Pima Pool Plastering recently re-plastered the pool and spa at our townhouse community. They were first-class in every step of the way. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process which was all done perfectly, smoothly, on time and at a great price. Thank you to all the folks at Pima for a super job!

I don't normally share my experience with a good business that I have used but PIMA POOL is an exception. Pima Pool did everything they agreed to do and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Everything about our experience with Pima Pool Plastering was overwhelmingly positive. From the sales rep to the office help to the pool chip-out personnel and plastering folks to the water balancing and final paperwork - all positive. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and helpful. AND the price was a lot better than what we were expecting and beat the competition (most of whom used PPP as sub-contractors) as well. Thanks! And by the way, the pool is beautiful.

I recently decided to shop around for a underground pool for my home and came across Pima pool plastering , after reading their review I decided to give them a call , I was very pleased with the outcome , all my questions were answered the staff was super helpful and respectful , and decided to purchase my pool with them , so far they have been very committed to building what I want and I have had zero issues , their workers are respectful and hard working and the prices are the best in town , if you’re looking for quality and good prices give them a call you won’t regret it !

We just had a structural crack repair and tile cleaning done by Pima Pool Plastering. We couldn't have been happier. After multiple contractors either didn't show up to bid as arranged, or ghosted us after inspecting the pool, Pima was prompt and reliable. They handled every aspect from draining the pool to balancing the chemicals after the work was done and the pool was refilled. They were communicative through every step of the process, and all the employees that came out or called were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. Highly recommended!

PPP took every big and small adjustment to the completed project that I needed seriously. When I wasn't 100% satisfied, they ensured that the work was completed to my satisfaction and met my expectations in the end.

Our new pool is amazing! From February to May this year, Pima Pools renovated our old community pool that serves about 27 families in our neighborhood. The pool is approx. 27,000 gallons, originally built in the late 1950s. Pima Pools did an incredible job--top to bottom-- and it was a very, very big job!

They replaced our 35-year old, stained, degraded plaster. They replaced all the tile. They replaced our two skimmers, and completely overhauled our leaking plumbing system, installing new suction and return lines so everything is up to code. The handled it all: pool draining, concrete (deck) cutting, trenching, concrete (deck) replacement, pipe install and pressure checks, all cleanup, plus the final water testing and startup chemicals. They even gave us a new suction line with a vacuum lock at the mid-point in the pool so vacuuming is much easier. And they cut up and replaced the area of deck concrete when their first try wasn't the right color/workmanship.

All of us neighbors donated funds to help pay for these extensive renovations, and Pima Pools gave us a fair and competitive price. They were good people to work with. Whenever I called the office and asked questions or requested updates (which I did often!), I was always given the information I needed.

As our pool technician, I can say our new pool is truly a dream. All the families who use the pool agree! The new equipment has worked well, and the new plaster and tile look beautiful. Thank you to Eric, Dayana and everyone in the Pima Pools office, plus the 40+ crew of renovation specialists who worked for so many hours/days/weeks to make our new pool come to life!

I am beyond impressed with the entire and I mean entire staff, from the hard workers drilling out the pool to the inside office team at Pima Pools.

First of all, whenever I have had construction done at my home in the past, employees were late, lazy or didn't show up.

So, imagine my surprise when Pima Pools began renovating my 50+ yr old pool.

The inside team called or emailed to schedule a day and time that the different employees doing different stages of the pool would show up. If there was a day or time conflict, they followed up with me immediately. I never had to second guess or wait all day for someone to show up.

The office team is friendly, professional and accommodating.

The crew for each stage had great personalities, skill and were clean, respectful and careful with my property.

There aren't enough words of praise for me to give them, but if you are considering a pool company, Pima Pools is a gem.

I had the pleasured of Pima Pool Plastering building my swimming pool. From start to finish the work was very professional. Construction workers were there every morning and at the end of the work day they clean after themselves. Office communication was great, I received daily updates and always knew what was going to be scheduled next. The pool was completed before the deadline. Pima Pool plastering did an out standing job and I will keep recommending them.

I can't say enough about PPP. We knew what was happening every single day because the office called us to tell us what they did and what was about to happen. Work crews usually arrived earlier than the scheduled time and were always clean. Set up and take down each day was very thorough. The final product looks absolutely amazing and we get compliments from every person who sees our pool. PPP refinished our 25 year old plastered pool with an aggregate (like P-Tec) product. The pool decking is what really needed TLC though. The decking was cracked, chipped and flaking off in numerous areas I watched the repair process and I couldn't believe how much time effort and attention to detail went into it. It looks brand new. We thought that everything was done when we were surprised to get a phone call from PPP letting us know that they would be out to put on a second and final coat of paint on the deck to ensure that it looked right and would last.

Pima Pools did our pool for us and did an amazing job! We love the way it turned out and their prices were very reasonable. Definitely would recommend them!!

Had our pool from the 80’s remodeled. From plaster to pebble tech. Added a bench and lagoon. I choose this company because they did everything (water feature, cool deck, ect.) Abel is very knowledgeable and listened to my ideas. Although I went with original plan I am very happy and I think they did great job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Pima Pools did a fantastic job! They informed me of every process and time each phase of the renovation took place. There production schedule was on time and completed as promised. Site was kept clean as allowable. Job cost was as quoted with no surprises. Definitely recommend Pima Pools!

Pima did a terrific job of replastering our pool. Gave us a timetable that was followed and kept us updated with daily calls. Had a small problem 2 years after installation and they promptly took care of it w/ the same attention to detail. Would highly recommend for pool installation and/ or repairs.

Pima Pools met all of our expectations! Very pleasant employees and a joy to be around. They all took pride in their work. We had our pool fully replastered and it looks brand new. The ladies in the office were great too, always there to answer any questions we had. I give the company 5 stars and will definitely spread the word for this company?

I had Pima Pool do a major pool remodel with depth reduction and was very pleased. Being a retired Pool Builder from Phoenix I had high standards and expectations. Happy to say they met or exceeded all of them . All the crews were very professional and communicated well. Abel the supervisor was there every time there was a new phase to do he was also very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend Pima Pools for all your pool construction needs

I realized I needed to get the dryer vent cleaned out - and of course you don't know who to call. I tried T & T. Great decision! They were quick to respond with an estimate. I called the office and spoke with Alexis - she was very friendly and got me on the schedule for the next day! John arrived within the time window - he was very friendly and efficient. He put everything back together, showed me pics before and after - great guy! Also told me of other services the company is able to provide. Great experience all around. I will be calling them again!!!
