I woke up to an unholy mess on our 8 x 11 Persian rug made by a BIG dog we were sitting for a friend. My first thought was that it was ruined but then made a few calls to see if it could be cleaned and came across Commercial Cleaning and Restoration. I've used this company for my carpets about 10 years. They are courteous and respectful of my home. Always on time. They have expertise on what to do for carpet and upholstery stains. I feel the regular cleaning and their carpet protector have extended the life for my carpet.

Commericial Cleaning & Restoration was referred to me by a property manager. Before closing on a property I wanted to rent out, I decided to add a storage closet for my storage items. Richard came out to view and measure the space the day after I called and we scheduled the 2 day project to begin the day after I closed on the house. The service provided by Richard and Lisa is very attentive and responsive. They not only listen to what you need (expressed end goal) but they offer solutions that work with your budget and time frame. I am very satisfied with my storage unit in the garage.

While the storage unit was being built, I called and asked for help installing pendant lights and fans throughout the house. Lisa was able to schedule Eric (one of men building the storage unit) to stay on an extra day (at an hourly rate) to do the lights and fans. These are lovely additions to the house.

I have since had to call Lisa back and ask for help putting my recently delivered storage items into the storage closet since the movers refused to do so and I have already returned to the East Coast where I am still living and working. Lisa has worked with the property managers schedule to accomidate my request.

Commercial Cleaning & Restoration has been extremely available, accommodating and helpful. I am very appreciative of their services.

I have used them for a number of remodel and repair projects on my home including a full kitchen remodel, flooring, electric repair, exterior wall construction and handy man services. They also offer affordable carpet and tile cleaning. Professional and talented crew always. I would hire again.

We had a fridge leak that destroyed out laminate flooring and soaked the walls. CCR not only repaired the damage with a beautiful new floor but also dealt with the insurance adjuster and claims people for us. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Professional, responsive, great communication. All of the workers/crews on the project have been proficient and hard working. Richard has been on-site every day to supervise, communicate and verify work being done. Lisa keeps communication flowing and is very responsive. This has been a good experience with quality workmanship.

This company is amazing. The team is professional, quick to respond and know what they are doing. My mother had a leak in her laundry room from a washer. Water was everywhere. We called them and within 20 mins they were out cleaning up the water to prevent more damage. Thank you I know my mother is in good hands!

Outstanding job on my home by CCR! During heavy rains we had a nagging problem of water seeping in beneath the baseboard of a ground-level external wall. CCR opened up the wall and subjected it to repeated water testing until they pinpointed where the water was coming in. They sealed the source of the leak (and retested to make sure), and then proceeded to do meticulous work to restore the internal and external walls to their original condition. The restoration was perfection. Throughout the job everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

CC&R was recommended by our realtor and we have since used them for all our major home improvement projects, including tiling two rooms, building a masonry wall with gated alley access, and fixing a behind-the-wall leak that required re-flooring our master bedroom and bath as part of an insurance claim. In all these projects, their work has been superb with excellent attention to detail and a complete willingness to come back and fix anything until it's right. I highly recommend!
