Larry went out of his way to do an exceptional job.

Asked by them to bid work as a subcontractor. We did in the past, and have again recently. Despite email and phone mail requests to find out how our past bids compared they have never responded to our questions or email. Asked us again to bid today, when called to let them know we were looking for a response to our prior bid submissions, they hung up. Prior behavior is a good indicator of future behavior. They must be too busy to be courteous or respectful. .

Working with Core has been one of the best experiences I have had. They listen to what you say and want. They are willing to problem solve.

Scott of STM Development provided the initial estimate on our bathroom remodel. His estimation was fluid wrt our desired look and feel of the desired final remodel and was reasonable. Initially asked Scott on his availability and time frame late last year and indicated he had time-slot available in early 2026 with an estimated completion of 3 to 6 weeks. Ben, one of Scott's remodel teammates, started promptly on the agreed upon start date. Ben was very through and let us know what he planned on each day. Ben is very considerate and very easy to work with. Overall the experience exceeded expectations. The final remodel looks exactly how we wanted it. On side note this is the 3rd construction activity we've asked STM Development to do for us. All 3 have turned out very well.

Scott and his team added a 600 square foot master suite to our home. They did a great job, quality work, excellent communication and on budget. We are very satisfied and would recommend STM Development highly!

Crest roofing was very responsive to the hail storm. We experienced in green valley last July. I would highly recommend them.

Problems with roofing work. Contacted company about leaky roof after their repairs. One guy came out, saw the problem but they have yet to fix the problem or return calls

Performed professionally and consistent with the estimate. Kept me apprised of conditions and progress. I recommend their usage. Only the monsoon will prove how reliable the construction. My money is on Blass Roofing.

Incompetence Reigns! I would give them a zero if I could - I have been trying to get a quote for some work since December! First quote when it finally came was completely unclear as to whether they were going to install concrete or pavers for the driveway, they omitted the gate and fence work which was more important than the driveway. I tried contacting them several times responses back were slow if at all. Finally resorted to looking up another Contractor on HomeAdvisor - got a site visit and completed quote in 4 days (probably would have been sooner but the weekend came.)

Crest roofing did a great job on my roof. They quoted me the best price for the job and were able to work with my time restraints to get the job done.

They rebuilt my house after monsoon storms. The flooring they installed is falling apart and they don't honor warranty or communicate. If you use them, you will regret it

I made an appointment with them to come to my house between 7 and 10 am. It was a NO CALL and NO SHOW. After waiting for 3 full hours, I called the company. They said "oh yeah looks like we have to reschedule." It was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. They did not even bother to call me and let me know. How could you expect this company to finish any job if they don't even show up? Do not use this company.

Totally not true. They are just trying to look better after a bad review. They never contact me. I called them and declined the service after the no call no show.
