract even though "my tech joe" is listed as "temporarily closed ". Our very large family will never use this company again.

If I could rate a zero I would. Washer will not spin or drain water. Tech has been here 4 times, coming again on Monday. Replaced two parts so far with no improvement. I am having to go through AHS

Although AHS sent the wrong part, technician (with info from appliance owner) figured out the problem and repaired it. If the washer continues to work fine, no need for the correct part. Joe (and son) very professional and polite.

Could not fix my washer and terrble customer service. Ignored that I said it was not spinning, focused on the clothes being soaked. Replaced four parts and on the final visit, the washer flooded my laundry room and then stopped working completely. Seven weeks and no resolution. When I would call and leave messages on their machine, the would call back and say "I saw you called, what can I do for you? " Never acknowledging that I had left a message and asking who I was/ what address, even though it had all been provided in the message. I would not reccommend them to anyone. Hired through American Home Shield, who were not helpful either when I told them about the issues I was having.

We are giving them a one star simply because we have to in order to leave a review, although they have earned a 0 star rating.
This is a very unprofessional company, they were subcontracted by American Home Shield to fix our washer, dryer and microwave. They fixed the microwave and washer in the process of fixing the dryer the “tech” blew the mother board of the dryer which caused a short in the wiring of our home. The “techs” advice was for us to call American Home Shield so they could figure out a solution to the problem he created. We were left without an AC, Dryer and electricity that kept going out. Nobody from this company contacted us to discuss the problem their “tech” caused. Bad customer service.
We do NOT recommend this company.

My parent's refrigerator stopped working New Year's Eve, so you can imagine how sad they were to start the year off with, what they thought at that time, to buy a new one. We got My Tech Joe's number from a friend, who spoke very highly of them. They were very honest and clear of the fact that a trip and diagnosis would cost $75 and if parts needed to be replaced, that would be extra. They came and within 5 minutes had the fridge working (the computer part needed to be reset). We feel that they did honest work; did not do anything extra just to make money and treated my parents well. We will be recommending them to anyone that asks.

Do not hire this company! They were paid to fix my washing machine. They said it needed a part. They replaced it but the washer still does not work! I have called them several times. I left messages sent texts no replies. They refuse to call back or come out and finish the job they were paid to do. If you are in a retirement community be especially weary of this company. They are very good apparently at taking advantage of people

BEWARE! SCAM!!!! Broke my friends walking in freeze and offer to fix it for price! Don’t be a victim!
