My GE washer gave me a H2O supply error. I changed the hoses, cleaned inlets and filters, and the error remained. I called A+ appliance and they got my washer working again, by replacing the motherboard. The gentleman gave proper notice before arriving, showed up on time, gave an estimate before proceeding to fix. I highly recommend for their great service!

We called Jan 13 due to a top rack issue with our Whirlpool dishwasher. Igor from A+ came the morning of the next day (Jan 14) to assess the issue & then came back that afternoon with the parts needed. He quickly changed out the bad parts for new ones & charged a very fair price for the work done. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, prompt & professional. We'd recommend him to anyone, he will be our go-to repair professional for appliance repair from here forward!

10+ STAR SERVICE AND REPAIR! We have never met a more caring and gifted appliance repair technician than Kagum. He is knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. He is a great diagnostician and problem solver. Kagum is also a very patient teacher as he shares tips regarding how to keep your appliance functioning well. I have nothing but praise for the fine work A+ does. They were prompt, courteous and professional. My LG refrigerator had a broken ice maker. Igor came in diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. While installing, he pointed out a few maintenance items I had been ignoring. His education probably saved me expensive future repairs. It's hard to find quality service technicians these days; but A+ delivers!

Igor was fantastic! He helped me repair my dryer and washing machine in a very reasonable amount of time, and his prices were fair. He does excellent work and clearly knows what he’s doing. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent future problems. Highly recommend!

I called A Plus because of many positive reviews, hoping for the best. But, I was skeptical. Were the reviews legit?

My experience suggests they were. I have used appliance repair services many times in Tucson and elsewhere. Never have I had such attentive and responsive service. If another appliance dies, I would again call this company. Truly extraordinary service. [Igor was the technician and is the owner of the company. Good guy!]

Diagnostic fee (trip charge, I guess) seemed like a bargain, $60. The repair cost -- parts and labor -- seemed fair. I have no way of actually judging.

I called, and Beck answered the phone. He treats you like an old friend, very caring for his customer's outcome. He was honest and gave a quick diagnosis over the phone.

He said that based on the estimated cost of repair, I should buy a new washing machine. He said he could come out for a service fee, but advised against it bc my money would be better put towards a new washer.

I really appreciated the honesty!

My refrigerator/freezer stopped working so I called Affordable Appliance. They came to my house within 2 hours. They called 25 minutes before arrival, They were neat and clean and looked me in the eyes when they introduced themselves. They tested the board, did some adjustments and tested it again. They explained to me how the board worked and what the problem was in detail. I was given a price to replace the part. It was going to be reasonable but after weighing the pros and cons, I decided to shop for a new one. They vacuumed around the floor and refrigerator parts and put it back together, "just in case I wanted to sell it for parts". An hour later, I received a text with a picture of a new refrigerator on sale at Costco. Thank You Alex and Natasia you were very professional and went above and beyond. I WILL call you again.

Alex came by to look at our broken washer today. He professionally diagnosed the bearing problem for us in record time. Since the repairs would be too costly, Alex recommended buying a new washer, and did not charge us for his time. This is the second time I have used this company and both times I have been impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and integrity!

Alex was very knowledgeable and repaired the switch on our burner. Response time was terrific. Came out the next day after initial call. I recommend them. Alex mentioned that they also repair car electrical issues. Good to know.

The best customer service I have ever experienced from any company ever! My refrigerator needed repair, I called and a technician was able to come the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable and arrived when he said he would. A few days later I needed my dishwasher fixed and believe it or not, Beck talked me through how to fix it over the phone! And it worked! Very nice man. I used him many years ago and had the same experience. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I have the need.

Ice maker went out on an older refrigerator. Emailed three places and Alex with Affordable Appliance Repair was the first to respond, and on the same day! He helped me diagnose problem via photographs and gave me a quote for new parts. During the service call, Alex even thought to try a less exoensive potential fix. When it didnt work out on that same day, he came back out with the replacement part even working after close of business to have it installed. I would highly recommend Afforabke Appliance Repair.

I would highly recommend Affordable Appliance Repair. I had a little flooding accident with my 27 year old dryer and I was concerned about the internals because water got inside of the machine. Alex came out on a Sunday to check it out for me and make sure it was safe. He had a diagram of the machine and explained why there was no damage but suggested I make cleaning the dryer vent a top priority because I haven't been doing that. Great customer service by people who really do care.

Amazing, I was expecting it to be overly expensive to fix. He came was just honest, hardworking and fast and they were so kind. Went above and beyond, I can't say enough good things, he diagnosed the issue, reassured me the unit was fine and nothing was wrong with the dryer itself, but figured out it was an electrical issue in my wall/breaker/plug. Didnt overcharge, actually worked with me because I was going through a hardship and didn't judge. Even gave wonderful advice, I won't use anyone else ever again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, my friend (the electrician came, and turned out it was a loose connection on the breaker box, it's working now!!!!)
