I was looking for a local family business for purchasing a washer a few months ago. I was impressed with the service I received from Yuri when I visited the store. I felt the price was very good and found out the delivery service was excellent.

This past week I was ready to get a dryer, so I returned to Frontline. Again, excellent service from Yuri. She was very patient answering all my questions. Today, my dryer was delivered and installed by Efren and Arturo. They were on time and were professional and efficient.

Frontline Appliances is new to us but we are very impressed. Our salesperson allowed us time to browse, inspect and discuss in private, not the usual helicopter sales approach. She was very efficient and knowledgeable, pleasent and professional. So too was the delivery driver. We were never in doubt about delivery times and he was prompt as promised. We will definitely be going back to Frontline Appliance for our future appliance needs.

I got a dryer replaced by frontline and the whole process was very smooth. The install technician, Arturo, was friendly and did a great job! The appointment booking process was easy, and I got an accurate time estimate for when to expect the tech, and how long the service would take.

Great place!! I came here as a first time renter when my fridge unfortunately broke and I was able to get a great one with a discount, flexible payments, and different resources for financing since this was all so sudden and I had only so much to put down. The people here are super friendly and ready to help at a drop of a dime! They worked with my schedule as I work in healthcare for longer hours. I appreciate the thoughtful responses and quick service. I plan to come again once I save up for other appliances as now they won a loyal customer <3

Efren spent time analyzing the issue with the ice maker. Once he completed, he shared his findings along with three solutions. I chose complete replacement of the unit (hence, the cost of his visit is not relevant). Efren is very knowledgeable and professional in his demeanor. That said, he is also personable and friendly. It was without hesitation that I chose Frontline Appliances and I have zero reservations fully recommending their services.

Arturo was on time and very customer friendly. We were dissappointed that he didn'ʻt have a dryer electric cord that would enable the dryer to be connected to the outlet. Iʻm sure other customers needed more than a 4' cord. We appreciate Frontline wil not charge us for the 6' cord. Unfortunately we have to wait two more days to operate either washer or dryer. We make an extra effort to support local owned businesses.

What can I say about this business... THEY ARE AWESOME!!! We utilized their services for a second time. I will start with my first visit back in 2020. We purchased a scratch and dent Frigidaire refrigerator from them. This was after spending a few days shopping from big box stores to local stores. No one had the right size refrigerator for our kitchen but this place did. We purchased it for a great price and it came with a 1 year warranty. They came installed it on the scheduled time and day. Handled the delivery with the utmost professionalism. 1 year later right before the warranty expired my filtered water line bursted and required a fix. They came out as soon as possible and didn't haggle me on a thing. Honored the warranty from parts to labor. Now for my 2nd visit. Dryer dies and off course this place came to mind first since we knew how well they worked with us. We went to the show room and the owner greeted us and attended to us quickly. She showed us the show room and allowed me and my wife to look around. No pressure on the owners side to make a sale. It made it so easy. While looking We found a set of washer and dryer for less than a thousand bucks brand new with a 2 year warranty. We were sold! Again delivery was prompt and on time. They delivered and hauled away our old washer and dryer. On top of it we had a service call for that refrigerator again and the owners husband was the technician. He assessed the issue quickly and ordered the parts we needed. Fixed the fridge again with a 1 year warranty on the job. I am horrible with names but to the owners Thank you! Happy to support a great local business.

From the first phone call, I was impressed with my service. The scheduling rep was friendly and found someone quickly to repair my appliances. My repairman was Efren, and he was knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and thorough. He took the time to explain the problems and solutions. I also have a year-long warranty on the work provided. After a couple of disappointing attempts to find help with others on ThumbTack, I found Frontline, and they were excellent.

Order a new refrigerator on Monday, was delivered & installed Tuesday next day! Great friendly technicians. They even hauled away old unit. Highly recommend!

Wow I'm so happy with the customer service, the support, my delivery guy Arturo not sure how to spell his name. But what a guy. 23 years old and so polite. He has such a great outlook on life. I was amazed. Everyone ., from the finding what I wanted and a nice price Yudy Yuly was so professional and informative on every aspect. The whole situation from finding my freezer to paying for it and delivery was less than 15 hours stream line. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of people.

Frontline Appliance went above and beyond when looking for a replacement part for a stove that was damaged. Yuri took my messages and calls and provided all of the information and details I needed to make a decision in a timely manner. She was very informative and helpful throughout the process making sure that we had the confidence moving forward. We ended up going with a new unit and would recommend this company to anyone! 5 star service for sure!
