Estimator and workmen arrived on time, answered all our questions, completed tasks in a timely manner, and cleaned up the worksite before leaving. Their price was in line with other bids, but not the lowest. All Crest employees we had contact with were helpful and courteous.

Crest roofing is amazing!! I'm a realtor & my seller was having some leaks. Solor panels are on the roof yet solor claimed they caused no roof damage. Crest got out there & Joe was on the roof taking pictures & went up in the attic doing video documentation. Solar company had destroyed shingles.... plus in the attic Joe found the following ....on the side where solor panels were, there were leak stains. On the side of the roof without solor panels there were no water stains. Crest roofing is honest & will tell you like it is. They provided pictures & videos to support what was really happening with the roof!! Crest roofing will now be my go too roofing company!!

Great Company to work with. Very helpful with explaining the roof repairs for our understanding. Was willing to come out a second time for a quote when we had additional questions. Would recommend to other families and companies. Great communication as well.

Horrible company, do not use, Person came out to estimate the job, then ignored requests for a quote for 2 weeks, Week 3 told us if we need faster service you should call another company. What a joke, save the time and look elsewhere for roofing.

Called Blass roofing for a roof leak repair estimate. Wayne Anderson responded promptly and gave an estimate. I agreed to have the repairs done and that is when the nightmare began.
They wanted half the payment up front and I was told that once that was received I would get the signed contract from them in the mail.
The check cleared my bank, and to this day, I never received anything signed by them. Just the original estimate form off the internet that I sent in with my signature and check.

I was treated like garbage from beginning to end with this company.
I was supposed to be contacted for a repair date. That never happened. I called them. The lady answering their phone said she would contact me the first week of the month. Sound vague? That is this company's motto. They never contacted me after that call and I repeatedly had to call them. Most times, only to get a voicemail box that notified me that it was full and I couldn't even leave a message.

Skip ahead, a week later, they showed up unannounced one morning as my wife was leaving our drive. She advised the worker that no one had scheduled with us that day, but she would accelerate her plans and be back in an hour. The workman agreed that would be fine.
She rushed to get back to the house, only to have them never return. Never received a call. I called, left messages, finally contacted a woman who told us, what did we expect, it rained that day. It had rained early and cleared up later. We expected a call and a reschedule at the very least.

After the unscheduled visit. I again contacted them. The lady told me they would be out at 6:30 the next morning and we were first on the list. Then she
called again about two hours later and said they would be out sometime after 12:00pm. I took the day off work so my wife could finish her plans she had
rescheduled due to the unscheduled visit. I waited the entire day, and around 3:30pm, I decided to call them. I was told that they had an emergency to go
to and they wouldn't be able to come out now until 6:30am the next day. I took a half day off off work to be here when they came out. They called that
morning to say they would be late because they had to pick up supplies. About an hour later, they showed up, and began working on the roof. They were on
the roof about an hour and a half and then left and did not return. My roof has tiles torn up and stacked up on it, so it is pretty obvious they have not
finished. It rained during this week and the roof leaks now worse then it did. It's been torn up for over a week. I called them, they offered no explanation of any work and no reasons for all the confusion. At this point, I decide I need to find a company that is going to actually fix the roof. I tell them I want my money back. The lady
says she has to clear it through the owner Bill Blass.

A few days later, I get my money back as a check for "cancelled roofing repair deposit". So that speaks volumes to anyone wanting to deal with this company. That one statement shows a total lack of any responsibility on their part. At no point when I requested my money back was there any questions of what was going on or any apologies given. At no time did anyone ever try to get to the bottom of the
runaround I was being given. It seems as if it was just the way they do business.
I got my money back, but my roof is still torn up, the tiles are still stacked up on top of my roof. They did more damage then my original leak.

I chose Crest Contracting Roofing through a recommendation from a family member and so happy to have taken her advice.

Not previously an owner of a home with a flat roof - three years now - I wasn't familiar with the process of repairs for leaks and cool coating in particular.

Crest Contracting Roofing is so fortunate to have Pete in their employ. He's a master and true professional and took those worries: read 'leaks' away.

Melisa who I spoke with and who set up the whole thing, also made it a pleasant and smooth experience from start to finish. Very professional.

I will most definitely recommend Crest Contracting Roofing to my family and friends and have the pleasure to 'pay forward' the good advice I received.

Now am looking forward to a few years "leak free" . . what a relief!

2/2016 I Hired Crest roofing for a $12k complete reroof of my home. I had two ponding areas on the roof that needed repair- only one was addressed. They refused to fix the other and now I have filed a complaint with the ROC. The crew spilled hot tar down the sides of my house & my yard was littered with scrap roofing material & trash (Circle K cups, food wrappers, Gatorade bottles, etc).
If you do hire them hope they don't have to use any wood because they charge $5ft per foot for it.
That means they charge $100 for a 2x4x20 piece of wood that they buy at Home Depot for $9.
And $50 for a sheet of plywood that they bought for $12. A few of these installed and your bill will skyrocket from $12k to $15k as mine did.
Another sly billing trick was Crest billed me for all new roof T-jack vents and then reinstalled my old ones. They also cut a cable TV conduit so my living room no longer has access to satellite TV. I spoke with the owner Mike Blass all I got was arrogance & excuses with no remedy.
As for the existing ponding area- I was told to "call back when it leaks.." Unbelievable....
As for all the "positive" reviews you see posted on this site- they offer gift cards to customers to post a positive response and buy their way out of poor roofing to a good review. Well, they aren't buying me.
I highly recommend you stay away from Crest Roofing.

