I HAD NOT MADE A COMMENT IN REGARDS TO THE SERVICE I HAD ASKED FOR , BUT AFTER A LENGTHY WAIT, A LETTER TO COMPANY ,AND NO RESPONSE BACK,I HAVE TO GET IT OFF MY CHEST.HAD A BURNER ON MY BOSCH STOVE TOP THAT WOULD LIGHT , BUT NOT STAY LIT,CALLED ,SENT BILL OUT, CHECKED ALL BURNERS TO SEE IF THEY WOULD LIGHT/STAY LIT. 4 OF 5 STAYED LIT BUT THE CENTER WOULD NOT.BILL CALLED OFFICE, OR PARTS STORE , LENGTHY CONVERSATION ABOUT MANY OTHER THINGS ,RESULTS ,BAD NEWS VALVE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE,CAN NOT BE REPAIRED! HERE IS A BILL FOR $65. SORRY.THIS GOES ON BUT DO NOT WANT TO BORE EVERYONE,, I WENT ONLINE,ORDERED VALVE (AVAILABLE) AND FIXED IT MYSELF.I WAS TOLD THAT MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED,,NOT!!

Not only are they professional but are fairly priced. They have fixed my garbage disposal, water dispenser on fridge, microwave And will call them for anything else. They are honest, helpful, and kind.

Quoted us a price to repair our washer for $1,000 (our washer did not even cost that much), took the $95 services fee and left. I called 3 other appliances repair places they quoted us $375 to repair it. Seemed like a total scam.

They were able to repair my refrigerator for nearly half the cost of a competitor's quote. One month in and it is still going strong. Thank you Steve!

I called to get a service call on fridge, the lady was explaining to me about the charges. They would charge me 4 percent i use a card, even on a debit card. I get it's they're business but to nickle and dime a customer like that then what other charges will I get that I don't know about! Just makes me weary of them. I canx service call.

I can highly recommend them! My refrigerator was leaking water all over the place--Wally, the repairman, quickly diagnosed the problem and they managed to find a replacement part for my 20 year old appliance. Within a week, they had the part and my refrigerator was fixed! Thank you...

Hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked with not just in Tucson, but in other cities and states. Wally came out and fixed our dishwasher in 5 to 10 minutes. He even cleaned up the mess the former company caused. He was very professional, friendly, and highly knowledgable. I would recommened their service to anyone seeking repairs.

The service man was right on time and very professional. My dryer wasn’t heating up, so he tried a simple fix and it is working. He could have charged for expensive parts, but didn’t, so we appreciate his honesty.

Adam Nieto was the tech very professional and had the part they thought would be needed. We were very impressed with Mr. Nieto and will use this company in the future.
