Daniel(owner) and Sofia(Pool tec) are both great. We can depend on them to keep our pool up and running. We have so far averted all alge blooms this year, which is no easy fete; we are surrounded by trees and other varieties of foliage. Of all the pool tecs ..Sofia has been the best, not only is she kind and persistent in solving issues, she always lets us know if there is a change of schedule...which is rare.

Never had a pool before moving to Tucson so clueless about what one does to maintain a pool. 1st Choice Pools has made the process easy -

Daniel was completely professional in installing heat pump for our outdoor pool. Bid process was transparent, service was timely, and installation occurred on time. I would definitely recommend this business for any pool related services.

So far our Designer Devin has been very responsive and professional. He is patient and kind. Can't wait to finish our pool and spa with him and 1st Choice Pools. Will add photos when complete.

First Choice Pools was the service being used in the home we purchased recently, and we just continued to use them because we were new to Tucson. If I could leave ZERO stars, that would be more accurate! Not only was Daniel overcharging us, but he wouldn't come out and help us to familiarize with our new home's pool and equipment (when asked multiple times). The guys who were supposed to clean the pool weekly only skimmed the top of the pool and checked the pH, never vacuuming or cleaning the bottom--if they came at all. It ended up leaving the filter almost completely clogged and costing us more money to fix it elsewhere. Lastly, they charged more than any other service we received an estimate from...and, they were doing nothing to maintain the pool to deserve being paid. DO NOT USE!!!!

We've had a great experience with Sofia and 1st Choice Pools taking care of our pool. Sofia is very professional, dependable and easy to get a hold of her when we've had issues with pool equipment that needed repair. Excellent service!

We have been using 1st choice pools services for over 15 years. They are extremely punctual every week. When they identify any repairs or special cleaning or chemicals required they always provide us with cost comparisons and get our approval before the work is performed. Sofia & Daniel are of utmost professionalism.

First Choice takes great care of our pool. Weekly cleaning, monitors and clean filters, inspects system to ensure small fixable items are repaired before they become large issues. When we bought our house 4 years ago Daniel throughly inspected the entire pool system and made recommendations before we bought the house. Highly recommend First Choice.

1st Choice Pools was recommended to us by a family member. They are professional and answer every question we've had about our pool. Corrina always responds to our messages and explains issues very well. Daniel came to our house several times when we purchased a new pump to explain all the details. Great company!

These guys are AWESOME! Great price for the service (pool &hot tub resurface, pool deck repair, tile replaced) they did. Also the time they did my pool was faster than expected including faster than the time frame they gave me. I also like that they had friendly staff when I went in to pick out what tile I wanted for my pool. Overall I’m very satisfied I went to 1st Choice Pools, thanks guys.

I employed First Choice Pools to re-tile and re-plaster my pool. Their quote was very competitive and Daniel was very responsive and thorough in answering all my questions. Their contractors arrived when they were supposed to, were polite and courteous and did a great job, clean up was also very satisfactory. I was very appreciative of the communication from Daniel, even after regular hours, answering my questions and keeping me informed of next steps. Plain and simple, 1st Choice Pools is THE BEST! Daniel and Sophia are kind, considerate and actually know and understand about pools! My pool is always sparkling and in the event there are ever any minor issues, the communication is clear and the repair is quick. I have been with them for over 3 years now and love that there is no employee turnover.

We researched a number of pool companies and was totally pleased with Devon. He was immediately responsive and after meeting him, we were hooked. Devon is professional and extremely knowledgeable. When I leave a message, he responds back within 2 days. Very impressed. His attention to detail to design and bill of materials was above every other contractor providing us bids. We have chosen this company to design and build our pool is solely based on Devon's professionalism.

Our experience with Daniel and his crews have been the best we have ever had and we are in the construction industry. From the start Devin was responsive and encouraging. When the initial design was presented, we were allowed to make adjustments per our vision. That helped us really visualize what the final would be like.

Then from breaking ground to finish, the job site was kept clean and orderly, communication was top notch, and any time we had a question Daniel made time in his schedule to come meet with us and explain anything we had questions about.

My wife and I are beyond happy with Daniel and the team at 1st Choice Pools. Our pool was completed in just over 3 months as promised in time for our sons graduation party. Even with material shortages Daniel was able to get the pool done. His team was very professional and did quality work from start to finish.

First Choice pools made building a pool such a great process. Devin Ramsey made sure our design was great for my 2 year old son and insured he would have plenty of space to learn to swim as well as room for swimming and other activities activities. They worked hard to ensure we passed inspection and a timely manner and we followed the plans and dates to every detail. These guys were great!
