Efren was great with my install of my new washer and dryer. My laundry room gave him some trouble but he made it happen. Yuri was amazing at helping find the right set at a great price. I would recommend Frontline to anyone for their appliance needs.

I appreciated the ATS receptionist finding me an appointment soon after I had called about strange noises in my kitchen. Bob realized that the strange noise was linked to the filter on the Thermador freezer and showed me how to change it properly. I was very pleased.

I highly recommend using this company!! I have a newer model of GE Washer & have been having complaints with it since receiving the machine. After my first visit from ATS, I still had concerns. I was beyond impressed, when Mr. Bobby (owner) took the time to call and address me with these concerns. He was very understanding and very kind. I felt very respected and heard. So thank you!!

Today, Mr. Leopoldo (Manager) took the time to drive an hour to Sierra Vista to help me with my issues. Upon arrival he was very kind and understanding. He took the time to listen to my issues and concerns with the machine. GE has sent me two other companies prior to ATS and every one of those technicians that came out did not bother to take the time to hear my concerns. So being heard means so much to me.
Mr. Leopoldo not only explained things into depth but he got down on his knees and took apart the bottom part of the washer to show me how things worked and to make sure everything was intact.
No one has ever bothered to do that with me and I am so grateful! Technicians don’t do that anymore, bring it back!
Now I have a little more knowledge on how the washer works in the motor area and better understanding how the washer operates.

Needless to say. I am very impressed the second time around working with ATS and very grateful to have been heard!

He’s obviously competent and he diagnosed the issue and has the ‘fridge running again.

I’m a DIY type person, my first contact with ATS was Joe. Great Technician, walked through with him what I had done so for diagnosing my 2008 Whirlpool Washer. He told me that I had done everything he would have done, so I possibly received a faulty part, the water level switch. He was correct.

My second encounter with ATS was Marty, pretty much the same problem with my washer, two years later. This time I wanted a Professional to again double check the problem with my washer. He also told me that I was probably correct and that the level switch had failed again. He let me know, if that doesn’t fix it - call us back and they would be happy to take the next steps. I truly like the fact that both of these Technicians respected my ability to fix it myself, but if I needed help . . . they would be there, it’s truly the RESPECT for their customers that is the KEY.

Bob is my go-to for anything related to my Thermador. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely cares about getting things right. I have a home warranty but never use it—Bob’s service is just that reliable. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy and efficient. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Authorized Technical Services regarding our 21 year old washing machine that no other company services. Rob was on time, professional, personable, and expertly communicative. I was expecting a high cost repair or a haul away, but Rob checked the machine and our problems were solved with a pump cleanout. I hope to not need another appliance repair for some time, but when I do I will not hesitate with whom to call: ATS, and Rob if he is available.

We have an old, uncommon range where the stovetop actually pulls down from the wall. When the burners stopped working, other service providers refused to even look at the range because of its age, but the folks at ATS were up for the challenge. They took time to talk with me, research the range, and check out old service manuals before even sending someone to the house. When Bob came over to check it out, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We saved so much money by not having to replace the range, and are grateful to ATS for helping us out!

Excellent service, and communication. We called and Joe came out within a day. He found the problem, quoted me the cost of the part and the installation which I felt was fair. He called before he came out. Although after he left I got an error code on the dishwasher, Joe called me immeadialty to ask me to re run the dishwasher , and if not fixed, he would be out the next day. So far, it looks like it is running fine. I loved the fact that I thought I had a problem and immeadiatly Joe called me back. Great service and communication.

My service technician, Leopoldo, was AMAZING! He took the time to show me how to resolve the issue I was having. He taught me step by step how to program my microwave. We had an excellent experience with Authorized Technical Services! They came to our home to fix our ice machine and were kind, professional, prompt, and communicated well throughout the process. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to another company we had previously used.

The other company replaced our ice maker at a significant cost, yet the original problem persisted. Authorized Technical Services not only diagnosed the issue correctly but resolved it quickly and effectively. The difference in service was night and day!

Set my appointment about 2 weeks in advance for a diagnosis of our microwave which wasn't reheating. Leopoldo called on day of appointment at 7:15am and arrived between 1230-230pm. He ordered 2 parts from GE Appliances which ships from its warehouse to ATS. When Leopoldo receives my parts he'll schedule an install but says it won't take 2weeks to wait. So far I am satisfied and hope the parts ordered will solve the problem the first attempt. Leopoldo works smart, experienced and honest. Will report back after he installs the GE magnetron part.
On Monday ATS called with the part so scheduled a repair for Thursday. On Tuesday ATS called to cancel repair instead Leopoldo now will come Monday. Everything happens on Monday. "Hope for the best prepare for the worse." Hopefully replacing the heating element (magnetron) is the solution. Prepare to wait in order to schedule your initial appointment to diagnose the problem. Prepare to wait on parts to be delivered. Prepare to wait for parts to be installed. Prepare to wait on the system 30 days more or less. Leopoldo arrived today as promised and fixed our microwave right the first time!!! Hooray This work is highly technical and you need a Pro who is as experienced as Leopoldo. I was impressed and satisfied..

I have been using ATS for several years now and I was so happy when the scheduler told me my technician would be Leopoldo.
My son passed away recently and the ice maker at his home was not working properly. Leopoldo described the issue I am experiencing in terms I could understand and immediatly ordered the part to repair the ice maker. Leopoldo is very knowledgeable, courteous and wastes no time in getting the job done!
