I schedule T & T to come once a year to clean my dryer vent. I learned my lesson the hard way after my dryer would heat because of a clogged vent. Ever since T & T started coming, my dryer heats perfectly. The technician is professional and accommodating. The cost is extremely reasonable for sparing me the heartache that comes when my dryer doesn't work. The technician is very professional and knowledgeable. He came on time and was a pleasure to have working in my home. This is a good company.

Here is my updated review. I still think T&T is a great company. Their technician is so knowledgeable. He works cleanly, is careful taking the vacuum hose to the laundry room, and is totally honest and trustworthy. An annual clean out keeps my 2004 dryer in good working condition. I am a loyal customer and already entered a reminder to set up my 2026 appointment with T&T.

Even though my carpet is not that old (5 yr) it has really suffered in the Arizona weather. The dust, the asphalt on your shoes, and general everyday dirt. I have had it cleaned once before, but it wasn’t clean like T&T just finished doing to it. I was never able to get a friend referral for carpet cleaning , so I just picked them from the internet. After he finished cleaning, I told him I had been considering replacing the carpet with wood but I loved the look of my carpet so much, I’m going to keep it. Chem dry is the way to go. No sopping wet carpets and no chemical smell. Just nice clean smell. Thank you so much T&T, I’m glad I picked your company

We had 6 rooms and this hallway cleaned. While 3 of the carpeted rooms look good, the traffic areas in the rest of the rooms were not improved. While I understand that traffic areas are harder to clean, I feel that more attention could have been given to those areas. I feel that the person was watching the clock because he finished in two hours instead of focusing on doing a better job. The photo below is after the cleaning.

Our service man did an amazing job. He was very helpful, nice, and welcoming. He got out two really tough ink stains on our carpet. You can't even tell they are there. He was very easy to work with, thorough, and fast. Very highly recommended!

Each room now looks like new carpet was installed that day.
The machine had steam; which was nice.
Cleaned up the tile with a mop where some of the steam went over the edge.
He also gave us booties to wear to help keep the carpet clean while it's drying.
Ronnie had a super nice and friendly personality. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
Definitely recommend. 5 stars .

We had sewage back up from a shower drain that impacted multiple rooms. The cleaning part of the business seems to run like a well-oiled machine. They came and cleaned out the sewage, tore open the impacted walls and had everything contained and drying within a few hours. Unfortunately, the restoration project dragged on for a full 3 months.

After reading my initial Google review, the manager reached out to me directly. The delays were due to a subcontractor who had become sloppy and inattentive, which matches my observations. All of my real frustrations were with the subcontractor who was supposed to be doing the restoration work.

The manager told me that they were dropping that subcontractor and would no longer be using them. He was deeply apologetic and resolved to make things right. He sent his own team over to get the job finished, and they went the extra mile to stain and seal the grout at no charge, as an apology for what had happened.

The T&T employees I worked with were always courteous and helpful, it is just a shame that it took so long to finally get the project back on track.

We had a pipe leak that flooded a bedroom overnight. T and T came in and quickly cleared up the mess and removed the damaged drywall. Fast response and professional service. I hope I never need their service again, but if I do then I will call them first

We are opening a new Pilates studio that has industrial style ventilation system. Ronnie, from T & T, was amazing, he was super kind, thorough and absolutely communicative with the entire process. Service was a full professional vent cleaning, that was extremely needed. I recommend everyone get their vents cleaned professionally, residentially, or commercially cause it is the desert and we don't realize what gets caught up in the vent systems that give us our precious air. Highly recommend this company. The service coordinator Taylor is so good with quick response and making the experience smooth and seamless. Will definitely be booking T & T on the regular!

This company will have clients for life. Ronnie came in to do a pretty tough job and made my place look brand new. He was super polite, patient, informative and extremely detail oriented and thorough. I made the appointment with Rainee and the price she quoted me is exactly what we charged. They are very ethical, integrous & carry a lot of heart! I loved them so much that I hired them for a 2nd project right away.

We had called them in hopes to get our house cleaned before our baby gets here, they were able to get out in a timely matter and preform above and beyond. Our house is now spotless and you can see the difference Vinny did! All our ducts/dryer duct, tile and bedroom carpet are now spotless. Looks like a brand new house. I will be a returning customer. great job!

Absolutely do NOT recommend. I wish i could give 0 stars & honestly I don't understand how this company stands at 4.3 stars. We contracted this company for fire restoration at our property in Rio Rico, and after dealing with them through the first half of the project-demolition. The experience was extremely frustrating; poor communication, unprofessional and unorganized crews, and a complete lack of transparency with billing and updates. As well as a lack of accountability. We had to repeatedly ask for invoices and information, and they moved forward with work without clear approval or explanation. The techs left a mess at the property and didn’t bother to clean up after themselves — they even left the toilet clogged and full of waste. When reaching out to the project manager, Iric, about this he claimed “his guys don't use the bathroom other than pee.” For a company that’s supposed to specialize in cleaning and restoration, the level of care and professionalism was disappointing to say the least. We switched over to a different company for the second half of the project and the difference between the two companies thus far highlights how poorly this company handles things. Even dealing with the contents company the hired, Better Box, has been a headache. We have had a MUCH better experience with Disaster Restoration Innovation-DRI.

We had our carpets and our tile cleaned. The tech was very communicative and explained the process. He answered all of my questions and was very professional and respectful. Not to mention our floors look like new. Thank you so much!

1/26: This is our 4th time using T&T, and we are always amazed and impressed at the friendly professional work done by their staff. Today we had our HVAC ducts cleaned, and Eric was on time and very helpful in explaining keeping our HVAc system clean for healthy air in our home. Thank you for another job well done! From start to finish working with T&T was a positive experience to a bad situation. While purchasing a home mold was suspected by tests. T&T stood out from the other companies by their prompt response and estimate, listening to our health issue considerations and keeping us informed during the remediation. Lab analysis after T&T remediation showed successful mold counts lower inside than outside. Their crew was courteous, respectful and Paul the Project Manager was always available by text and cell for our endless questions. I would not hesitate to recommend T&T. This overall experience is what working with a company should always be like.

I found mold in one of my kitchen cabinets and gave T&T a call the next day. They quickly saw came over the same day to inspect the affected area. Austin answered all of my questions and explained the process well. After careful consideration between T&T and another restoration company, we decided to go with T&T because their inspection was more thorough and the quote was less. T&T was able to start the mold removal process the next day and did a great job. The techs were very kind and I had no issue with them being in my house with me and my 1-year old. Over the next week they monitored the area for moisture and always kept my husband and I updated on how things were going. The techs then completed the mold remediation portion and did a great job. I'm very please with how quick but thorough this process was and their communication throughout. If I ever experience something like this in my home again, T&T will be the first company I call.
