I highly recommend T&T Restoration for AC duct cleaning. My family and I have terrible allergies that just seemed to be getting worse. I never had the AC ducts cleaned in my home after living in it for 5 years. I-Ric was very knowledgeable and explained my options and process. He also set me up for an appointment at my convenience. T&T sent me reminder messages of my appointment, which I appreciated. Victor and Anthony arrived right on time. Victor explained what they would be doing and told me which areas to cover so the dust would not affect bedding, etc. They began working immediately. They washed the registers and put them back as they were without leaving behind a mess. Victor also showed me the end result of what was captured. (I’m curious so I appreciated that very much! Although it wasn’t pretty.) He explained how often ducts should be cleaned and how all the dust accumulates into one area of the AC ducts (like a catch all). Making payment was also easy. The difference it has made for us has been incredible! We noticed the air crisper and lighter now and allergies have truly subsided. T&T is a trustworthy and reliable company! They will be my go-to from here on out! Thank you, T&T!

I had Austin work in my home for some water damage that occurred from my water heater. He was outstanding with the information he provided and very professional. Wouldn’t reccomend anyone else besides him for your mitigation needs

Great experience from start to finish. I Met Alexis / marketing at a networking event, she answered all my questions on duct cleaning. She was able to help get me on the schedule two days later. I do not have personal experience with T and T restoration, but have now been cut off twice by their drivers, the first time was about 2 weeks ago while driving down I-10, apparently dude needed the exit and wasn’t paying attention to where he was and cut accross 3 lanes of traffic to make his exit (exit 255) cutting off myself and another vehicle in the process, the second time was today, we were driving down Sierrita Mountain Rd heading home when the driver in a van whipped right out in front of us causing my husband to slam in his breaks to avoid hitting him. If the way this company’s drivers act behind the wheel are any indication of their behavior while visually branded with the company they work for’s information, I can only imagine what their like when no one is looking.

This is the second time we've used T&T. It's because their techs are competent (Erick was great), they are product literate, timely, and they are respectful of our property. That and the fact that their price is very competitive. We plan to use them again when the need arises and we highly recommend them to you!

I used T&T's remodeling services to restore my kitchen cabinets and countertops after we found substantial water and mold damage and they did a phenominal job reconstructing and replacing the cabinets, countertop, and backwash. I would definately ask for their help again for any other remodeling project.

This was my second service by T & T. They are reliable, on time and thorough. Also a local business.

I hired T & T Cleaning and Restoration for water damage mitigation. I paid $2,500 upfront toward an agreed job total of approximately $5,000. After basic work was completed and I declined proposed additional mold treatment, they issued a revised invoice for $4,529 and also filed a lien for $8,200—far exceeding the agreed scope and ignoring my initial $2,500 payment.

Their billing included duplicate charges and unnecessary equipment fees. They classified a clean water leak (Category 1) as Category 3 to justify higher charges. Demolition work was performed without asbestos testing as required by law. A subsequent independent lab test confirmed 2% Chrysotile asbestos in the disturbed areas. T & T did not disclose any asbestos risks to residents or workers.

After declining the additional services, I was pressured to sign a "No Harm" waiver, which I found very concerning given the undisclosed asbestos hazard. I have filed complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, OSHA, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and the Arizona Attorney General.

Based on my experience, I strongly caution other homeowners to use care before hiring this company.

T&T is a great company to work with! They show up on time and work hard. We had a real mess at our house and the whole crew came out on a Sunday evening to cleanup!

It's wonderful to have clean vents and registers in our home! Ronnie was exceptional! He explained everything, worked well around our art collection, humored the dog, and we are extremely pleased and happy with the excellent job he did.

Anthony did a great job. We had a full two-story house with 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and walk in closets. He was super quick and the carpets came out great for heavy wear and soil. I highly recommend T&T Restoration for carpet cleaning and water damage repair.
