The tech came to my house to diagnose a problem with my new refrigerator. I don’t know what parts he ordered, but when I called ATS later to find out the status of the parts, they told me the parts had been ordered and to expect them in 7-10 days. After 3 weeks, I called and left a message to get an update, nobody returned my call. A week later I called again and spoke to the receptionist that said the parts were back ordered. I called thermadore directly, as I thought this was strange since it’s a brand new appliance, they told me ATS never ordered any parts from them and that they had the parts in stock. Thermadore called ATS and ATS said they ordered them from a 3rd party vendor. I don’t even think the parts they were ordering were genuine Thermadore parts. After 6 weeks, I canceled ATS’s service and going to go with the other warranty provider, Tucson Appliance.
Steer clear of this place, they have poor customer service and were dishonest.

Rob did a fantastic job. He gave us a window for his scheduled arrival in the morning and a text when he was 28 minutes away. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a mistake which had been made when the dishwasher was originally installed in the home. Thank you and well done!

Fantastic service. Leopoldo arrived on time, actually gave me an earlier appointment. He quickly determined the source of my issue and gave me additional tips on routine maintenance of the unit. This is a great outfit. The last business I had to use with a previous refrigerator here in Sierra Vista was a nightmare. Huge improvement

Eric did a good job. Placed a matt on the floor so it did not get all scratched up. Repaired 4 year old dishwasher computer pad. Also, reset the dishwasher in the cabinet so it was right!! Previously cock-eyed and a bit forward of the cabinet. Really pleased. Cleaned up well, too.

Bob is a great guy and has kept us going with this old Viking stove for a long time, and I think his salary should be doubled!!!!

They were assigned to fix my Bosch dishwasher and were unable to. They ordered a component to fix it. They did not call to get the issue resolved and I had to call them. When they finally came, he could not fix the unit. Never gave me a copy of the report. Reported to Bosch that the unit was fixed. The unit IS NOT FIXED. The grill underneath was removed and not replaced. If they cannot fix the unit they need to tell Bosch so I can get a replacement unit. If they do not make this right I will report to the Better Business Bureau. I received no final invoice about the work

When we tried to schedule an appointment, they were very busy-but that only confirmed how in demand they are. It's clear they stay busy for a reason: excellent service and a strong reputation.

Very professional, responsive and thorough. They fixed our 20 year-old Viking Range beautifully. Would definitely recommend them for any high end appliance repair!

Worst service ever!

Had Pat from Tech 24 come to Green Valley today on a saturday and fixed a critical peiece of equipment in our establisment. He did an exemplaty job and got us up and running. Very knowagable and effecient.

They installed a piece of brand new equipment for us less than a year ago. We have been trying to get warranty service for the equipment and have been pushed back 3 times now. The service during installation was slow and unprofessional. We would not be using them if not for the warranty.

Excellent service. Fixed onsite and did not have to order parts. Cost of a new dryer is so high now, I am thankful Al was able to fix my 16 year old dryer.
