You know how you never look inside your dryer? And then you go down the path of possibly purchasing a new one? Well don’t do that without calling Ali first! He answered my call right away, asked a couple questions to diagnose the issue and fit us into his busy schedule. The price was affordable and he installed the new part on the spot. We were lucky the issue wasn’t more serious but I HIGHLY recommend him if you are having issues with your dryer. Call him when you need dryer repair services! Thank you Ali!

Contacted Alex yo fix my 2012 LG front load washer, and he responded promptly to schedule the visit. He replaced the lock, cleaned under the washer, and shorten the drainage cord. Something went wrong with the memory board not communicating, and Alex came back immediately and fixed it! Highly recommend Alex. I need my washer to last a tad bit longer!

Affordable Appliance Repair came through for me in a different way. I called the company and outlined the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. Alex asked me some questions about the symptoms and what was showing on the control panel. We narrowed it down to the control panel, or maybe the damper. I replaced them both, which was less than $200. The company is happy to help DIY repair enthusiasts and save me a lot of money! Kudos to Affordable Appliance Repair in Tucson!

Beck and Alex are great! This is my second experience with them and both times they got to me quickly, on the same day I reached out to them. It's not all about the money with them. They truly want to be helpful and they strive to get you the best price if you need parts for your repair. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I called this morning for an appt. and was given same day between 2-4p.m. Several minutes before 2:00, Alex was at my door. Friendly and went right to work. Diagnosed quickly, had the part with him, and by 2:20 he was done. He explained a few things with the dryer and was on his way. I will use them again, as they are very affordable. I recommend them highly.

So happy with the service from Alex and his wife. He was prompt to respond to my request asked the right questions to have the parts needed to do the repairs same day and fixed both my washer and dryer in excellent time. He explained and visually showed me what was wrong giving me confidence and trust in his work. Would absolutely call again!

My washing machine had stopped working mid-cycle and would not drain. When I called to schedule a service appointment, it was already kind of late in the afternoon. Still, Alex was able to make a stop before the end of the day. He diagnosed the problem and provided options on how to proceed, based on his professional experience. He had the needed parts with him. I appreciate the honest, no-nonsense approach and recommend this company. 5 stars!

I contacted this company at night using their website, and Alex (and Natalya) were able to make it the next day to replace the belt on my dryer. They were so nice and spent extra time and care making sure everything was just right. I will definitely keep this company in my contacts for future needs.

They checked out our refrigerator that just stopped running recently for repair. Once we can find the antique part, they will come back and help us restore our refrigerator. Very professional, super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a 1930’s GE Monitor Top that we can’t wait to get back running. Highly recommend.
