My washer broke and I was at a loss of what to do next. A+ Appliance Repair came recommended to me by family. I booked an appointment a technician to come the next day. Igor came and quickly identified the issue and even had the part available in his car. He was in and out quickly and was very professional and communicative. Highly recommend and will use again!

I had a washer the was off balance and Igor came to do the repair job. He was very polite and professional. Surveyed the washer gave me a diagnosis and a price which I thought was fair. Had the job completed in about 2 hours total and cleaned up any mess. Would absolutely use them again!

Kagum provided excellent service for my dryer while explaining the process. He vacuumed any debris in the base. He changed my heating element and made sure it was heating like it should.

What an amazing experience! So I originally called to set up an appointment for a later date due to the old "waiting for payday to have the money to afford the service call". The owner, Kagum, answered my call and said he'd be over in 20 minutes (yes you see that correctly) and we'll see what's going on with my dryer. Like a true professional, he diligently took my dryer apart piece by piece checking everything to see what the problem was. He found the broken switch (it just gave out not due to misuse) and stated he will order the part. Kagum figured the part would be in by the middle of the following week and his partner would come and install it due to the fact he would be on vacation. Well, in three days (two were the weekend) the part came in and Kagum made it a precedent to finish the job before he went out of town. Within 5 minutes of his arrival the switch was replaced and my dryer was back to working like a champ. In my 25 years of owning this house I have never had a more pleasant experience with appliance repair. Highly recommend this company. They are very honest and will work with your schedule and budget. Will definitely be using these guys for future repairs. They definitely are A Plus in my book! Thank you!

Kagum was very professional and friendly. He was prompt as well. He loves teaching!!! He even showed me how to clean under my refrigerator! He also gave me some samples of some detergents and disinfectant to help keep the dishwasher running smoothly. Would definitely recommend and will be using again!