I've used Blass a couple of times; in both cases they were courteous and professional. Someone out quickly to give an estimate, and the work was done on time for a reasonable price - what more can you ask?! On the first job we had a small leak a year out so later and I called Blass. Again someone came out quickly and patched it at no charge. on the second job a month or so ago there was one spot where the elastomeric hadn't adhered properly. Again they came out right away and fixed it. Overall I'm very satisfied with their work.

Beware, Crest Contracting (Roofing Division) is a scam. They are not a real roofing company. Go see for yourself, visit their address. There is no Crest Roofing at the address listed, only a RE MAX office. There is no roofing business yard.
If you are fool hardy enough to request a quote you will get one, but with considerable legal-ease boilerplate in it with enough flex that the price quoted for a job may only be the beginning bid. Estimates, by persons that have not come to your house, seem to be made by sticking their finger in the air and feeling what direction the wind blows. They ask for 1/2 the quote upfront, but who know if they will ever show up.
Make your life easier and stay away from this place.

The folks at Crest Roofing were very courteous, professional, and prompt. They did a great job repairing the roof and coordinating with us and the electrician/ handyman we hired. Thank you, Wayne and your staff for a job well done.
    Respectfully,

We purchased our home over the summer and for our home inspections, we had SEVERAL roof inspectors come out to inspect the roof. We noticed water leak marks on the ceilings of the house and all of the contractors that came out sent us cheap, $300 estimates with replacing a few broken tiles as the solution. One quoted us over $4,000 and said the entire roof needed to be replaced but sent no proof that he did a thorough inspection. It didn't feel right and since our inspection period was almost over, we were getting nervous and almost pulled out of the sale. I looked for additional inspectors and thankfully found this company. Mike Blass scheduled the inspector at a convenient time and I got a call 30 minutes prior to arrival, giving me enough time to get to the house for the inspection vs some companies that give you a 3 hour window and you never know when they will arrive.
The inspector (unfortunately I can't remember his name) was there on time and had no problem lifting up roof tiles to look at the underlayment. He really got into the roof while other contractors only did a superficial inspection. He checked the entire roof and took pictures so we could see for ourselves. Sure enough the entire underlayment of one of the biggest sections of the house needed to be replaced, but not the entire thing as another contractor had stated. The pictures and estimate were forwarded to our realtor and we were able to get the seller to pay for the entire repair. The roof was pretty bad. I couldn't believe some companies stated a $300 repair (replacing a few broken tiles) would fix the problem.
The crew that came out to do the work was awesome. We had already moved in by then but Jeff, the foreman, was really friendly and made sure we were satisfied. He and his crew were always on time and kept me informed every step of the way. Despite having an issue with some wasps towards the end, they completed the job on time knowing that rain was forecasted. Jeff didn't just shrug it off, he really took care of our house as if it was his own. I appreciated that. This is the ONLY roofing company in Tucson that I personally trust and would ever recommend.

What a great company!! I hired them to build an RV garage which was built ahead of schedule and under budget last year. That project went so well that this year I had them handle my home remodel. Same results. Complete home remodel 3,200 SF done in less than two months and under budget. Louis Blass the owner addressed every issue that came up and most importantly got my home finished. Highly recommend this company.

Crest Contracting Company are awesome!!!! They Installed a new flat roof on my home. I use to have severe ponding water issues, but thanks to Crest Contracting, I no longer have to worry about my roof at all. I use to get so nervousness and worried every time it rain. I really loved doing business with this company. This company Really stands behind their written and verbal commitment, that means a lot to me. As a Realtor, I have dealt with many contractors over twenty years who are not responsible and do not stand behind their work. These people are committed to exceeding their clients expectations.

    Thank you for everything,
    Rachel D'Leon

Crest gave me a metal roof bid which was more than twice the square footage of other bids. When I tried to inquire about it I couldn’t get a return call or email from Thomas.
I finally contacted the woman who initially scheduled the appointment for me who checked in to it. She got back to me with a simple reply that they would not be able to do my job.
I felt like it was shady and never did find out why.

Blass Roofing did a superior job on our skylight replacement and roof sealing/coating at a reasonable price. We have a foam roof, which some companies refused to work on, and a few of our skylights were buried in foam. Blass Roofing figured out a plan and executed it very well. Even with some torrential monsoons, we've had no leaking. Thank goodness! The two crews (skylight crew and roof crew) seemed very knowledgeable and professional. When there was a small issue on the inside of a skylight, Wayne followed up to fix it. We will definitely refer friends and family to Blass Roofing in the future!

All the employees of Blass Roofing were very professional. The price was exceptionally reasonable. My home's new roof looks great and has stood up to torrential storms without any problems. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Blass Roofing.
