Awesome service! Freddy came out within minutes of our call to repair our refrigerator. Diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Got our model number when we called and brought the part he thought he would need for the repair, which was spot on. Reasonably priced. We are very pleased!

I highly recommend Affordable Appliance! My ice maker in my refrigerator was not working. Alex came to the rescue. I did a lot of research as there are many businesses to choose from. You can read other very positive testaments to their work and I can attest they are prompt, communicative, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I learned a lot as Alex explained every step of the way. In the end, I needed a new ice maker and he even took the old one away after we dissected it to see why it stopped working! I found Affordable Appliance Repair by chance on the internet. Now I have their number in my contacts and I wouldn’t call anyone else, whether for remote service or for in person service. They really went far above and beyond anything you could expect and continued to follow up until my problem was resolved. Great company. They have a new, permanent customer for all of my appliance issues.

Beck took his time on the phone to properly diagnose the issue with my unit. He told me something to try, to get it working again. I'm going to do that. He did not want to come and collect a service charge if not needed. He is obviously a person of good character.

I had a great experience working with this small company. He responded quickly and proactively began troubleshooting before even coming out. He even researched part pricing in advance, which impressed me. He set clear expectations around timing and then exceeded them. Both he and his wife were kind, efficient, and the service was reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Called them because my washer was moving out of place, they showed my the broken piece, the cost to request it and how much it would be with their labor. Overall suggested a replacement and how to get rid of the old one in a way that I can make some moves back. I appreciate the transparency!
