We discovered that our dishwasher wasn't working on November 1. The extended warranty company couldn't get us service before November 16th. I couldn't wait that long. I called Steve on the 1st and he came to our home in Green Valley on the 2nd. I was impressed with the thoroughness of his diagnostics. When we needed a new control panel, I knew he had checked every other possibility. Steve installed the new control panel on the 4th. I thought the cost was reasonable. Steve is very knowledgeable and courteous. I will always use Steve for appliance repairs and recommend him to anyone.

We purchased the extended warranty at Conn's for our fridge. When we requested service Steve Martin Appliance Repair was assigned. Although we haven't had the fridge repaired yet, Michelle from Steve Martin Appliance has been the biggest help. To say she has gone above and beyond is an understatement. Conns has botched our service repair order 3 times already, and we have been without a fridge for almost 2 weeks. We have made more progress to get our fridge fixed in the last 2 days, than I had in the last 2 weeks, and that is thanks to Michelle. Wally came out to take a look at our fridge today, and he was quick to identify the problem, and will come back to fix it as soon as the part arrives. He was friendly, and came in masked, which we sincerely appreciate. I will be recommending, and personally using Steve Martin Appliance Repair in the future for all of our appliance repair needs. Recently had a problem with our 11-year-old LG Tromm washing machine. The internet gave me 2 choices for service in Tucson, one of which no longer services LG and another, Steve Martin Appliance Repair. I called off-hours, left a message, got a prompt reply the next morning confirming my need for service and appointment setup. I had an appointment the next day with a call back from the tech doing the service when he would arrive. Arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled time and proceeded to service the washer. Bottom line, a 5 plus experience with the company and its employees. The technician, Adam, was courteous, knowledgeable, and prepared. He also wore gloves and a mask throughout his servicing. The repair was thoroughly checked and completed. I found out that they repair all the brands of appliances in my house and I will be happy to use and recommend them again for those needs. I highly recommend this company and their appliance service.

Steve made a point of showing up the day after I contacted him about my washer dancing off its back right “foot”. He not only fixed it he lowered the height on all four corners. A real pro!

Received great customer service from Michelle, Wally and Steve. Steve was honest about my dryer’s repairs would have exceeded the value of my old dryer which was purchased at a church thrift store. I only had to pay for the service call. I will definitely be calling Michelle again with and future repairs I may need. Thank you!!

Steve is amazing. He gets your appliance diagnosed and repaired whatever it is. He has been in business for 30 years and he is very friendly. He guarantees his jobs and works with you to make sure you are informed on what is going on. Great service. He had great staff and other techs that work with him as well and worked with my washer as well.

From making the appointment to the service itself I thought that the staff at Steve Martin was professional and courteous. My LG washer/dryer unit was repaired in less than 40 minutes and I was able to use it immediately that day. I wish I could remember my technician's name. He was courteous and the work area was clean afterward. He answered all my questions and concerns.

Ezekiel, the technician, and the woman in the office provided us a level of competence and assistance that we simply no longer expect from many businesses. They went above and beyond anything anyone could expect in their helpful service and help in obtaining parts, installation, and repair. We recommend them without reservation. They were great !

More than anything else we value service companies that keep their word, are on time and are straight-up honest. That describes Steve Martin Appliance. They told us they would call at a certain time on the day of service and they did, they showed up when they said they would and Steve gave us an honest assessment of repair versus new refrigerator and recommended we go with new. As I said, we appreciate the honesty and timely service. Very much recommend this business.

It took 4 days to even get someone to look at refrigerator with freezer not working. Repairman seemed quite confident it needed an evaporative fan replacement. So we opted to have service. They did not have the part so it was ordered and again it took several days. When we were called that part was in it took another 6 days for them to schedule an appointment! The refrigerator was absolutely no different after the part was replaced. We purchased a new refrigerator and will not be doing business with Steve Martin Appliance again. The problem was obviously not diagnosed correctly and we wasted almost 2 weeks of time. We feel it is fair to pay for the service call but they should refund us the rest of what we were charged. We had a very poor experience and certainly wouldn't recommend them. If they would answer their telephone I would tell them so.

Definitely recommended! Refrigerator compartment was not staying cold. Called, left a message, and was called back before I could call again. Courteous and professional. A technician was at our house the next day and was great. We were informed at every step and pleased with both the diagnosis and the repair. Excellent service and well worth the price, which was very reasonable. Support a local business!

Incredible customer service, and everyone is so personable and kind. They're honest, fast, and don't try to upsell you. Michelle in the office is a joy to work with. I'm a landlord and I call on a number of repair companies. Steve Martin Appliance is my only choice for appliance repair.

Called these people up for a refrigerator repair due to it not making ice. Not only did they at least try to repair the fridge, but offered a full refund if the part they bought didn’t work. Part unfortunately didn’t fix the issue, but they stuck to the promises made & refunded the cost of not only the visit but the part they went out of the way to purchase!

This type of customer service doesn’t exist in 2024 ?!?!? Or does it ? Apparently so with these folks!

Strongly recommend these people, not because they refunded the visit, but because of the honesty they demonstrate!

Getting and appointment was easy and the technician showed on time, got the washer back to work fast. Just a note, there is a national flat rate for every repair provided, not listed repairs and minimal work bumps up to $189 (2024), the diagnostic is waived, so bear in mind that you main pay some extra money. This is not mentioned during the scheduling call, the diagnostic fee and how it gets waived if repairs are conducted is well explained while scheduling. It may be good to mention the minimal repairs rates while scheduling, so clients will get a better picture. Over all good job.

Amazing company. Very friendly office staff and technicians!! Can’t recommend enough. I always use them to fix my stuff and they are always professional and reasonably priced, plus always quick to get out to us!

The refrigerator was leaking water inside and the dryer had stopped heating. I reached out to Ace Handyman and they referred me to these amazing folks, Steve and Michelle.

They were transparent and very communicative. Also, professional and friendly! They were upfront with the credit card fee cost as well, which is understandable for small businesses.

Everything was fixed and I couldn't be happier. They have a loyal customer in me 😁 Thank you so much!

I used Steve Martin Appliance Repair with excellent results.

My 10 year old Kenmore Elite ice maker gave out and Gary came and looked it over. He determined that the ice forming tray which gets twisted to dump out new cubes was worn out, not dumping all the cubes, and incoming water was overflowing to make a big clump of ice in the bin.

He told me that replacing the whole ice maker was the only option, at $xx including labor. He said that the factory replacement product had problems and was only asking for trouble if installed. He does not install 3rd party products. So, I will be doing without an in refrigerator ice maker, as many people do, perhaps moving to a stand alone ice maker.

Even though I did not expect the turn of events, Gary was efficient, friendly and went to the trouble to explain clearly my situation. We thanked him after paying for the 1 hour service call.

American Home Repair sent me a company that is closed I'm waiting for my washer to get fixed

Fixed my ice machine on my fridge! Took them a few attempts but they eventually fixed my refrigerator ice maker and it works good!

I was skeptical of this service when I saw the reviews, but everything (so far) has been perfect. Timely calls, on time service, professional staff.
