We’ve had Lance do several jobs and he’s always done excellent work. He’s on time and works efficiently and completed the projects on time. We were extremely fortunate to find Sky Island Restoration and Development to complete a complicated residential clearing/grading job on our property. Lance, the owner, is extremely punctual, knowledgeable, conscientious, and personable. He guided us with very helpful ideas and suggestions, and took time beforehand to meet with our mason (a different contractor) to coordinate and plan the workflow. This ensured everyone was aligned, and made the job seamless and efficient. The work itself was beyond our expectations; Lance’s attention to detail and consideration of aesthetics was truly above and beyond. Upon completion, he walked the property with us to demonstrate the corrected grade and drainage slopes, and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. His technical skill in operating heavy equipment was a sight to behold; maneuvering in tight spaces and navigating the rugged, uneven terrain of our property were clearly not a challenge for his expertise. Sky Island provides top-notch, professional service at a fair price, with a great friendly attitude and true white-glove service. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and Lance will be the first person I call for future “earth-moving” needs!
