Leopoldo and G.B. are definitely team players and truly respect their customers. I have a refrigerator that's been giving me issues.. I was told warranty expired earlier in the year. Went to buy a new one. Upon canceling service call.. G.B called me back to inform me my stuff was warranty for another 2 years saving $$$.. to above and beyond what she needed to do.. Leopoldo showed up as appointment scheduled.. with necessary tools and parts in hand had refrigerator up and running same day.. truly a blessing.. 5 stars for both and biggest thank you to both.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We called for service because our brand-new stove was leaking gas while using the air fryer setting. The smell filled our entire house, set off all of our carbon monoxide detectors, and our gas company confirmed the source was the stove. When the technician, Renato, arrived, he only turned on the air fryer for five minutes until we insisted it be kept on for longer and told us the smell was just “burn off” from being new. He was extremely dismissive, rude, and acted as if we didn’t know what gas smells like. He did not open up the back of the stove to check the gas lines or do any kind of thorough inspection, which was very concerning given the seriousness of the issue. We felt unheard, unsafe, and very dissatisfied with the service.

Rob and his assistant were awesome. Knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend them. I really appreciated their abilities.

Our washer pump died, and was discontinued due to the age of the washer. We hadn't been able to do laundry for a week. The technician,Casey, that helped us told us they had some waahers at the shop that they had repaired. Got one delivered in about an hour for a great price.

Leopoldo was very helpful and explained the reason the refrigerator wasn't making ice. We have to call a plumber. There was no charge.

The other company that installed my oven didnt jet or regulate it right. Renato walk in saw it in 1 min had it figured out. His was very knowledgeable, fast, and professional!

We have an older kitchen, KitchenAid appliances. Are microwave went on the blank, and Rob and Marty were able to get it going again. They were on time, courteous, and got the job done quickly! Highly recommend this company we have used them on other occasions as well.

For some bizarre reason Best Buy sent these clowns to my house today to take some measurements. Authorized Technical Services showed up three hours earlier than the scheduled window of 4:30pm to 7:30pm on a Friday. An adult was home but my kid answered the door thinking it must be his mom at the door since even my 10 year old wasn't expecting these clowns to show up for another 3 hours. They asked my 10 year old if an adult was home and he said yeah let me get my grandma, the technician got in his truck and left without acknowledging that my son just told the tech to hold on one second while his grandma put the dog away, we didn't know the tech was going to be there 3 hours early or the dog would have already been put away. Anyways, the technician turned around, got in his truck and left without waiting even 10 seconds.

Bob came to complete the final water supply and pump system for our refrigerator. He is very thorough, Ensuring everything installed is working precisely as it is intended. Refrigerator works like brand new, and actually probably better. Bob is very professional and never dallied getting the best performance for our long-term benefit. Thank you Bob.

Rob came to fix our washing machine, and he was excellent. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a great job explaining what was wrong. The repair was done efficiently, and the washer is working perfectly now. I would highly recommend him :)

Rob was excellent. He carefully diagnosed my water dispenser that was sputtering air/water. He solved the issue and asked that I call him should it not fully resolve it.

ATS took the time to listen to my issue and set up an appointment. The next day they called and said they could be out sooner, which was great news for me. When they arrived they went right to work on checking my freezer and we're able to figure things out in about 40 minutes. Would definitely call again.

I love it when the technician knows the appliance you own! I had excellent service and he also looked at my other broken appliance and was able to pinpoint the issue. Now if the parts would come in. Thank you Eric!
