Chris was referred to us for handyman services by a realtor. His communications via text were almost immediately rude, abrasive and aggressive. We should have not opted to move forward with the work. Ultimately, due to necessity and timelines, we did choose him even though his quote for our modest work was significantly high. He also would not provide an itemized accounting of pricing for work. His employees however provided quality work, but though there were reductions to the scope and scale of the work being done, he actually increased the amount by several hundred dollars. When we refused to pay more for less work completed and paid the nearly $3000 that was originally quoted, he continued to threaten legal action and was combative in more text messages demanding more money. His entire interaction was unprofessional, unpleasant and we will never do business with him again.

*This is a follow up to the unprofessional, dishonest response from Christopher Cilano, the owner of this disgraceful business (see below). To clarify his statements, the three tasks (which were only two tasks) which he attempted to upcharge 400+ dollars were putting batteries in a couple of smoke alarms and putting caulk around one sink. He also quoted over $400 for replacing a skylight. When that task changed to just cleaning a window, he not only did not reduce the charge, but added the abovementioned $426. We should not be surprised at his distasteful and unprofessional response. There are other very similar reviews here on Google and also on Yelp that all illustrate his foul temper within communications, dishonest practices and threatening behavior. Hope this helps other would be customers to seek out better service or to serve as notice to Mr. Cilano to address his poor professional behavior and improve his practice.

Chris provides great work and really cares about the customer. He is easy to work with and very affordable. He finished my roof on time and followed up with me to make sure I was happy.

Their main vehicle almost drove us off the road

Didnt get the plate but the guy drives like a maniac riding behind cars on the freeway about 1ft behind. Wouldnt have these guys do work for me in such a rush to drive they will rush the job aswell.

Should need more than a license to drive and needs to work on time management if you can't make it on time for an appointment don't bother setting up one with a customer. And if you're just in a hurry to be off maybe working isn't for you

Changing my review. Not related to their service, but instead to taking advice to heart. I’ve noticed this person driving much safer multiple times now. Thank you for the improvement. People can change if given the chance. This person obviously cares highly for their business to take the advice given seriously.

The blonde lady driving your big dodge truck needs to learn how to park a nd not hit people's cars when opening the door. My husband and I watched her do it and heard it hit, my husband rolled down the window and asked her nicely to please not hit our car again and be more careful and this broad had the audacity to deny she hit our car with her door and she was really rude about it too

This company has the best employee ever. I had something in my car with my mom today and Mark Hilton stopped for more than an hour to help us. Right away you can tell how much effort they can add to their real job. Thank you so much for showing a good citizen today. God bless you and your work.

I wasn’t going to write this review but I had to make public this flagrant violation of law and professionalism. Whoever drove the company vehicle today almost ran me into another car because they were driving in the shoulder to illegally pass so they could skip the line of cars. Then the driver veered into my vehicle only missing me because I slammed on my brakes. They then continued to drive down the freeway like they were in a getaway car running from the cops. Disgraceful and dangerous!

Just saw your truck going 55 in a 40 on 22 and swan heading east past wilmot. If we can't trust that you'll follow a simple speed limit how can we trust you to build anything correctly? Subpar people

RECKLESS and DANGEROUS DRIVING. At 5pm today, someone from this company driving a truck on Sawn with the company name on it use the TURNING LANE to ILLEGALLY pull around a mini van carrying CHILDREN (the van was going the speed limit). The truck must have been doing 50+ MPH in a 35 zone. They then ALMOST HIT ME because they pulled into the turning lane (still speeding) a full block before Pima St (ALSO ILLEGAL AND DANGEROUS). Unbelievable.

I am so sad to see that I’m not the first person to write about this here. This clearly isn’t an isolated incident. Instead it is a pattern of reckless behavior that puts LIVES AT RISK.

If a company cannot be trusted to follow the most basic safety rules of the road (like speed limits and using turning lanes only for turning in designated areas), how in the world could they ever be trusted to have integrity in the work that you’ll pay them thousands of dollars to do?

A true pity. Please stop driving like a drunk teenager before you kill someone.
