Kagum was my technician. He was able to repair both my dishwasher and microwave. He took the extra time to go out of his way to help me and explain everything he was doing. He was incredibly kind and I am very happy with the repairs he did. I will definitely call again if I need help in the future.

I recommend this company 100% and I’m so glad I found them. I had a leak with my LG refrigerator and needed it looked at right away. I did a Google search for appliance repair near me, and A+ Appliance repair came up, so I made an appointment online, and within 30 min Kagum was at my door. He was very professional, honest, personable, and figured out my problem right away, that I needed to have a part replaced, so he looked it up online and thankfully the shop had a few in stock nearby. While he was here, he showed me how to clean my filter on my washing machine, and replaced a spring that my handyman apparently broke when installing it.
I received a call this afternoon from Kagum letting me know he was on his way to get the part, and would let me know the ETA, and if it was ok. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he also tried to remedy my glass cooktop issue ( LG) just like the refrigerator, but I need to get something replaced on that as well, and when I get the money I will probably do that. Fixed my leaking refrigerator in a very timely manner, with no problems. I was very pleased with everything,
I will not hesitate to call him again, and will refer anyone who needs an appliance repaired to this company.

Kagum was very efficient and came prepared to complete repairs on the same visit. He clearly enjoyed his work and knew exactly what to do to make repairs. He even noticed I had a bad vent connection and replaced that for me too. His price for the repairs was $20 to $60 less than other quotes I received. I highly recommend his company.

Ragum. Was the tech that fixed my ice maker was a very professional and determined. He alway kept me in the loop as to what he was doing. He was alway updating me on his Arrival time . Most definitely will use him again for appliance repair . He has excellent customer service skills.
My price comment wasn’t the service charge it price off the replacement panel . Small and pricey.

Its really nice to find someone who knows what they are doing and who behave in a very professional and competent manner! (In the last couple years I have dealt with at least a half a dozen repair companies and this was the most satisfactory experience by far.) I called this morning, described the problem and within about an hour and a half, the repair-person arrived, completed the job, helped me understand about proper maintenance of the machine (I have an ancient frontloading LG/Kenmore washer), and even cleaned a portion of the machine that was causing some drainage issues. He also helped me understand how to choose a replacement for my dishwasher. 100% recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed.

After some trouble shooting, he realized I had waterline leak to my refrigerator, and it needed to be fixed immediately. Without hesitation he fixed the issue. Kagum did an excellent job of diagnosing my washer. He was very good at explaining parts of the washer, how they are supposed to work, and what is not working. In the end, I will need to purchase a new washer. However he gave me good recommendations on washers. Highly recommend Kagum!

I was experiencing my refrigerator shutting down. Freezer wasn’t working and both ice machines were also not functioning. I called and the owner of the company came out to do the repair so that the time window we set up wouldn’t get pushed back. Kagum is his name and he’s incredibly knowledgeable, extremely friendly and fixed everything very quickly. He pulled the freezer apart and sat in there with a blow dryer for two hours defrosting everything. He then checked all connections and got my refrigerator back to new working condition. I’m extremely happy with how well Kagum knew what he was doing. He’ll even give you tips to help make the life of your appliances last longer. Very excellent work and a very affordable price. I will only be calling Kagum for every appliance repair needed in the future.

This was likely the best service call and service work we’ve ever had, which at 71 is a lot of calls. Igor was professional, calmly knowledgeable, efficient, gave extra touches of service, the price as exactly as estimated. If I could give A+ Appliances a 10, I absolutely would. Thank you Igor!

I called on a Saturday, expecting to only leave a voicemail, but was surprised when my call was picked up. The technician was willing to come out the same day on a Saturday to evaluate the problem with my freezer and said there would be no weekend surcharge fee. He called when he was on his way, promptly diagnosed the issue and placed an order for a part he was to pick up on Monday. He asked to come after 5pm on Monday, another surprise at the extended hours, only to find that unfortunately it had become rock hard frozen over the weekend and had to be thawed out with his blow dryer for over 2 hours. He was dedicated to the job, solved the issue and enjoyed his work. One of the best appliance repair experiences I've ever had! I've since referred him to two friends.
