We've been happy with our carpet cleaning services from Commercial Cleaning & Restoration for over six years now. They also cleaned our tile and grout, and did an excellent job. This time we had them stretch some carpet in three rooms, where it had eased and wrinkled due to poor installation - and this old carpet looks like new again! They are skilled, efficient and pleasant - I highly recommend their carpet and tile services!

Amazing job by their crew. The scheduled us quickly didn't have to wait weeks. They arrived on time, set to work immediately kept us informed along the way. The carpets in my home looked amazing so I had them do my sons traffic areas the next week. Carpets all look and feel almost new. Highly recommend.

This business is amazing. Richard and his crew seriously care about customers, and they care about their craftsmanship. It is so refreshing to work with a contractor who has a crew that not only understands construction, but is also on time, clean, and good at listening to our concerns and offering suggestions. Our troubles started with a water pipe leak in our slab. During the process my husband I made the leap to take care of some remodeling that we'd been deferring for several years and we are so glad we moved forward with Commercial Cleaning & Restoration at our side. Richard and his crew gave great suggestions for the remodel. They made the process so easy. They showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. They were flexible when we changed our minds with design options. Our house looks beautiful and there are little details that they helped us figure out step-by-step. I HIGHLY recommend this business not only for emergency restoration and water/fire damage response, but for remodeling and additions.

Anthony was on time, called me before coming over and did a superb job. You could not select a better carpet cleaning company. I give them 5 stars for good reason.

As a real estate agent, I recently recommended and worked with Commercial Cleaning and Restoration to prepare a client's home for sale. There had been an unattended death in the home and the process for removal of the odor was extensive. Manny and his team were quick to respond, always professional, and excellent at working with the insurance company. They kept me abreast of all that was happening and were genuinely interested in my feedback to ensure the home was ready for sale at the end. I can report that we are successfully under contract with a buyer. I will continue to recommend them to other clients down the road and wouldn't hesitate to use them myself if the need arose.

We discovered a water leak in our kitchen wall. It was caused by a pin size hole in the refrigerator line. CCR was referred to by the plumber. There was water damage and mold. We worked with CCR to remediate the area. They were professional, punctual and responsive. The owner Manny Rivera came out to inspect the damage and prepared the estimates. All the staff was impressive, I worked with Ms Chris, Alex, Luis and Raul. I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend CCR. The cost was comparable to another estimate but chose them because they do not subcontract and they are a Tucson family owned and operated business.

The tech was on time respectful and did a great job. We had our sectional cleaned as well as our carpets and he did a great job. There was a red wine stain that we have tried without vain to get up and although it wasn’t completely gone unless you’re looking for the spot you can’t tell it was there. They are very reasonably priced as well!

I am so impressed with CCR! They had availability same day which I appreciated! My dog ate a tube of bright red lipstick in the middle of the living room carpet!! They got it out!! I can't even see where it was!! AMAZING!! So courteous and polite! Having them back soon for grout clean!! Angie Dougherty

Wow! I had CCR come out to clean the travertine tiles in my shower. These pictures do not do justice to the difference it made! Amazing results and very affordable. Love these guys and highly recommend them for any cleaning and restoration work you may need.

Commercial Cleaning & Restoration did such a great job cleaning our carpets. Sean called to let us know that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional and got right to work. Cleaning the carpets took about an hour and a half. There were some pretty nasty stains from the appliance delivery people who tracked in who knows what onto the carpets when they delivered the new fridge. Sean got all the stains out and the carpets looked even better than when we moved in. Making and appointment was so easy as well. Christine, who is the project manager, was a pleasure to work with. We had an all-around great experience with this company. I can't recommend them enough.

This organization delivered on both the quality of work as well as transparency. The owner discussed cost and action plan during each step of the process after we flooded our bathroom.

Joe at 520 Construction, LLC did an excellent job pouring the concrete for our garage/shop. The quality of the work was great, and he was professional and easy to work with throughout the project. We ran into a number of delays related to garage permit process (unrelated to Joe). He worked with us through the entire process, stayed patient and flexible, and made sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend him.
