I recently had Desert Sky at my home to excavate my pool, spa, and trenching for utilities. They were in and out in two days and did a fantastic job. Ryan was great to work with in getting estimates, scheduling, and all that goes with excavating for my pool. They were easy to schedule and very responsive. Brandyn was awesome to work with. He was very informative, full of knowledge and willing to help me understand the process. I asked a lot of questions and they were there to answer them. I will recommend them to anyone seeking this scope of work.

I called to make an appointment. The first one scheduled. No show. Called again and was told he would be out 10/6. Again, no show and never a phone call. I would not recommend this business.

Delayed my decision to get an estimate on a paver driveway. Did not show for appointment. Business boom does not last forever. True colors of a contractor are shown when poor customer service is the result while business is booming.

The workers were very detailed oriented and they planned how to lay the pavers very well. There was one minor issue but when I addressed the issue with the owner, they were able to fix it to my satisfaction. Very reliable.

I called to set up a time to have someone come out for an estimate. I was told someone would be out between 11 and 1 last Friday. I stayed home all day and not only did nobody show up I didn't even receive the courtesy of a phone call saying no one would be coming. I guess they have enough business that they don't care.

After our backyard was completed, we were very satisfied. The yard looks beautiful! I understand it took a long time to finish (especially with rain delays and a supply chain error), but it was well worth the wait.

I contacted Angi for referral's. Blue Ribbon was one of them. I called to set up an estimate for pavers, fake grass, and gravel driveway. Appointment was set. No show, no call. Called again. Spoke with Phil. appointment set. No show, no call. I called again and spoke with Phil, suggested if he can't arrive at set appointment to call and let person know so they don't waste their time waiting around. it's would be the professional and right thing to do. He was apologetic and assured me he would show for next appointment. You guessed it. NO SHOW, NO CALL. Guess I won't be using Blue Ribbon.

Did not show up for estimate or call ahead of time. Not a company I want to do business with.

Phil came to do an estimate at our home and was professional and knowledgeable. His crews were full of smiles and enthusiasm to make sure we were pleased with the work. Our pool area looks like we are at a five star hotel:)

Took work off for the 3 hour estimate window.. no one showed. I called the office, and the cell number of the person (Phil) who was supposed to come to my house. No one answered at either number. 1hour and 45 minutes after the 3 hour window, Phil called to say they had over-booked him and could he come tomorrow.
No. No thank you. You have wasted my time and broken my trust

No Show on the estimate Appointment. The Front office called the following day to apologise, but unfortunately I can't in good conscience hire Blue Ribbon. If they don't show up for the appointment on the estimate, will they show up to do the job after the down payment?

I live out in Vail. First of all this company is horrible at keeping Appointments. They canceled on me once before and again. The Company estimator calls me over the phone and ask me about my project making/converting my outdoor fire pit with gas into an outdoor fireplace. Mind you this is just additional Brick, rebar, some mortar, minimal cement and construction material and plans that already had. He tells me over the phone it will be about $6000. I had four other quotes and they were at $25-$2800. I would never use these guys ever for any project. They overcharge and they’re not on time To make an estimate.

Built a long walkway from my back patio to the driveway in the front. Estimate came in at a fair price. The workers were phenomenal - very skilled, dependable, friendly, and cleaned up everything as if they were never here! Highly recommend!

I just had my cement driveway and sidewalk torn out and had Blue Ribbon install brick pavers and lights. They truly took their time and did a very professional job. I know they have several crews and Raul and his crew were very responsive and the finished job looks fantastic.

Had damage on my pavers from a technician truck. Called Phil, owner of Blue Ribbon, who installed our paver driveway 3 years ago. He sent a crew out that evening who quickly repaired the damage from extra pavers we had saved. Ishmael was wonderful! Courteous and accommodating. Had everything completed quickly and the driveway looks like new again. Thank you!
