They tried to charge us for a repair, on something they broke, they finally made good, but I feel they are more for money then the customer

Varitech has been providing refrigeration, hvac and hot side equipment repairs and installations to commercial businesses in Tucson since 1996. They are locally owned and operated. I consider them to be both reliable and honest.

They have helped us with many pieces of equipment that weren't working. They're reasonably priced and quick to get things done.

I have used Varitech for 20 years for all manner of restaurant equipment repair. They are the best in town! Always responsive, fair, timely, pro. Highly recommend.

Customer service was terrible after trying to notify them of additional charges that shouldn't have been placed, on a problem that wasn't even fixed. They lie to your face and tell their managers something different. Would not recommend their service.

I just want to say from the outside looking in on all these "bad" reviews, it is very obvious and apparent that these reviews all stem from one individual who originally felt they had an issue. I just called and spoke with a woman named Karen who was very pleasant and very helpful. It's a shame that some people feel the need to bash others, it's even more of a shame that the person inciting the bashing is a local Tucson business owner. Thanks for the great attitude Karen- it is very much appreciated!

Horrible service. Called them up for a repair on my freezer. Not only did they not fix it, they broke it more and said they found it that way and want to charge me extra for what was quoted prior. I told them it wasn't broken like that until they "fixed" it and they said that I was lying and won't repair it for free. Definitely won't use their service again. And whoever is reading this, I definitely won't recommend them to anyone else. Go find someone else for your repairs because this company definitely doesn't worth your time or your money.

If you look back at your yelp review, you have 1 star lack of service and everyone is also complaining about surcharges that were tacked on for doing absolutely nothing that go back all the way to 2011!!! You have been scamming people since you had started your business. Don't worry though, you will receive notification within the month from the better business bureau about your services and charges. You guys lack customer service as well as the honesty. If you took pride into your work, you would make sure your job was done and bill people, like myself, for finishing the job.

Varitech is superb, the whole team is wonderful to work with, we've used them for years, they always get it done! Highly recommend for all commercial equipment servicing, repairs, et al. Can't say enough good things about their techs.

This company is the best. I have a commercial freezer in my home. It may surprise you, every company I called but 1 refused to service it. I got hold of Maria at Varitech. They agreed to repair it, kept the agreed schedule and sent Andrew and experienced knowledgeable tech to fix my machine. Thank you Maria and Andrew.
