This company did a major addition to my foothills home, and they did an incredible job. People actually knock on my front door to ask who did the work. Since working on my house, I think they've done major additions or renovations to quite a few homes in my neighborhood.

I will definitely have them do any future construction on my house as needed.

John & Luke did a great job in our interior remodel and outside patio pavers. They completed the interior tear-out and remodel including running new electric lines for dedicated appliances. The new patios (front & rear) look great. They were very good at listening to my requirements and offering alternatives when appropriate.

We’ve had John and his sons do two projects for us )a loft and balcony) and the finished products were outstanding. They do excellent work.

John Raymond &Sons did a fantastic job on putting a wall on our property outside. They did it quickly and did an excellent job. I will hire them again.

I was having trouble getting anyone to come out and look at the job. It wasn't all that big. John came out, looked at it and knew how to fix the problem. He communicated well, was there when he said, did a great job and cleaned up so you couldn't tell there had been work done. Very happy.

I was in a situation where the house was under contract and the roof required replacement. I called Chris and a few other places for quotes. Keep in mind I live in NC and am doing this from the other side of the US. He guided me to the most efficient solution that was up to $7K less than competitors. They were professional and sent me videos of the progress on my roof as well as keeping my realtor informed. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

I called in Chris after last summers monsoon hit hard and damaged shingles. Tanque Verde Companies responded much sooner than the other companies. Plus their slogan "Why replace? We repair!" is certainly a slogan they practice. Chris is trustworthy and will do his best to honestly complete only what needs to be done. I recently called him back for further repairs which he covered under the prior warranty. I will continue to contact Chris at Tanque Verde Companies for all my roofing needs. Job well done!

I don’t like to write negative reviews, but here is my experience with this roofing company. Recently, I purchased a house and the roof started to leak after the first rain. The previous owners gave me a receipt showing they paid $4500 to repair the roof with a 3-year warranty, and the leak happened in under two years. I called the roofer, and he said the warranty isn’t transferable and can repair it for $1500. After I declined, he said he could repair it for $800. I told him I’d think about it. The following day, he called me , and he said he would repair it free of charge since he repairs several houses roofs in that neighborhood. I said great. It took him a few weeks to come and see where the leak was, and he said he would come the following day to repair it. However, he didn’t show up. A week later, he messaged saying he was busy and would come the following week. Now, he ignores phone calls and text messages, and weeks have passed, and he hasn’t repaired it. if he had been honest I would have looked for another roofer, instead my roof continued to get damaged because he never replied and did not follow through.
